    @virginmedia why are you not supporting key workers through these challenging times? Both my wife & I are key workers supporting the NHS & the food industry from home yet you fail to fix our Broadband issues for 3 wks. We can’t work. You just fob us off @piersmorgan @BorisJohnson

    @virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

    And now you have been offline for over half a day with your website still saying there is no known issue?! I want to make an official complaint to both @virginmedia and @Ofcom , Your service is appalling and your customer service even worse.

    @virginmedia My main issue is that I need to speak to someone!! How do I do that? The line is constantly busy and won’t even put me on hold, the website says I need to speak to someone to deal with my requests! Can you see my problem? It’s appalling.I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving

    @virginmedia how the hell do I get an email from your company trying to reset a password on the app? All i want (for the last year) is working wifi engineer out last monday said i need a booster no help on phone or app or this absolutely shocking!

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

    @virginmedia @b2ksamos It is me. I've been cut off again and now told to ring back at 8am. It is unbelievably bad service. Please can you give me the link to make a complaint, because this has been hours of my time. I'm sure you're in breach of all sorts of rules and I have filed a complaint to Ofcom.

    @virginmedia Nope, been trying to resolve this since the start of April. Shockingly bad. CS Reps on WhatsApp have consistently been unable to assist me but at least they’ve been polite. Got my first really snarky one today. It can be difficult to tell tone on WhatsApp. With her it was clear!

    @virginmedia The handset is fine and I can receive calls without difficulty. A friendly Bt engineer believes VM has suspended my line accidentally which apparently happens. Well hard to find out without any customer service! But thanks for asking.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to cancel my contract from Thursday 😡 your chat, WhatsApp and phones are not responding. So it looks like you will charge me another month. And still I can’t contact anybody to cancel my contract with you.

    @virginmedia No one single offer of what I asked for. A broadband only package. Which is outrageous. Kept asking for a price as a existing customer without a response. Apparently you’re only interested in getting new customers and don’t give a toss about existing. Insane

    @virginmedia Called 4 times this week and on each occasion the line got cut off. No call back. No apology. Just hours wasted on calls. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve literally been with Virgin Media for 3 weeks and can’t recall a worse service in all my life.

    @virginmedia If anyone is debating as to wether you should move over to Virgin Media…. DO NOT DO IT!!! They are a poor man’s Sky. Bite the bullet, and pay a little extra for for Sky. Its worth it trust me!!! Virgin Media are an absolute crock of ****!!!!
