    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    @virginmedia Not talking about the app. Tested with app .signal does not reach half and v small outside kitchen garden. Have Can’t do a face time call ,slow ,drops buffer stuck . It’s bad .the half that works is brilliant . Old hub was fine . Sorry I changed. What now?

    @virginmedia Hi, made 2 complaints now, and got the same stupid copy paste response both times. I am recieving less than 2% of the service i am paying for, and this is preventing me from working. Your support has been useless. Everyone i speak too says a different thing,except the complaints

    @virginmedia Seems it was resolved around 11:30 this morning, looks like it was a local issue and resolved after virgin staff worked nearby. Thanks for the reply.

    @virginmedia I have been having bad wifi it drops every couple of hours and as for my wired connection I get lag spikes whenever I play with friends. Even checked my area and it claims everything is all fine which is a massive lie!

    @virginmedia In thread I explained advisors are not booking engineers. One said log a complaint to get an engineer did that another said I can’t book engineer because I log a complaint after speaking with 4 advisors and virgin media twitter no resolution great 👍🏾 @virginmedia
