@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@virginmedia Absolutely so sick of the fact that it's just acceptable for companies like this to charge for a service they never once deliver on. Blaming the customer. Last time we called the customer service they advised we got our phones with them and increased our data.
