@virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

@virginmedia hey guys whatever I try to play back or if I rewind live tv to play back the boxing is terrible so much so you’re unable to watch the programme. The wires are all connected fine and all other internet devices are fine. What’s the issue?

@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

@virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..

Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

@virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

@KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

@virginmedia I have the fix time already for the 16th. I will believe it when I see it. I really don’t want to call again it’s too painful. Fix your online checks and tests, do you realise how annoying it is to check and it consistently says there is no issue when there has been an issue..

@HaybalesUK @virginmedia According to that page, there are 2 issues in WF1. One to be resolved at 8pm and the other at 920pm. I wouldn't hold my breath though, been multiple estimates throughout the day that have been missed.
