    @virginmedia Nope, my sons PC is fine (just anything PC's, consoles/phones) that have issues with wifi. It's been like this for sometime tbh, to the point where I'm going to be installing another router to keep local machines running why wifi to the internet craps out.

    @virginmedia Today I have been told that installation will take 2 more months! This is just insane customer service- I am trying bring it forward by a few days and you are trying to delay it by months! Phew!! Hope @bt_uk can help?

    @virginmedia I’ve been informed that my automatic compensation is incorrect (I’ve calculated 70£ short so far) but if I never get the internet I won’t see this. I’m also not allowed a wifi dongle because I’m in contract or something?

    @virginmedia Hi, I organised an appointment for someone to collect an old hub that is no longer used for return, but I've since received a package from yourselves to return the hub. Can I cancel the appointment to collect the hub?

    @virginmedia Its my service, was promised an appointment 8th, 15th and today. All of which i had to call up to find out. Broadband still not working and no comms as to why.

    @virginmedia How can I complete your complaints process when my complaint doesn’t get logged? If I log a complaint, then wait for 2 weeks for a reference that doesn’t appear then I’m back to square 1 and you’re rinsed me for another £20?

    @virginmedia Yes, but no luck, they just keep asking me questions. I've stated at least 5 times that I wish to terminate but I'm being harassed for reasons, which I don't have to give, I'm so upset, I don't know where to turn next. I just want to end my contract. How hard can that be?
