@virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

@virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

@virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

@virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

.@virginmedia send an engineer who says the reason we have broadband issues is because next doors connection is coming off mine, putting us both out of spec. Next door get an engineer out & afterwards their connection is still coming off mine, but Virgin won't talk to me about it
-
Samantha Nicol
(@SamNicol13) reported
@virginmedia No. I honestly have no idea what one even is and why it’s on my bill as part of my package. I’ve been a customer for a long time. There was an issue in previous property but was many years ago and sorted when new hubs were launched. Still don’t recall the issue of a booster?
-
Maenie
(@Maenie) reported
Apparently I need to talk to my neighbour about it. But my neighbours have just moved in. They've already contacted Virgin and had someone out after my engineer visit. So I'm still having broadband issues, but @virginmedia say they can't talk to me about it.

@virginmedia Hi folks - our Internet's just dropped out in a way that suggests localised (rather than in-house) issues. Could I check to see whether that's the case? (Have restarted my hub, but no further joy.)

@virginmedia The problem is that due to the email account logging in issue the password isn’t recognised and when we try to reset the password it says he doesn’t have an account. So this letter is going to probably be useless

@virginmedia Obviously still crap, as it has been for nearly a year. Had two month of ok internet but it’s back to been slow and resetting itself. No I don’t want the same advice I want it fixed or Virgin can do one (at this moment the latter one)
