    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

    @virginmedia @fmuamba6 @TheBHF Switched to Virgin on Wednesday. Tv didn’t work for 1st 5 hours. Friday not working had to reboot numerous times. Tonight not working again. Phoned customer services to be told I would be without the service until Thursday.
