    @virginmedia So, this mistake has been resolved very quickly by someone via virgin app this morning. Credit where credit is due. They apologised, applied a rolling credit to the account to cover the monthly cost, and refunded the postage and installation charges. Let's hope this fix works

    @virginmedia Somewhat stable. However, today is a clear day. It is whenever there is the slightest breeze or a slight change in weather. I have never had such an inconsistent connection.

    @virginmedia But I have been specifically told to return the hub before getting new one as standard procedure. Also been told to email customer services to allow keeping the hub until new one arrives.

    Never rant on socials but when a company calls you a day before, confirming they’re coming out to install broadband after 6 weeks, and on the day you get a text from CS to state it’s been cancelled due to lack of communication... @virginmedia pissed off is an understatement 🤯

    @virginmedia Ok. called 150, got directed to app which didn’t resolve problem. Called again and got directed to link that asked me to do the things I’ve already tried (reset etc). The router is faulty. Red light permanently on. Wifi off more than it’s on. On demand tv is pointless

    Trying to cancel my virgin media broadband has taken 40mins so far. I keep “accidentally” being passed on to the wrong department, or the staff keep speaking really slow, telling me to “hold on a sec”. What ******** is this weird tactic? You’re **** @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I have wasted around 3hrs of my life trying to close my account down for someone to say it’s closed with one months notice and will close 19th June. That is two months! Can you confirm to me that it is one month and 19th May as no one will be around from end of May
