    @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia, who said anything about leaving? I haven’t gone there yet. I’ve asked for a discount for lack of service and to have a proper discussion about losses. I’m self employed and working from home. I’m looking for some of that customer-centricity stuff.

    @virginmedia Not in my area no but I done internet speed tests on 3 different computers and it came out as 0.17 download speed when I’m paying for 100+ also getting awful long spikes

    @TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

    @virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

    @virginmedia There’s no email in my junk folder. Advisor from a couple of weeks ago & today’s both checked my email address. The one today rang me on my mobile after I’d been cut off, she checked my email & said she’d send a confirmation. That call died, she never rang back

    @virginmedia I have tried that now since Monday. As landline does not work I can’t call 150. On the other number no one has been available all week. All I can do is to cancel all my services via recorded delivery- and I am getting to that point

    @OhBendy @virginmedia That can supply fibre in this area? Nope. However, since they were bought by O2 the service locally has greatly improved. Make of that what you will. It used to drop dozens of times a day. Now it’s only a couple of times per day. Luxury!
