Pat Ryan (@b1gpat) reported from Nuneaton, England
@virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

Brian Roe (@MrBrianRoe) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England
@virginmedia That's the problem...? Right there in your sentence! You don't provide a high level of service. Reading the tweets and responses on Twitter will prove that. Saying "sorry" is not providing a high level of service. I've left, goodbye.

@HeyPJB @virginmedia Yeah. That's easy enough. My Virgin gigabit and TV was jumping from £74 to £89 next year. BT offering a very similar service for £84 but includes Netflix (£13.99 worth), which Virgin can't do.

@virginmedia your badly designed website keeps crashing and giving me a blank page. ( On a Year old MacBook Air). You'd think a billion dollar tech company would have a functional website? #fail.
