  @virginmedia Sadly no. we admitted defeat, we were on hold for 1hr 50 mins. Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

  @virginmedia I haven’t sent you a DM. I managed to speak to a human being at Virginmedia and the issue with my broadband and TV services finally got resolved. Your poor service has put me through hell, not being able to deal with my finances with my bank accounts etc. I cannot wait to move elsewhere once I get to the end of my current contract with you. 😡

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Your lucky you got dial up speeds bro. I’m lucky if I get 3-6mb on the GB package and that’s when I have a connection. But yeah customer service has got worse and worse.   A man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following a shooting incident in Limerick. The incident happened at a residence on Hyde Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at around 4.30pm yesterday. A man in his 60s was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for serious injuries.
