    @virginmedia 2nd time this week that the broadband has been completely down! Fed up with being sent in circles by your telephone system. Your fault reporting seems to flip between acknowledging there is a fault and proclaiming no fault.

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    @virginmedia on top of that you continue to insult me with its an "intermittent" outage when no single byte of data has entered via the coax and yet neighbours on the same street have fully functioning internet. I'm paying for 1Gig there isn't anything you need to upgrade here

    @tonymc39 @virginmedia I moved house, intending to take my broadband contract with me, but couldn't because @VirginMedia didn't supply my service to the *city centre* to which I was moving. So they charged me over £300 for "breaking contract."

    @virginmedia Constantly, we ring and nothing happens. They tell us it may be a ‘black spot’ yet the actual box is what’s going down. Told we’re stuck until may as in contract. We’ve been with virgin since it changed from ntl. Nothing and no one is helping. We just get hung up on or left
