  @virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

  Looool. Virgin Media down again. Go to put our postcode in to see if service is affected in Redditch & apparently it's not a valid postcode. At least for a week every night the internet has gone down for about 20 minutes. Not the end of the world of course but a tad frustrating.

  @virginmedia Says the complaint is still open, I'm actually shocked by the two people I dealt with. I accept VM isn't perfect, which is why I renewed my contract and even after the issues after carried on trying to work with VM to fix everything.

  @virginmedia Virgin incorrectly reported missing payments, put a Default Notice on Equifax account without first telling me and my destroyed credit rating, which was excellent before Virgin’s machinations. I wish I had never returned as a customer and wouldn’t have if I had know beforehand.
