Hi @virginmedia I am trying to close a mobile phone account for my dad who has dementia and is unable to speak to answer security questions & we don't have power of attorney. Speaking to your cancellation line has been a waste of time and awful customer service

@virginmedia Router provided is crap, had a BT one before and could get signal everywhere in the house with it, downstairs is all I can manage with the virgin one, the customer service is ****, spend way too much time trying to explain yourself to people in India and Philippines

@virginmedia Firstly, I am new to virgin (3 weeks). I have had to call the faults team 3 times and on each occasion 60+ minutes to wait. Having faults is bad enough but to wait over an hour (almost 3 this evening) is not on. My speed is not as advertised / promised. 1/2

@virginmedia my broadband has been down since yesterday and I’ve subscribed to text alerts for updates. Ironically no updates received so I can only assume you need your network to work in order to send them! Come on Virgin, this is unacceptable service.

@virginmedia Trouble shooting FFS what do you think the usual one! had it up to here with virgin media, never had any issues with sky or bt that even came close to the problems I’ve had wih virgin, the tv box is shit, had nothing but problems with it, the wifi is crap, the router provided..

@virginmedia No. It's an intermittent problem so is currently working. The message that goes out on the phone line ( when I call in to report when it ISN'T working) says Iit's a ''complex problem' . This is frustrating as your customer services ( appalling) said it would take until Sept 9 th

@virginmedia Rang that number, said there wasn’t much they could do. Re did my package as it is currently, and it was £2 more than what I got quoted on Saturday. So just over £30 a month more staying with you. Thanks for trying to help

@virginmedia Says still active, however I've got that stock email saying the resolve and it'll stay open for 28 days. So I'm guessing the only way now is to call up quoting the complaint number to get a sensible answer and progress?

@virginmedia When your external installation team came to fit the cables and box etc they smashed an edging stone and decided to just cement over it. After ringing several times (speaking to many different people) I was told someone would contact me to come and repair or across the damage.
