@virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

@virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

@virginmedia I speak to a member of your team weekly! Engineers have been out, tell me it is fixed and the problem continues. When I wrote to Virgin Media to request a resolution I received a letter back with “resolution = Client Education”’ i was advised how to switch hub on/off!
