@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

@virginmedia our internet speed is awful if you’re sat anywhere other than right next to the router. Seems ridiculous for the price we are paying and we have two people trying to work from home. What can be done to improve this?

@virginmedia No, because complaining won’t get the b/b to happen any faster. Install supposed to be happening tomorrow after letting us down on 7 Dec and all the talking etc in between. Feel there’s absolutely no point complaining. We just want b/b and don’t want to go to Sky.
