    @virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK - was worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy new his stuff

    @Ian_H_007 @virginmedia I pay for 500Mb - currently getting 86Mb. I can just about live with that. Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    @virginmedia The new hub has been problematic and now this further compounds it. When I log onto the router setting on diagnostics it has shown error ever since we got the new hub and I've had so many issues with TP link wireless adapter connecting to the wifi

    Lol Virgin Media sending me a letter telling me that the dog **** service they provide is going up by £21.50 in April. Yeah, a 15% increase is a totally normal thing to do and isn't going to cause me to cancel all of my TV services and source "alternatives".

    @virginmedia Hi. I am moving house and was told my service would just transfer and continue at normal (plus extra £20 activation fee). My first bill will include first calendar month and month ahead. If this is the case will I be refunded from my last bill at old property?

    @virginmedia @marcyeboah Inflation rate - good enough to raise bills by PLUS 3.9% so 17.3% Inflation rate - not good enough to raise wages by. Corporate Britain. The Labour Party also used inflation for fees while failing to support nurses.

    @virginmedia I don’t understand what you mean. I already checked the status and it says the same as last week. The whole area is down again for TV and broadband. Really unacceptable and not fit for purpose. I am very close to cancelling as this is a joke.

    @virginmedia it’s funny how you over charge for your services - gouging long standing customers (never offering discounts to existing customers) Now you put your fees up again to cover ‘costs’ when you could be taking them out of the existing fees
