For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia Our TV is fixed into the wall above the fridge so I can’t see behind it. I don’t have a spare cable, no. We had an engineer out a few months ago and he fixed it but it’s now not working again. This is just hopeless.

@virginmedia No thanks. Had absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in years when I spoke to your accounts team this week. Two days with continually interrupted internet in NW5 and all he offered me was an upgrade of £3 a month for the same ****** service! 🤯
