4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

@virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

@derrickca @virginmedia What hub are you using? We or more so he chose to upgrade to hub 2 bc security issues with hub 1 and it’s vile wifi drop outs. He bought a BT wifi booster and extender which plugs directly into the *** internet is now so fast and hasn’t dropped out dm me

Again my internet drops out @virginmedia This is so frequent and whenever I run online tests, it’s says here are no issues. Which is clearly false!! Is there any chance you will actually address this issue?
