    @virginmedia let me down once again with their pathetic service. First the broadband was extremely slow all day and now the Hub is gone. No emergency appointment and I have to wait for a week for a technician visit. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

    If anyone is interested in how much @virginmedia are overcharging for their dreadful service, I’ve just been offered a price match on cancellation to move to a different supplier. £27.50/month for a service for which they originally increased price to £105/month

    @virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

    @virginmedia It's always the same response. No service impacting issues reported. However, the service is pretty bad. Wondering if @virginmedia network is capable of handling traffic or deliberately doing throttling. @Ofcom

    @weesaragregor_x @virginmedia we moved from virgin to sky on the summer and img it is the worst move ever.... our @SkyUK broadband is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING and we are stuck with it for another yr and a bit and sky have done nothing to help. they just say it's fine

    @virginmedia I believe we're being reconnected tomorrow, since it apparently takes 48 hours to patch us back into the mainframe (not a Network Technician, apologies) so I think all that can be done is being done. Thanks though RF :)

    @virginmedia so my dad been trying to get his virgin media email account unblocked for 4 days. Constantly being passed to different departments. Hours on the phones and live chat and still not sorted! Shocking service!
