    Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

    @virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

    So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

    @virginmedia First thing I did, and I run them regularly. Only 53.46 Mbps download and just 9.99 upload on a supposedly 100Mbps service! On a wifi laptop right next to the router it’s just 23.43 and 10.08

    @virginmedia why do you seem to go out of your way to make contacting Tech Support difficult? I have a specific complex problem. Phone team didn't understand; there's nothing on the website. Live chat don't do tech support. And this really would be better addressed in writing.

    @virginmedia It’s now been returned to sender. My dads given up on virgin now. He spent alot of time struggling to fill in the website forms (I had a zoom screensaver to help). you need to look at the experience of new user sign-up for your service. It’s not simple and you’re losing customers
