We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY ๐ก Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

Since 2 July, we tried to sent numerous emails/feedbacks and no response received; called for several times and waited for 20 minutes with no one answered the phone. No access on the webpage to cancel the package as well.
