    @gigaclear When virgin media went down for a few hours, we got a rebate. What is your policy? It was down for a whole day.

    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    But they are more than happy to take our money every month even though we ain't getting our moneys worth. So many on my estate have @virginmedia & they have the same problem & they just feed us lies. Just come & fix this area.

    The conversation I just had with @virginmedia customer service is a great example of what not to do as a company. They sent me a letter saying that my bill would be £8 more per month after my contract expired. They instead doubled my bill and called me a liar...

    Internet question here we pay for supposed 300 mega bytes of @virginmedia here in East Belfast speed tests showing downloads of 10.76 Mbps is this good or bad ?

    @ChrisF1nch @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog hello regarding C-271020937 never resolved. Still intermittent WiFi (dropped 5 times) already today. Please can someone help as this has been happening since the end of September 2020 - customer service and broadband service non existent.

    @virginmedia I need this sorted now. I can’t talk to anyone in the phone because they won’t do what I’m requesting them to do. They’ve checked all the cables in the house, they have checked the junction box on the street. The issue is the Modem. Please have someone DM and they can phone.
