@virginmedia Phone agents took 25+ mins to get through to said they've sent signals and he's going to call back in an hour. Box is still doing the same lights. Also when I login it still says I have no services, I did start a new fixed contract but don't know how to log onto that

@virginmedia You could help by answering your phones. I am a new customer been waiting an hour, someone even dropped the call on me. Oh I miss the service of @SkyHelpTeam. I did ask for a return call if it dropped - guess what. Just glad I didn’t move my TV too...

@virginmedia Yes I have, no difference. Also the picture/stream is very bad whether on 4G or WiFi. The problem is the quality of the stream from VM, nothing else.

@virginmedia This has been a clear mis-sell, a new customer put onto a talk weekend package and has hit a cap so has been blocked. phone charges of 240 were paid in Jan, 218 in Feb and 262 now tonight - are you kidding!! this is sickening

@virginmedia Today I moved my broadband router to another room, to try and improve the WiFi service upstairs . This resulted in my router not being able to connect to broadband at all 🤬😩. 1/2
