    Just had the worst customer service experience from @virginmedia the agent was incredibly rude as I’m trying to cancel my contract, no way to win people over. I’d move to @VodafoneUK but the infrastructure isn’t up to scratch looking at you @WeAreOpenreach 👀 6mbps is awful

    @virginmedia Mines disconnected 5 times in 2 days randomly and been slow ever since is this a u issue because I've reset and switched off my router on and off and unplugged it and checked area coverage no issues

    @ChirpyDeb @virginmedia did you contact them about it? mine was going up £21 a month, went online and used the chat system, the bot offered £10 off, i turned that down then the agent offered me almost 40% off. so a lot less than i was and i now get the 1gb internet and skysport/movies. more than before
