    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    @gigaclear When virgin media went down for a few hours, we got a rebate. What is your policy? It was down for a whole day.

    @JakeOKane @virginmedia I've been with them since they were NTL. I live fairly close to you and tbh, any problems I've had were dealt with fairly quickly. I once phoned the Virgin CEO directly to report a concern. It was sorted promptly and he phoned me back to see was I happy with the outcome.

    @virginmedia 8 weeks to deal with my complaint ends on the 26th March. Still no call!!!! Stop hiding and call to sort out the mess.

    @virginmedia I've completed complaint form. Then just reverts back to complaint form.will I get confirmation that I have logged complaint. At present it looks like its just dissappeard?
