@virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

@virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

@AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

@the_pieface @virginmedia i’ve got it recently and it been great. download speeds are abit off but i can only put that down to the hard drive. the uploads speeds are extremely consistent tho, hopefully it doesn’t drop because sky was dreadful

@virginmedia I just want to say that I called that number. Worst customer journey experience. 5 people I had to speak to. Didn't get a replacement and now having to wait till Tuesday for a technician without virgin. When there was a fault in area and not working since then?

@virginmedia Surely the costs are minimal considering you already supply me HD entertainment & ahad movies. I have been a customer for over 10 years now. I wouldn’t actually call that customer loyalty.
