    @virginmedia I am not sure about that, ur working in virgin media you must be well aware of that. But this is extremely unprofessional and unethical. The kind of bill you charge, atleast a prior notification is expected. You are not going to discount for this right?a shame of service provider

    @virginmedia I think the point is there are clearly large issues affecting Virgin media and some more info would be useful. I.e what is the fault. Where is it and how long will it take to fix?

    @virginmedia The issue started when a tech came to “upgrade” to fibre, took away a working Hub 2 & installed this hub & I’ve used that link multiple times but it’s never managed to even give a result either way
