@virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

@virginmedia First thing I did, and I run them regularly. Only 53.46 Mbps download and just 9.99 upload on a supposedly 100Mbps service! On a wifi laptop right next to the router it’s just 23.43 and 10.08

@virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

@virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

@virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

@virginmedia Hi I can access it no problem but I've watched ep 1-6 in SD but ep 7 is HD only then episode 8 is SD. I can't Access episode 7 for that reason? 😭

@virginmedia why do you make it so difficult to pay you? Moved country 6 mths ago asked to pay bill then told to do online. You closed my online access. Now sending me collection agencies! When I call your expensive number no one can take money. Happy to pay but no one can help!!
