    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    @virginmedia, @Netflix cancelled our subscription, effective immediate. Apparently, the payment we make to you in our package isn't being passed on. A websearch suggests we're not the only ones with the problem. How about you fix that without affecting your customers? #rubbish

    @virginmedia 3rd day without WiFi, son trying to study for exams, I'm trying to wfh. Pretty sure this is the worst baordband I've had ever. Spectacular failures. Any chance of a resolution or eta on service resumption in KY12 or Central Scotland that @DowndetectorUK shows???

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp Really disappointed with your help desk. It says standard message "few intermittent problem" and it send text link saying everything is fine. Either one is mis representing the facts.
