@virginmedia Hi, I'm still having problems logging into my sky sports app on my phone. I can watch every channel on the TV go app for virgin media including TNT sports but it still won't allow me to view sky sports.

@virginmedia Yes...but it doesn't go into mine. I had to sort out a new Virgin media/O2 login, download the app, get a message ten times to Gmail to click on, get a code to my phone, put in account information and get access to my husband's account!

@virginMedia Please can anyone give a phone number to contact Virgin Media that will be answered by a person. I’ve tried their chat bot thing sent in a direct message to no avail. They close down the chat saying resolved but nothing changes

Think it might be time to move to @SkyUK from @virginmedia over 20 years of service & this is the worst it has been broadband down nearly everyday & takes weeks for "Repairs"
