@virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

@virginmedia No, I rang and cancelled the installation part and then rang again to cancel my service and they told me my service was cancelled anyways due to lack of fibre in my area anyways (which was a shock to me).

@virginmedia I checked maybe 5/10 minutes ago. On the website it says 24 hours (or check back for updates) and on the phone it says this is a highly complex issue which may take "time" to fix. Last time this happened (which is less than a month ago), it took 2 weeks to fix.

@virginmedia Do you have any specific technical issue on what the issue is? If I check on speed test websites, it looks like I spike up to 20mbps and then it progressively falls to 2mbps which makes me feel like it's being throttled. It's only upload affected too.
