@virginmedia Still waiting. I have been waiting since April 2nd . There was an issue with blockage, this was sorted 2 days later 1st cancellation was 27th April I have had 4 more since and. I one been out to do the so called work.

@virginmedia This has been possibly the worst service I have seen, let alone encountered. No one can give answers, I've been hung up on, told I'd be called back and never did. I came to Twitter just to highlight this, you have my money and you really don't care as I'm not a new customer

@Mrs_Ring @virginmedia Could try things like now tv who I believe offer a monthly option without subscription so could then sign back up as a new customer in a couple of months with virgin. But in all honesty virgin are shocking. Hanging up on people constantly, ripping off loyal customers, just crap

So, @virginmedia why don't you just have a number I could call up and eventually speak to a human who has their full attention on my issue? The poor chap on the end of the chat has five other customers to deal with. It's terrible customer service, anti-service.

@yh2rdw4nhw @virginmedia I’ve gone with Vodafone and I’m much happier I might not have 10000mb download speed but if it goes down it also has a dongle with mobile data so it uses that #Vodafone
