    @virginmedia I called your useless customer service and told them of my cancellation. I was told I need to be "transferred to the right department", when I chose the right options when calling you. This is a scam and I recorded the call. I have given you my notice. 1/2

    @davefox @virginmedia Mine is fine now. Had no problems before so was surprised that it was down for about an hour this morning like you around 10am. I saw on a Carshalton community Facebook group that people in SM5 were also having problems so we are not alone. I hope your connectivity improves asap.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia are a joke. “Ring this number to cancel” ... “sorry, we’re busy and can’t take your call. Goodbye”. I’m on day 33 of ringing them daily and month 5 of having internet that doesn’t work. Looking forward to their stock “Sorry. Have you spoken to us yet?” response

    .@sky not impressed - as a new customer awaiting an install you texted me and asked me to call you. Spent over half an hour on hold, no information online on my new account and none of your social media teams are equipped to help. Should I cancel and stay with .@virginmedia?

    Apparently even getting a response off the twitter team is as efficient as using the phone or website. Worst customer service I have ever experienced @virginmedia

    @virginmedia what terrible customer service.. I moved home instead of moving me you gave me a new contract charging me 37 pounds more a month. Tv not working phone the same cant talk to anyone. Been on chat waiting for two hours already today
