@virginmedia I’m afraid he was on for an hour he got passed from pillar to post and never got anything other than trying to upsell him more expensive packages... he’s happy with his current package and just needs a V6 box that he can watch Netflix on without constant pauses and stuttering...

@virginmedia It’s concerning a payment we appealed. We made an online complaint waited 28 days never heard anything. So I rang around 2 months ago and was told I’d get a phone call from complaints department within 72 hours and never did. No reference number as our account has now been closed

@virginmedia for such a simple solution to my issue, they certainly made it difficult (4 days of phone calls to every department) today I found out that it was actually an easy fix 😳 why do you make it so difficult and frustrating?? Had I been told on Friday, what I was told
