@virginmedia Hi. They didn't. We were given a date it would be fixed by and told we'd get a compensation email to register, but never got that either. The first technician fitted an attenuator to our router but other than that our setup has been unchanged and worked fine for years, until now

@virginmedia We still have no broadband - since Tuesday - the status tracker says all ok - but the automated phone message confirms it’s an outage in the area. Can you tell me when you expect it to be fixed please because this information is not being provided on the service tracker? SW17 7

@Virgin @VirginMedia_TV @virginmedia can you please introduce a pensioners affordable package? Something like fixed £60 per month for over 70s. Tv, broadband and phone can be all pensioners have to access the outside world and they are being priced out of it, please help them 🙏

5. What I would suggest to @virginmedia customers: Once your contract is finished, just end it. There is no point to be with them, since they don't respect your money. But if no other choice: end it. Ask for a service as new customer.
