    @virginmedia have the virgin connect app.... however it will not let me sign in. Have changed password etc and it still says ‘wrong username or password’. Driving me mad!

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @virginmedia I got disconnected over 36 hours ago. I have asked for my service to be re-instated multiple times on calls (6+ hours). It still has not been reconnected. Now when I call virgin support I get an automated message saying it's taking a long time to fix then cuts me off
