@virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

Lewis (@EverSoSlightlyy) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia I will do both; what’s the number for technical support; will try one last time 🙃

Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

-
Robin Palmer (@robbiederby) reported from Birmingham, England
First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.
-
julie (@Brummie_Girl) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia morning. Are their broadband issues in B31 again? Mine’s constantly going down this morning. Colleague also the same in Solihull. Website says no issues but that’s not reliable.

Greg Ravenscroft (@leastalive) reported
@virginmedia Restarted it which sometimes helps, but often the laptop, when I run problem diagnostic - laptop is 15 ft away, tells me the issue is the signal from the hub. Very difficult when I'm trying to connect to the work server which I have to do, pandemic or not.
-
Greg Ravenscroft (@leastalive) reported
@virginmedia As I'm reading this my phone has switched to mobile data as the Internet is 'poor'. The only thing close to it is the desk top, not used, & the printer, occasionally used.
