@virginmedia We are unable to to access both email accounts. Phoned for help for my account 4 days ago and changed password. I could then receive but not send emails. I am traveling to meet our disabled families so only have my mobile which is also not working

@virginmedia Yes, and they weren't much help, I just get constant buffering when streaming from apps on the tv. I'm trying to find out when my contract is up but getting that info is like trying to crack the enigma code and I'm not Alan Turing.

@TfL can you assist in why @virginmedia Wi-Fi top up hasn’t been working for weeks now? With @VodafoneUK dropping its service and now VM not allowing passes, we are going backwards not forwards in terms of technology on the tube network

@aimbcfc Issues since the first lockdown of WiFi dropping on our @virginmedia broadband. They've never been able to "fix" it, just had to get used to it 😢

Was wondering why when I last had a @virginmedia engineer replaced our TiVo box we had lost a lot of channels on our TV. It's because the idiot plugged the TV aerial lead into the return splitter while taking our output splitter. New output splitter = TV channels back Muppet!
