@virginmedia But I have been specifically told to return the hub before getting new one as standard procedure. Also been told to email customer services to allow keeping the hub until new one arrives.

@virginmedia hi is there any other number I can call for a uk call centre please, i’ve had enough with being on the phone for up to half a hour at a time trying to sort my Internet only to be cut off, And for them to continue telling me they’ve sorted out my issue when they ain’t

@virginmedia your customer service is awful. Emma was damn right rude on the phone and cut me off on purpose. I suggest is retrained on customer service skills as she has none. There is no need to be patronising to a customer.

@virginmedia yes - and repeatedly getting to a team who do a router reset with me for an hour, and then tell me there's an issue in the area (both mysteriously didn't refresh before giving router reset instructions) and to wait 24hrs.

@virginmedia Love it when a ISP tells you to reset a device even though I used to work for Virginmedia and have been an engineer for 20yrs. As explained to your call handler I told them the fault is the SNR power from the tap port as suddenly how I can no signal.

@virginmedia @virginmedia, as I say, it isn't a resolution unless it solves the problem. The problem is we've waited over 120 for Internet and there still doesn't seem to be a plan or any action to resolve this. I have been in touch on the phone, nobody is willing or able to help.
