    @virginmedia Thanks. While I’m on the subject - why does it ALWAYS take multiple attempts to sort anything out with VM? Your WhatsApp and online support workers usually sign off with ‘rest assured you will not have to contact us again’. But this is rarely true?

    @virginmedia TV completely down this morning ,it’s been intermittent since September nobody helps me just fobbed off. Who is the ombudsman over you I can complain to? I’m no longer prepared to keep paying for services I’m not getting.

    @virginmedia I don’t think so I’m still getting distorted TV on a few channels it’s frustrating as my complaint never gets recified I’ve spent hours on end trying to get it sorted

    @virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

    @virginmedia trying to get in touch to change TV package details. I've signed up to a deal for one price but had a confirmation email with a much higher price on. I need to talk to someone! I've tried the text service but even that won't connect me now.

    @virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @virginmedia What the hell Virgin Media, BBC1 ch 101 completely not working on my V6 box (though other channels ok earlier) denying me live Eurovision semi!! Service status checker site not working either so I can't even report it or get info??! This after another big fault recently, shocking

    @virginmedia To everyone with no tv channels - try switching your box off for 2 min then on again. Mine's not worked since thursday. The service checker this morning STILL says there's problems, but i've just reset the box and it's back on

    @virginmedia Im in NG17 all my channels have returned after yesterday's issues but ITV1HD hasn't... Ironically ITV1+1 works but no actual ITV1.
