    @virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

    @virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

    @virginmedia I did, and told them everything what's been happening they goes we will sort out and I still getting emails from virgin I don't know why and problem is still there and bill getting delayed which I been told them about that and its keep happening since January

    @virginmedia haha you mean the same forum where they didn’t answer me for days last time, and they didn’t resolve anything???? waste of time. they told me to check the speed and check for area issues. absolutely awful customer service when i’ve been complaining about this for WEEKS now.

    @virginmedia Im getting slow speeds on my broadband. My package is volt and which should be 250mbs im getting less that half of that. Please ask your team to look into this

    @virginmedia Hub3, no not noticed any changes on the hub. But worth noteing that sometimes only 1 or 2 devices fall off the "network" and at other times it is all of them that lose the connection!

    @virginmedia Just nearly been taken out by one of your van drivers on Duncan Road, Leicester. Ignored a mini roundabout, then further down road I had to mount pavement to avoid being hit. Driving a van but didn't get reg number

    @virginmedia No, and theres no one on the lines to contact been on hold for over 3 hours my internet goes down at the same time every day the rest of the time when it's working it's on and off and constantly having to reboot the box
