    @virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

    @virginmedia It’s an intermittent problem just with WiFi, no problem with connection into the house. Your app tells me my hub is too old.

    @virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.

    @virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

    @virginmedia I’ve been with Virgin for 5-6 weeks and in that time I’ve had 2 weekends without internet and now I’ve had no tv since Thursday. Oh it’s still not working in case you’re interested. Massive regret leaving Sky. Can’t get through to anyone for help either, well done! 👏🏻

    @CapCannonFodder @virginmedia I’m the know….. Maths not your strong point though is it? 1% of downtime over a 30 day period would be 7.2hrs - services were down nationally for those affected for between 10 and 15 hrs with some affected the next day still.
