    @virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @Ofcom you need to take a serious look at @virginmedia their broadband and tv goes down for hours on a regular basis

    @virginmedia due to a change in circumstances, which includes bereavement and having to move as a result. I contact you to reduce my package but have been told this cannot be done without entering a new 18 month contract. Was a loyal customer.

    @virginmedia Hi it affects both from an internet point of view. The tv boxes both have different issues. The 2nd box has picture issues with tv but works fine with apps, the 1st box will be ok with tv for a while but the apps won’t work. Resetting the boxes + hub helps but the issues return.

    @virginmedia Are you kidding???? I’ve been messaging on your webchat with zero response! I will be cancelling the services & moving her to BT at this rate! Absolutely not acceptable for someone of her age to be terrified by her phone not working!!! She doesn’t own a mobile.

    @virginmedia I have upgraded to the M500 package and my service is embarrassing! Impossible to speak with somebody. Please confirm how I can sort this. Happy to take more money but can’t speak regards complaints. Shocking

    @Arsenalphatnats @abp_arsenal Had the same problem. To leave them I had pay £160 odd because it passed the 14 day period of joining. But they didn’t install their shitty wifi until after 3 weeks. Then said to fix I had to give it a month or some excuse. Literally disconnect and went to virgin media.

    @hepworthmike @virginmedia Toni was on phonethe other day for around 3 hours over 2 calls to get them to drop her 83 y.o Nans renewal down from £135 to £74 per month. Yet they could have just done it at that price in the first place...

    @girlscoutwookie @virginmedia Seem to have this issue with a lot companies (conglomerates) due to cutting back on their customer service by furloughing/ making redundant a lot of their staff. It’s painful paying for a service you don’t get.
