    @virginmedia your customer service is awful. Emma was damn right rude on the phone and cut me off on purpose. I suggest is retrained on customer service skills as she has none. There is no need to be patronising to a customer.

    @virginmedia I'm really hoping it's both for the Hub 5 and to fix it. At the moment, with nothing changed it's down. I suspect they will look to get it working on Monday, but nothing has changed at all. I've spent hours on wait on the phone too, and had to hang up to take calls on 4G

    @virginmedia no not to my satisfaction at all they told me that Jan's bill would be 0.00 but still showing at 10.00. I have been put through so much inconvenience and bother it is disgusting only way to get your attention is through Twitter media. You don't care about your long-term customer

    @virginmedia Hi, my router as a whole is offline. It states that "registration failed". So there is zero internet connectivity both on wired/wireless devices. The modem is not not picking up a WAN IP address either. It's a residential service.
