@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

@virginmedia Our broadband drops all the time, sometime it dies for 3 days, sometimes for 3 hours. Lately it comes back a couple times a day but only for a couple minutes ( thanks god we don't work from home huh !) We unplug, plug, restart, leave it time to actually shut down to restart /

@virginmedia Months, in fact, we get "low bandwidth" warnings every day at the moment, to the point an Engineer is coming out on Wednesday. All4 is the worst of the bunch though. How can we get low bandwidth on the TV box if it is directly cabled into the Virgin-provided router via Cat6?
