    @denman79 @virginmedia The irony is that @virginmedia are more like the Pistols -‘No point in asking you’ll get no reply’ and they seem ‘Pretty Vacant’ but ‘Never mind all that…..’ can someone please take some responsibility and ownership that seems to be sadly lacking atm

    Hey @virginmedia I forgot how awful you were when it came to anything other than collecting my direct debit. Apparently you don’t have a complaints dept, genius, and after 4 calls to you today totally around three hours, you cut two of them off during the musical interlude!

    @virginmedia Not helpful. Service checked no issues but still had to call this morning as on internet. Down again this afternoon. Spend more time working though the phone than using a load for internet service from virgin. What a waste of money.

    3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

    @virginmedia Thanks - I’m not going to trust it again, so won’t bother using the record function, as it’s too unreliable. I’ll stick to streaming on catch-up and buying DVD and Blu-ray discs from now on. Another dissatisfied customer, eh? And we’ve just increased how much we pay... 😡

    One more time that @virginmedia network, proves to be unreliable.. How can an IT professional possibly work like this? If you have to restart your router all the time, change Internet provider.. Unacceptable #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia AGAIN, my Virgin BB and telephone are down or operating erratically in my area of London W5 1JG. I can't even phone to enquire nor register for credit due to loss of service. This is terrible.

    @virginmedia seems to be an issue in Twickenham with broadband. Signal just disappeared. This happens far too often. Your service & coverage is terrible

    @virginmedia Thanks I’m currently doing this now. So on the ‘phone once again for around an hour and been passed over and back and STILL no outcome a d still holding. Just waiting for the line to go dead as previous. When does a customer give up and just leave this shower for good?!?!?! 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia It about moving house. As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!

    @virginmedia Does VirginMedia not like old people? It no longer uses analogue phone line, but there's a problem: when maintenance is being done a careline plugged in will keep beeping & warning that the line isn't working. For anyone bed bound this is a nightmare. I'm moving mum to BT!
