For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

@virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

@virginmedia I don't own any type of phone. Being deaf I wouldn't get to use the main function plus as I said before I'm poor your internet is overpriced so I can't afford one. I have not fit for purpose internet and a cheap tablet.

@virginmedia Yeah its got power bottom light keeps flashing green then green arrows flash ive switched the box off but no good . Its been on and off for days mainly in a morning . But today it keeps going off and on again then back to not working its really annoying

@virginmedia your “triage bot” is stuck in a loop. Every time I click “Yes I’ll wait 45 minutes for an agent”, it asks the questions again. I don’t want to lose my place in the queue but don’t know if I have one?! I have no signal, your agent y’day told me chat would be instant..
