    @virginmedia Their understanding of the English Language was so poor, they offered me a discount that was £10 a month more than now. That was without getting any up to date equipment.

    @virginmedia what the hell is my mum paying you for please?!?! EVERY every time im back in London her WiFi service is completely broken and unusable!!! She's a key worker (teacher) and can barely ever get a connection for a phone call or refresh emails?! You're SLOW & UNRELIABLE.

    @virginmedia Stop reading the script, you're wasting your time. I've been through all of this on the phone. Sam knows box that you recommend is showing, via wired connection obviously, that there is a crap connection. Stop wasting my time and get my contract cancelled.

    @virginmedia I've been having issues with slow internet for months. Especially during the evening hours. But now its completely stopped working although we can connect to the WiFi. It says no Internet.

    @virginmedia Only way you can restore my faith is if you close down for good you are a disgrace of a company. And I have been dealing with chief execs office and that is where the lies are coming from so don't see how ringing cilustomer services will help except waste more of my time.
