@virginmedia what is going on in the M34 postcode? Slow internet speeds and unreliable connection for the past three weeks now. Virtually impossible to work from home 🤯

  • gillett_liam
    liam gillett (@gillett_liam) reported

@virginmedia No, it is called a screen reader. It converts anything on the screen that is written to spoken text No it is not audio description or anything like that. not a service you offer. I get anything that ranges from 6 MB per 2nd to 17 MB per second and I’m paying for 600 MB per second

  • AndyScherer66
    Andy Scherer (@AndyScherer66) reported

@virginmedia Not really tested the wired side as I've never needed to. Back in June I was getting speeds of 220s and 21s respectively but it has progressively got worse around here.

  • saad57306371
    Saad (@saad57306371) reported

@virginmedia Yes, I was on the phone with virgin for hours yesterday. According to your customer service rep “*Kamalesh* I am sorry I see that your one of the bandwidth is off which is 2.4ghz and wifi pod works only on 2.4ghz now I have turned it ON so it will start working properly.”…

  • HeidiAlden
    Heidi Alden (@HeidiAlden) reported

@virginmedia No: It changed from 5th Dec to 8th Dec to 13th Dec. I am asking what the issue is. I don't see any engineers working in the area. We are talking ZERO service and nobody can say what the issue is? Why will it be fixed 13th Dec when it wasn't fixed the two previous dates?

  • gillett_liam
    liam gillett (@gillett_liam) reported

@virginmedia I never get the speeds that I am supposed to, not even one percent of them sometimes. As I just said your V6 and 360 boxes do not offer a screen reader service in the accessibility menus

  • LeanneCatface
    Leanne (@LeanneCatface) reported

@virginmedia I would like to say that MIRACULOUSLY the issue resolved itself despite us being told it was 'our box'. Clearly an issue with the feed itself and NOT at our end. It really isnt good enough @virginmedia #musttryharder

  • OlafSearson
    Olaf 💙 (@OlafSearson) reported

Hi @O2 I am trying to give you a pac code to join the network but cannot get through. I am unable to use myo2 as the email address used on the account is incorrect (I did this through a Virgin Media telesales agent). Can you help?

  • Spikey60189432
    Spikey (@Spikey60189432) reported

@virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, glad its resolved, but you still did not answer the question I asked. What was the technical issue? If you take a more transparent approach with your customers, they might understand a bit better and you would get less frustrating tweets.

  • AndyScherer66
    Andy Scherer (@AndyScherer66) reported

@virginmedia Wireless the signal keeps dropping. I'm not one to complain as Virgin has always been brilliant but I pay for an XL package what is supposedly 200?
