    @virginmedia really appalled with our experience as a new customer (15years with previous supplier). Mix ups with installation. Overcharged. Waiting in for installers not turning up. Closing of a complaint that was escalated. Chasing. No resolution. Want to leave already!

    @Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

    @virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

    @virginmedia I called yesterday, and the guy I spoke to could not even take my email down without errors. Took several attempts to get it right. And I was supposed to get an email to confirm that my services were cancelled. This never arrived... continued.

    @virginmedia That was hardly a response to my email. It was asking me to confirm security questions, seeing as I sent it from my email address registered with you. Answered your questions 5 hours ago and again silence. SERIOUSLY 28 days without broadband -such amazing customer service!

    @virginmedia We moved house in July 2020 and we've had problems since then. Had engineer out who said there's no problem. It's really frustrating.
