    @virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

    @virginmedia Broken again this morning after being ok eventually yesterday - managed to get through on the phones as it's still early - they are now checking and its been escalated and an engineer booked for Monday - progress of sorts!

    @virginmedia Hi, John, is it possible to find out if anyone rang me just before that call was made? I'm wondering if I've responded to something I shouldn't have? I'm normally very careful about unsolicited calls and, usually, hang up, but I'm only human & we all make mistakes! It was April.

    @virginmedia It's not much use. It has been due to be resolved @ 1806 for the last few days. Its now pushed out to 0825 on Tuesday 14th with no real updates!!! Poor customer service yet again from VM

    @virginmedia It did not. And I was not and am not going to wait over an hour. I only got through to a real person (unsure if that was true) once on the chat. That person told me a code would be sent to me by mail. It never happened.

    @virginmedia I never got through on the telephone. I went over the idiotic AI routine on the chat maybe 40 times now. The adviser told me on the chat four weeks ago that I would be sent a “code” which would enable me to finally cancel your service. IT NEVER ARRIVED. Got it now?

    Moving to new premises due to economic downturn. Virgin can't provide service to new premises. Unlike @BTBusiness & @SkyUK, @vmbusiness will charge a cancellation fee higher than the cost of paying for the service until the contract ends even though we won't be there! Wickedness!
