    @virginmedia Still not had the courtesy of a phone call 30 days after making 2 complaints. I would NEVER EVER recommend @virginmedia @libertyglobal. I had a box fitted to my house without my permission & hadn’t ordered

    @virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

    @virginmedia I am so done with the unreliable service in SW20. The HomeHub flashes green so regularly that business video calls are impossible to do atm. Status check always says everything is fine - even when the hub is flashing lights. The "nifty" check seems a bit pointless.

    @virginmedia We have been trying to get hold of someone on the calls for over 4 months. We only get an automated service and it hangs up on you.

    @virginmedia Yeah I noticed used my own. I am not an angry person I promise but between working full time and doing Uni this just piles on the stress and when you have to spend 30min+ just trying to figure out how to get help is stupid currently McDonalds Wifi would be better

    @virginmedia Getting ridiculous now all I want to do is register an account without my account number I can't do this. I ring up to be told they need my account number I don't know it I've even phoned up to try and pay it all off so I can leave you and shop elsewhere & even that's a problem
