    @virginmedia 3 of us at home only got 3mb download speeds and can’t work. Your service line phone number says no issues in area and I’ve seen WiFi outage is across the country. When can we expect a fix? Will you compensate if we have to travel to our offices to work?

    @virginmedia - any idea when we can expect your broadband to be restored - out since 10pm 18 May in CM16 - can’t even get onto your service check page (but you do seem to be able tosell me a new service 🙄)

    @virginmedia been trying to resolve an issue regarding my account for around a week now. The link on the app to resolve it has consistently not worked, still isn’t. And now I’ve been given a random charge on top of my bill.

    @virginmedia Need help. No internet. Hub 3 just all green lights. Logging into Hub settings, it said "internet access denied". Went through the trouble shooting diagnostic and it seems our equipment and connected wires/cables/devices are fine. Can someone please fix my internet?
