They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

Everyone please make sure when you cancel services with them, you state it in every way possible or you'll get charged for unused services for months afterwards...
