@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

@virginmedia just had your 500mb five installed on Saturday, the signal strength doesn't reach my pc though. Engineer said I would need booster pods. The call centre agent said I have to upgrade to 1 gig broadband or pay a local engineer from my market around £100 to move modem

@virginmedia It appears the issue may have at last been fixed. Mohamed came on Sat and he was fantastic, such a contrast with last engineer who just left after two mins without doing anything. VM would really appreciate a speed bump to make up for nearly two weeks of disservice.
