    @virginmedia The box is several years old now, and the quality is defunct! The tv itself (and box) works fine, it's just very old and not working 100% as it should, and as we're paying for. The test showed no problems, but it needs updating

    @virginmedia I am indeed a current customer, luckily the wifi has been pretty decent recently but there was a period of time a few months ago when I was having to reset the router 2 to 3 times a week due to the wifi connection dying. At the moment it seems to be working pretty well for me.

    @AdamSaddler123 @LichVtuber Here’s my thoughts right now. Maybe we should delay the birthday celebrations until you find a better internet service, Froot. Feels like @virginmedia doesn’t want you to stream at this point.

    @virginmedia It’d be really good if someone could actually fix the link for existing customers of both so it doesn’t just go round in circles. Also you really should tell people that their names have to be identical on both accounts for it to work.

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)
