@virginmedia No the same. Can you please send an engineer here tomorrow to fix. The problem is that we need boosters for upstairs! The problem is upstairs. The tv aerial man who came to put our tv in told us we need boosters /ethernet cable upstairs. I explained this days ago to customer ser.

@virginmedia why is your WiFi so hit & miss? I turn the router off & on, it’s ok for a couple of days. Wish it was the 1st time I’ve had issues, but sadly it’s not. Please rectify this on going issue.
