@virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

After a massive faff, I've been able get into the goose in selly oak. Has the football but no sound. Worst day of the year @virginmedia to go down. Will remember this when my contract is up.

@virginmedia I have just switched my parents over to you for broadband along with their 2 mobiles and I have a pending broadband order to be installed next week for my new house. So I’m extremely disappointed in how I’m being treated, I may have no option to cancel the lot.

@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

@MiserygutsPetty I USED TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I EVENTUALLY WORKED OUT IT WAS THE AERIAL SOCKET CAUSING THE ISSUE & GOT THE LANDLORD TO CHANGE IT. FIXED IT. THEN, 4 MONTHS LATER, I WENT WITH VIRGIN MEDIA & DON'T NEED AN AERIAL NOW.

@virginmedia “Intermittent signal issue in my area” for the third day in a row. Very unhelpful when I’m trying to work from home as it keeps dropping off during video call meetings. I can’t carry on with such an unreliable connection, it’s not workable.

@virginmedia Why replace with another hub 3 when they are totally useless and keep overheating. All punters cos that's what we are to you should be getting the hub 4 which is the latest but no just pawning crap tech off to the lower payers to force them to upgrade. Bought my own router
