    @virginmedia No, I wasn’t. I eventually got sick of being passed around and put on hold, and hung up. But this was years ago, and as a result of the terrible customer service I switched to Sky and haven’t had a reason to complain since.

    @virginmedia Landline not working. No dial tone. Can’t call out, nobody can call in. Service status says phone is fine. What do I do? I’ve unplugged phone line and tried it again but nothing.

    @virginmedia Yes. My broadband is shocking. I have to turn it off on my phone to be able to gain access to the internet. My customer number isn’t recognised so I haven’t been able to set up an account but I cannot get to talk to anyone to sort things out. Please can you help?

    @virginmedia the page gives a message that it cant check the status for me the past few days.However when i used it when my problem firsr started it did say that I had intermittent connections

    @virginmedia after speaking to 17 different support people and over 7 hours of time on the phone trying to get our IP blocking issue fixed we are at a loss. How can we cancel, we’re at the end of our patience now.
