@virginmedia It says there is no problems, the internet is working right now but it might disconnect in 2 minutes. And when it does disconnect it says it cannot do the test. I’ve just rang virgin talked to some bot and then it hung up. Another terrible exchange.

@virginmedia upgraded to 500mb plus TV (which I could use on other then the main tv) which I was advised would be available on 10th Feb. Broadband has rarely@peaked over 200mb and the tv isn’t available on smart TV. Todays call ended in a hang up from you. Welcome guidance!

@virginmedia I have just gone to Track My Complaint, and apparently, Virgin has decided to mark my complaint as resolved. Can you do that by just sending a generic text? Asking me to call you isn't a resolution. Every time I've called this far, it's only got worse!
