    @virginmedia Yes. And the broadband in my area is down till at least 15.45pm which I would hope the issue would be resolved by then.

    @virginmedia An adaptor has been sent but we don't need one. We just need activation from you. I think the second person understood. The fact our line hasn't worked for so long is your fault. The amount of calls we had to make and the different advice given has been terrible
