@virginmedia @virginmedia there is no complaint recorded because not to disrespect but Virgin do not value or respect their customers. I was meant to receive a call from Virgin and I did not receive no call but they still suspended my services and are requiring me to pay for extra charges

Virgin media happy to promise anything to stay whilst yr in yr calling off period. But once you in the actual contract & cancellation would cost the customer retract any offers. Calling you a liar!! Avoid this company, at all costs Virgin Media can not be trusted.

@virginmedia Thanks. Sorted next day. I left & travelled to family in Cardiff for internet! Don’t understand what went wrong. No-one has ever been to our street to try and explain the problem to us, even though that was hinted at after the @BBCTheOneShow feature on the years of bad service

@virginmedia That I did not agree to. I don't see how that's fair and to be honest Ofcam don't allow such things so I have a right to cancel without any early termination fees due to such actions

@virginmedia Please at least let us know what the actual issue is instead of just stating. Engineers have found the problem etc. I really hope this gets sorted out quickly and we will be expecting some compensation for this loss of services.

@virginmedia Wifi crap - have to reboot several x a day. Virgin says there is nothing wrong. I said if everything was fine I wouldn’t be calling. ‘any issues will be corrected in 24 hours’ You just told me nothing is wrong? I have to pay for engineer as there is no problem - wow!

@virginmedia Tried that, that was who was supposed to call back yesterday. Not spending all day chasing shadows again, would rather email your CEO and make the official complaint. Jan 21 to now the new equipment ordered and promised still not here. Unacceptable.
