    @virginmedia So, this mistake has been resolved very quickly by someone via virgin app this morning. Credit where credit is due. They apologised, applied a rolling credit to the account to cover the monthly cost, and refunded the postage and installation charges. Let's hope this fix works

    @MrDKOz @virginmedia I asked Virgin's technician about the business package when i joined and he specifically said I wouldn't need it because their fibre service is so reliable it'd be a waste of money to go for the business package. I remember that vividly and it turned out to be terrible advice.

    Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

    @virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

    @virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!

    @virginmedia my parents virgin media account is under my email, only issue is that I don’t live with them, just signed up with you and now thats under my email too, when I try to sign into my account I get theirs, it says your can’t change an account email either..

    Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

    Not sure how to explain this, but @virginmedia any ideas? I’m baffled, wifi connection is strong and perfectly fine upstairs, but as soon as I’m downstairs it’s unstable, keeps losing signal and is off and on, we haven’t moved the HUB at all and it’s been fine for months prior.

    @virginmedia I get it-don’t want to argue the toss but surely the speed should be under ‘normal use’and not artificial’lab’conditions?I didn’t become a customer following ads that say as long as you only have one direct connection to the modem we can offer you 320meg? I’ll call the helpline

    @virginmedia Hi KT I called up to cancel my whole virgin media package as moved to city fibre. Internet and TV successfully removed and parts collected. Phone line should have stopped at same time as per my wishes.

    @virginmedia you say it has to be total outage to receive credit to bill but the ‘intermittent issues’ we are facing make pretty much all the usual reasons to use internet impossible… work calls, gaming, streaming, downloading anything. Illogical

    @virginmedia Fingers crossed. 3 hrs of chat yesterday & I was never advised of that. They said they couldn’t do a thing as they couldn’t pass security. Email & phone no not recognised. Can’t confirm if I gave them correct account no. Can’t register online as I don’t know the area no.
