@virginmedia extremely poor service rang to chase my refund to be told it’s going to be a cheque and will be another 2 weeks or more. Paid by direct debit why can’t you just put it back in bank account like other companies. Unnecessary trip to bank 10 miles away

@arr045 @virginmedia Honestly save yourself the bother and go to a different provider because virgin don't fix issues. 6 months down the line for me with multiple phone calls, complaints raised and false promises from virgin, my issue is still not resolved. Their incompetence is astounding.

@virginmedia trying to contact you for days now. Nothing. Been put on hold over and over for hours, only to get disconnected. £67 a month! and cant get any help online or on phone. Internet constantly dropping out and I want to cancel. I'm outside my contract, and moving house.

@virginmedia No. Construction booked for around 1st April and was told service would be connected soon. Received txt to reschedule til 23 April for repull. No explanation. Messaged and asked why to which they said permit is not live and would have to wait. I had to end the convo as so angry.
