    And to me, it seems like it's a continuation of the issue that was first reported on Feb 25th. That's almost 2 weeks ago. @virginmedia previously claimed it would be fixed by 1st March and then 5th March.

    @virginmedia I have contacted the team literally 20 times had dates in place moved house and they never turned up and now have to wait 3 weeks for installation... 25 March ... rubbish service

    @virginmedia That they will run a check on the internet, tells me to restart my router and that it should work, and then hangs up. Done all of that and it’s been no help

    @virginmedia @Gina_Hen92 I'm having the same issue. An automated message tells me I am currently unable to access broadband, tv etc at my postcode, and then all I can do is go back to the main menu.

    It feels like @virginmedia are just closing the issue and opening new ones to hide long-running issues, rather than acknowledging that this is an ongoing problem that hasn't been fixed. This makes me question whether you are actually doing all you can to fix it.
