@virginmedia is a joke. Overcharged twice now, have magically lost my contract though they've agreed 2 months in a row im still in contract yet charging me £57 too much! Customer service didn't mute when on hold. Employees laughing and shouting in background. What a shambles!

@virginmedia @O2 To be clear I was mis sold - no mention that I would be making long term payments to BOTH O2 and Virgin. I’ve iniated a formal complaint also intend to contact media outlets. I’m not alone - think many volt customers mis sold. Lots of views of this tweet seem to confirm this!

My Dad recently switched to virgin media WiFi from our nowtv WiFi (which literally had zero issues), and I have to say, I have had more issues within a week of having virgin media WiFi than I have had with any other WiFi provider in my entire life. @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp
