@virginmedia why can't I log in to my mobile account on the web? I've reset my password numerous times and it still says there's something wrong. There's one message saying it's due to a change on your end, but the link goes to a generic help page with no help whatsoever.

@virginmedia It says there's an issue in the area and techs are working on it. Same thing happened a few evenings ago too, haven't had a solid connection for a week due to the issues - I currently work from home so an Internet connection is a must. Mobile data doesn't cut it.
