    Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

    @virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

    @virginmedia Apparently her internet was upgraded free but this has resulted in an incorrect bill. What worries me is the disgraceful sales tactics when she tried to query this and get back to original. I find that absolutely abhorrent. The issue is resolved now but it has left a sour taste.

    @JagexAsh I hadn't considered the server outage and a player's online status could be separated. From my perspective obviously the server outage timer should be the priority, although I've had just as scary moments with virgin media internet dropping out randomly while I'm deathpiled.
