@virginmedia please let me know how to resolve internet continuously dropping off. Can’t speak to anyone. Your online service runs in a loop, repeating the same things. And does not resolve anything. The only way to get anyone to do anything is to raise a complaint.

@virginmedia While ever I'm still breathing, ill never join virgin again! Charge me nearly £500 because your call center won't pick up the phone and when I get through I get told "its not our problem, you couldn't get through to cancel" think you find it is your problem!
