@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia It’s already been fixed. I didn’t report it because I was on hold for 1 hour. Twice and got cut off after that amount of time. After trying to get money off a service that hasn’t worked right for 57 days and I get £55 bit of a joke.

@virginmedia I have not received any such letter since despite my many complaints. I am very reluctant to contact anyone again as I have not had any success with anyone I have contacted. This is why I have decided to escalate my complaint further to OFCOM and Telegraph Money .
