@virginmedia Thanks. While I’m on the subject - why does it ALWAYS take multiple attempts to sort anything out with VM? Your WhatsApp and online support workers usually sign off with ‘rest assured you will not have to contact us again’. But this is rarely true?

I just spent about 20 minutes trying to find out why I'm getting email from @virginmedia about a SIM that I didn't order. As far as I can tell, the email is legit and Virgin is sending me, and a lot of other people, a replacement SIM "to improve service." Did I miss a memo?

FINALLY!!! After raising a serious complaint with @virginmedia with the prospect of the ombudsman getting involved... They've finally got my services up and running Now all that remains is for them to sort out some compensation and then we can pretend this never happened

@virginmedia Your engineer has done it and said there is an issue and replaced the hub.. never returned again to check if issue resolved. I'm not wasting my time with u. Speed test has been done lots of times with speed dropping drastically every few minutes. #virginmediaisshite

@virginmedia Yes, but it doesn’t show anything. I’m waiting since April 2020 for a fix for this issue, I’m always told the engineers are working hard to get it fixed in the next few days but it has been 11 months 😐 and now my service is completely down and there is no way to report it

@virginmedia You do not need to set an 11 digit password number to register a number for virgin mobile. I did it yesterday and knew to write down passwords.
