@virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

@virginmedia Pre install don't really help. Should have been installed on 14th May. Failed as the outside work not done. Blocked T junction discovered, but nothing done, just empty promises. Installer turned up today and went away as the external construction work still not done.

@virginmedia Hi. Wired connection is fine - getting around 580 Mbps. Just seems to be the WiFi speeds. Was good yesterday but really poor today. Not sure if maybe the Hub 3? Have done all the reboots today but no change
