@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@virginmedia I then spoke the CS again on 13th to let them know nothing had changed. I then spoke with the tech team on 24th Nov who said they were aware on the issue as it was a technical fault on our street. I was told engineers were due out within a couple of days to fix it.

@virginmedia I've just checked and there are no problems in the area and I've done the test on our connection and it says everything is fine. It is back on now though. We are having trouble daily with it cutting off. It's like it reboots itself every few hours. Our neighbours say the same

@virginmedia how do I get in touch via chat please? Every time I get that as an option on the website, it asks me to sign in, even though I am signed in! Really frustrating
