@virginmedia After a couple more wasted hours and speaking to two more useless, rude and incompetent call centre operatives your customer retention team actually listened. Might help if ALL your call centres were UK based and had some compassion.

@virginmedia It’s still poor, I’ve ran a rest and it says no issues, but clearly there is. I tried to ring for a fault earlier but wasn’t waiting for over an hour which it said on 150 service number.

@virginmedia Hi, issue still occurring when using WiFi, friend had the same issues this week and VM have resolved the issue for him. Connecting via cable resolves the issues but all devices suffer random drop outs every 20 mins. Happening for 3 weeks, with no issues or network setup changes.
