@jakepickford @virginmedia I've noticed that recently too (Luton). Put it down to the massive 5g tower the council put in, interfering with my WiFi signal.

@virginmedia If I remember correctly, he was supposed to come back with a ladder to check the cables outside the building. The connection goes down on all the devices at the same time.

@virginmedia Not sure you’ve read this thread. I am already on the WhatsApp service and going around in circles with a Bot. Whilst you may not have access to customer accounts (which wasn’t what I was asking for), you could reach out and set up an immediate connection to someone who does.

@virginmedia I sit in a queue which I don’t have time for, or it directs me to the website first… the purpose of WhatsApp is supposed to be that you can chat throughout the day with a handler that isn’t happening. Really very poor service

@fesshole I met my now wife 10 years this Feb. This is us about 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time, the marriage is like a war zone. Typically, when I'm at work or working away for a few days & the WiFi goes down at home, suddenly, I'm an engineer for Virgin media!
