    So I won’t be having my Gig1 internet installed today by @virginmedia due to network issues! Now have to wait until 6th January! I pay £110 for this lack of service! Thanks guys 👍🏻

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    Virgin Media engineer has installed my neighbours cable to my wall without permission, I need this removed urgently, I am having the wall knocked down and replaced, my neighbour has called Virgin Media but no engineer has turned up to move it to. Any ideas how to sort this?

    @virginmedia I’ve done all the diagnostics. Router is white now and we get a signal but can’t connect to it? Router has been back on after a factory reset for 15 minutes.

    @virginmedia you should be ashamed of your ridiculous blocking outgoing calls policy. My 86 year old dad is alone at home and unable to call anyone while we wait for you to post a security word. Very poor #CustomerService #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Where was the communication? We will now have no internet as of midnight tonight. How is my wife meant to work tomorrow? She needs broadband as she works from home. Should she tell her employer that "she has come up against issues outside of her control"?

    So now my @virginmedia bill has gone up another £30 a month, a year after it went up £20 a month. Ridiculous! You can never get through either. When you do you can't understand anyone. Nice outsourcing. Great return for the investors and ceos, nothing for us little ppl
