@virginmedia I kept trying and the app was down the whole of Thursday night and wouldn’t let me sign in until they was sold out on Friday mid morning. Was there more priority for 02 customers?because I didn’t have a chance signing in via virgin and I tried four hours on end.

@virginmedia I have been unable to sign into my tv go app on my laptop for several days now and can’t find a link for app support on the website. Is there a general issue or is it just me?

@virginmedia Yes, I get that but my point is I want a Director from Virgin Media to understand that this level of customer service isn’t acceptable. I am very depressed by it. I don’t want compensation but just recognition.

Is it easier to become a pilot than it is to try and cancel a @virginmedia contract? Passed from one person to another all afternoon with no one actually giving me a resolution, promising they will call back and then don't. Complete disinterest in the customer experience.

@virginmedia I’ll keep tweeting unless the issue is fixed. Virgin Media should stop selling the bundle until the issue is fixed. It’s caused me SEVERE distress and I don’t want others to be depressed like I was.

@virginmedia I called on the 29th Sept to cancel, was told I couldn't give more than 30 days not without paying an early termination charge. I then phoned on the 12th October and again cancelled my services. I also tweeted about this back then and it seems it still hasn't happened.
