After waiting for over 1 hour to talk to a human on @virginmedia, can't help but feel like I was being trolled by the choice of background songs. One says "I could get used to this", other about being down down down... Somehow I don't think this is the best choice of mood music.

When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

@virginmedia I been trying for days to get through to customer services to reduce my package the cost at the moment is £145.00 per month. I do not use the phone line but I think that amount of money per month is not viable for me. I got through to Ryan customer services I need help.

If @virginmedia is having problems in my area shouldn’t they inform me? I had to call up to be told by an automated answering machine that my line is down due to a fault. I pay so much per month but they can’t text or email me saying my line is down. My renewal is in March 🤔
