It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

@virginmedia oh for Christ sakes. Tv not working again. Won’t even pick it up. It’s plugged in correctly (nothing changed but we checked) but my tv is not picking it up at all. All my other stuff works so it’s your issue and your service checker doesn’t help at all!

@virginmedia please can some one help! My mom has a phone with you but is hopeless with acc info and passwords, she has tv, phone and internet package with you. She is trying to upgrade her phone as the one she has isn’t working/ charging properly.

@virginmedia my parents virgin media account is under my email, only issue is that I don’t live with them, just signed up with you and now thats under my email too, when I try to sign into my account I get theirs, it says your can’t change an account email either..

@MrDKOz @virginmedia I asked Virgin's technician about the business package when i joined and he specifically said I wouldn't need it because their fibre service is so reliable it'd be a waste of money to go for the business package. I remember that vividly and it turned out to be terrible advice.

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@virginmedia No! Had to start the whole order again! The error was completely your fault and as a consequence my children have missed 2 days of home schooling and I have had to pay £24 in 4 g charges so I can work from home. Terrible experience and we’re STILL not on!

@virginmedia It is impossible to cancel! I sent a letter recorded delivery 3 weeks ago to cancel my account I haven’t had a response. I’ve made two complaints. Tried to phone, line goes dead after waiting over an hour. Done the text system they just tell you to ring! Nightmare!
