    @virginmedia messaging you here as using the website to find help I just get lots of Bad Request errors. Our Virgin Box keeps turning on and off by itself and we need a replacement. Please advise, thanks

    @virginmedia It's not faulty. It's not a wifi or broadband issue. You don't have enough backhaul capacity.

    @virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

    @virginmedia our broadband is down flashing green light. The service page has a fault shown but check status says its working fine. You need diagnostics for your diagnostics...

    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service today from @virginmedia I have experienced broadband issues for OVER 12 MONTHS. I have spoken to 3 people just today alone; got cut off twice and have been on hold collectively for well over an hour. I have phoned several times over months!

    @virginmedia why can’t I get help on the phone?? You send texts to links that don’t work and I have poor service on our broadband. 4 calls text every time need to speak to someone. Cannot get good connection on apple products and upstairs is poor signal… not acceptable!

    @virginmedia There is no area outage. This has been going on for weeks maybe months. It takes on average 30 minutes to get through to speak to somebody who basically fob you off. My introductory offer has also now finished so my bill has doubled which i can not afford!

    @virginmedia There's a whole variety of errors depending where I try to log in, which page or device. One says my browser has cookies disabled (it doesn't.) Another says my email and password aren't recognised, but if I try to reset, giving it my DOB and place of birth, nothing happens.
