Adam (@adam_jordan112) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.
-
Mat Burling (@all_day_) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia No there isn’t and the only issue is with audio description, it’s driving me mad. I’ve switched it off but it makes no difference.
-
Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.
-
Tahmehtay (@tahmehtay) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!
-
Dr Ioannis Azoidis (@azoidismd) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.
-
Darren Dunbar (@darrendunbar70) reported from Birmingham, England
@coopersalty I strongly suggest you invest in Sky or Virgin media then. Having an old TV with only 5 channels is the problem here!!

-
Tahmehtay (@tahmehtay) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!
-

@virginmedia • 3 times I’ve been cut off this morning while trying to sort out my bill. Could someone please help?
-
Andrew Grove (@henry_1664) reported from Birmingham, England
Can anyone tell me how you get @virginmedia to respond to and deal with complaints? I am at the end of my tether with them! I have raised 4 complaints now and they have unsatisfactorily responded to 1 which I called back about to keep the complaint open only for them to close...
-
David Byrne (@dbyrne2112) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia The issue is happening on the app so it looks like it’s duplicated the laptop using chrome 4 times. 3 of those need removing which I can’t do
-
Liane Denton (@Crazikat2002) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia It’s not the WiFi, I am hard wired into to the router. So there is no excuse for this poor service.
-
chris dagnall (@DagnallChris) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK
-
Roy Kyffin (@RoyKyffin) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia why has my mobile signal strength dropped now Virgin Mobile is piggybacking off Vodafone? Used to be full strength when you used EE.
-
Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England
@davesumnersmith @virginmedia I have realised that talking to Twitter teams is of limited value. The responses are scripted and when they’re painted into a corner, they just stop responding. Customer Service has become a contradiction in terms. My daughter has had similar experiences with Virgin Media.

@virginmedia you have the worst customer service in the history of customer service. You make it as difficult as possible to cancel a contract then constantly spam with phone calls after cancelling and rudely put the phone down in the middle of a question. Please stop calling!
-
| Stevie | 🇬🇧 Corruption is Cancerous 🇬🇧 (@TheFMofficer) reported
@virginmedia You should really have an incompetency policy, we shouldn't have to spend no more than 10 minutes having to report issues. Anything over should be recompensed for wasted time @Ofcom Also, your policies are not British law @LutzSchueler small claims courts will cripple VM
-
Fiona 💙 (@fandrewsdesign) reported
@virginmedia I’ve paid the balance. Post was forwarded to my new address for 6 months after the move. It’s done anyway. I’ll just know better than to sign up again if this is how you treat customers
-
HoneySarfo (@HoneySarfo) reported
@virginmedia As a disabled person, this means I can't use my emergency pendant or use my security (I'm on the ground floor). I also work from home and can't work without the internet. My previous provider has removed service, and VM offered no solution.

𝕮𝖆𝖎𝖗𝖓𝕮𝖆𝖙👹 (@cairn_cat) reported
@virginmedia @O2 I got a letter informing me that my bill is going another £9 in April so that makes it since I've been a customer 4 years ago my bill has went up over 50 % now yet I still gave the same package and same crappy repeats on every channel . So how can you explain the extra costs ????
-
HoneySarfo (@HoneySarfo) reported
@virginmedia I feel completely helpless. 2-3 years I was unwell and recently regained good health and independence. Now I have to ask family and friends to babysit me in case I fall and need emergency assistance and can't get to the phone, and I have to take time off work.

martin (@M_D_Lawless) reported
@virginmedia The issue is I’ve paid over the agreed amount and I still have no internet!
