@virginmedia appoi tents with custo.ers on Friday as the sim from o2 only picks up 1 bar so makes Webexes hard to hold. This week I am on the follow the sun shift dealing with Sev1 incidents, so I rely on a good stable connection. My son had to cancel an exam on Friday.

@virginmedia Hi John sorry for delay. Had to retry twice but it now seems to be working. Fingers crossed. FYI the same issue happened in June 2022, then 3 times again in the run up to Xmas. Let’s hope before I leave Virgin in March that I don’t have to deal with another outage! Cheers Lea
