@virginmedia Part3: they said because a manager is supposed to call me back, so they cannot raise a complaint on my behalf. (Stupid explanation or the complaint registration portal, right?). If company will not fulfil its own commitments, how can we prove that some of your system is broken?

@virginmedia Part 2: So I have spend more than 7 hours with customer care and they have not resolved it yet. On 17th Aug, a callback task was raised from manager which I haven’t received till date. I asked them to raise a complaint from my side.

@virginmedia for the past three days….THREE DAYS, my WiFi has been completely useless, barely even connecting. This is a CONSTANT now, and I’m fed up of wondering when you’ll ever fix the problem. Is there any point in staying with you?!

@_abdx__ @virginmedia Just solved problem. Took a bit of trial and error... Turns out my new high power mesh network router was interfering with the coaxial cable splitter. Moving these two things further apart has resolved the issue.
