They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.

We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.

You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

Ideally each line in 2-3 points of varying distance from UK shores to make repair more complex than laying new fiber.
