    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    @gigaclear When virgin media went down for a few hours, we got a rebate. What is your policy? It was down for a whole day.

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Buy a new/better router. I had exactly the same issue on Virgin Media - turns out the router they give you is rubbish. It’s been such a relief and fixed my constantly hanging work Zoom calls.

    @virginmedia We first had the issue last year. Then my parents re l-raised the issue about 6 weeks ago. They were sat on hold for hours at a time. They eventually got through and they said someone will be coming out. But instead they just sent another box.. still not resolved the issue
