@virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.

@virginmedia The issue is happening on the app so it looks like it’s duplicated the laptop using chrome 4 times. 3 of those need removing which I can’t do

Can anyone tell me how you get @virginmedia to respond to and deal with complaints? I am at the end of my tether with them! I have raised 4 complaints now and they have unsatisfactorily responded to 1 which I called back about to keep the complaint open only for them to close...

@virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.

@virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

@virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK

@virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

@davesumnersmith @virginmedia I have realised that talking to Twitter teams is of limited value. The responses are scripted and when they’re painted into a corner, they just stop responding. Customer Service has become a contradiction in terms. My daughter has had similar experiences with Virgin Media.

In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

Anybody in B37 with a @virginmedia box having problems with their boxes rebooting? Ours has done it twice without warning this evening.

@virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

@virginmedia Yeah it says there is nothing wrong, but it disconnect multiple times over the course of an evening all the time. Even when Ethernet plugged in. When I have used the service status page the internet is ok so it doesn’t diagnose anything…

@virginmedia I've only had the #360box for two months & although I am having to record 12 hours of programmes to watch approx 40 minutes of local news instead of just recording the required sections of programmes (as with previous box) the percentage used has never reached 40% (currently 31%)
