    @virginmedia No I haven't. Even the service status page is down on the website. :( the phone lines tell me you are working on it, which is fabby but would be good to know what the issue is and how serious I suppose. Thanks for coming back to me so quickly though. :)

    @virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

    @virginmedia Thanks for your message and offer to go on this web chat. Just tried and your closed, so this doesn’t help either!! My friend who lives with us was the reason for getting Sky sports and his team Spurs are on BT sports and he can’t watch it!!

    @virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

    @virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issue for ox145 will be fixed. When I ring 150 I get no actual update, just that you are working on it. I work from home and rely on this. Ta. :)

    @virginmedia the worse customer service I’ve had in a long time. An absolute racket- tv, internet, billing & customer service: all woeful - they allow themselves 28 days to respond to a query & the phone lines are inaccessible - you couldn’t make it up #avoidvirginmedia #crooks

    @virginmedia well after couple of lengthy phone calls today to virgin, I was told account were up & working again, when I rung today there was message saying there was a fault, tried to login this eve, Dane shit as yest, NO authenticity code sent, complete load of shit stay clear

    @virginmedia tried logging on to my isa account, asking me for authentication code, request it, no txt coming thru, ring the 20 mins then told there shutting, & will ring back tomos. They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!

    @marcelpociot @virginmedia I think people dramatize it. It says "security password". It is probably some kind of shared verification phrase which is used to authorize certain actions on your account when calling customer service. It is usually filled out when first time signing a contract with the company.

    @virginmedia I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to renew my broadband deal. I’m looking to upgrade to a better package and they didn’t understand that!!! It would help if you had uk call centres. I will have no option to cancel as apparently you don’t just off let broadband!!

    @virginmedia the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. No one know how to talk and resolve a customer issue. I doubt very much there is any pride or care in how they treat their customers. Extremely disappointing!

    @virginmedia My upload speed ranges from 0.2-3 in the week but during the weekend (up until around 3pm) I get upload speed of 6+ This is a problem of inconsistency mainly.
