@virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

It came back on for about 15 minutes, then went LOLZ jk c ya. I really love this service, we're definitely going to stay with Virgin Media when the contract is up. LOLZ jk c ya.

@virginmedia Hi. Yes when I cancelled my contract with you. I refereed someone to take over the service. This was all done over the phone with you adviser. The person who took over the service got there £50 after complaining. But because this was done over the phone and not on the link.

@virginmedia Did you actually read my previous answer ? i followed all suggestions, including that, as I stated above. You really do your company no favours by ignoring an actual problem, and it will put off potential customers. I think a home visit by engineers will be needed !

@virginmedia The same generic bs answer of "we're aware of the issue and working hard to fix it". It's been 2 weeks and started after you "maintained" the servers, you don't appear to be working that hard at all but why would you when you can provide no service and still charge an arm n leg.
