-
Thomas Coxhead (@iamcoxhead) reported
@virginmedia The lack of care you have, as a company, towards your customers is really concerning. During a time where we are working from home, there has been no effort to help get this fixed quicker or be transparent with what the issue is... it still says 'no issue' on the website.
-
R1GHTHOOK (@Hb0mb666) reported
@virginmedia someone help me. I have spend so long on the phone and NO ONE is helping. The answer I keep getting is lower your package to match the speed... or go somewhere else! Come on this is disgraceful to any customer. Its even worse when you have been with them for 10 years
-
Paul Sheridan (@PaulSheridan20) reported
@virginmedia It comes & goes. I’ve made a complaint online so will see what happens. Spoke to neighbours & theirs is fine. I wonder if we need a new hub.
-
Chris Hamilton (@topherham) reported
@virginmedia I have, yes. However, my neighbour has just told me he had an equally terrible experience with you. He did some research and discovered that you keep stalling new customers in order to see if there’s any interest from other customers before doing the work.
-
Joe McKenna (@_joemckenna_) reported
@virginmedia working from home and your connection goes down every month which doesn’t put me in a good place finically. Will you be paying my bill this month? It’s now been an hour and no connection, sort it out👋
