And more importantly the agent I spoke with was very rude and hostile. Not sure she understood how to retain customers but you lost one today due to this poor customer service

Call eacalated to supervisor for him to be monosyllabic and then leave the call. If I hang up now, it’ll be me still without my £ and having to start again
