    @virginmedia Our phone line has been down for a few weeks. Our broadband has been weak. We’ve also got a weak security message on phone WiFi. We called you guys and we’re cut off. Really need to get this sorted now. Thanks

    @_KXIV @virginmedia I haven't even checked the box. Their own site says total loss of service and that's what we have. Completely disappointed with Virgin's approach to these in the circumstances.

    @virginmedia I upload large video files for my job (45-60 mins each). All year, it’s taken roughly 5-6 hours each time. When my internet went down last week, I uploaded on 4G hotspot instead. It took an hour. This surely can’t be right?

    @virginmedia The first person and error was because someone deleted our account. Funnily enough, despite us not having an account and no service, you have still managed to bill me to February this week.???

    @virginmedia I pay 52 pounds a month we have tv xbox ps4 2 mobiles and 2 tablets and a ring doorbell which has a very poor connection . The signal in the kitchen is awful and upstairs above the front room where the xbox is it takes 3 hours to download forrnite not really worth 52 pounds
