    @gigaclear When virgin media went down for a few hours, we got a rebate. What is your policy? It was down for a whole day.

    @virginmedia Can't call tech support at midnight and tge issue resolves itself by then. It's clear by twitter is not an isolated incident either. Indicates a server side issue rather than user side.

    @virginmedia Are you wanting me to comment in the broadband section? Can you explain the benefits of this as you won't send an engineer out if there is an issue constantly in the area and your tech team are already aware of it, plus I have the ofcom complaint aswell?

    @virginmedia Nope, the cable is fine. Its WiFi, its always been WiFi. When the engineer came out to fix it, he thought he was coming to install Internet, luckily he was very good and seems to have solved the problem (replaced the router) Shame it's taken 3 months of rubbish service

    @virginmedia It was done last night (not had email confirmation as I requested the cancelation fee breaking down) I’ll give it till end of play today and will call the useless customer service number to get it confirmed whilst wasting another hour of my life.

    @virginmedia I have tried all the numbers. Spoken to 4 people and am in desperation so all I have left is to post on social media. That in itself is a sad state of affairs where a customer is left without any options.
