@virginmedia Yes, security cameras, nest heating, hue bulbs. Less frequently. But still happens. Everything works for a while then something or several things stop. Never everything. We have entirely re-set everything once, which takes hours to sort and is not an answer.

@virginmedia Literally three years of the same inconsistency. And appalling customer service when you speak to anyone. There is nothing you have done or will do to improve this. As soon as I can get a decent speed from another local company I’ll be gone.

Senior manager at @virginmedia has no customer skills what so ever telling me his going to terminate my contract because of an issue with my bank card that they have since taken payment from month after month same issue defo will not reccomend to anyone

@virginmedia The link you provide is entirely not the problem. We’ve had the same issue for 2 years. It doesn’t stop being a problem. And every time we contact someone about it, we get the same advice because there’s no continuation. Please read the message chain if you’re going to reply.

@virginmedia No. It’s usually just one of the connected devices we lose at a time. Most often speakers but sometimes security cameras, sometimes hue bulbs. Never everything at once.

@virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

@virginmedia There is no weak signal. I’ve checked all around the house repeatedly. There are no faults in the area. I have checked repeatedly. Customer services have been unhelpful on multiple calls. Had to fight to get an upgraded hub!

@virginmedia i haven’t had tv service since 6 Dec. I was advised it was an area issue & I would be reimbursed. I’ve now been told its cos of a faulty box and I won’t be reimbursed - but if I hadn’t been told that fault was service issue I wouldn’t have been without tv for so long

@virginmedia I have called 0345 454 1111 over 15 times. Your agents either have no idea, or they promise things that don’t happen. I recommend you put in place a customer services team with expertise to solve problems, that can actually call customers back and respond to customer complaints

@virginmedia Then that’s a problem with your customer service. What should happen is you ask him to DM account deets / swap security codes/arrange call, and then sort it out. One call, book engineer who’s in contact with tech team, done. You’re lost in your own cost savings labyrinth.
