    @virginmedia That’s says no known issues. So I think there’s an issue with that too. Broadband doesn’t appear on any searches it’s like it’s disappeared . There’s an engineer coming tomorrow

    @virginmedia I'm not sure what you mean by all platforms, I'm talking about watching a programme on the TV using the 'home' button function and YOUR box. What I am sure of though is that even if I happened to live where it is available, I would never, ever have your services in my own home.

    @virginmedia They told me to reset my router as they couldn't see a problem. I had already reset my router umpteenth times following the online troubleshooting and also when the IVR call system told me to do so.

    @virginmedia Finally got through to a human. I explained the issue is not just wifi related yet they insisted on asking me to amend wireless settings on the hub. ‘Disable channel optimisation’ and change the 2.4Ghz channel width from 20 to 20/40. Needless to say this makes no difference! >>
