    @virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

    @virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

    @virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

    @virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

    @virginmedia so 1 hour is 34 mins in Virgin media? England is not in the UK and contracts start from times other than when customer sees and discusses them- random start times and this is normal? Why have a contract at all? So frustrated.

    @virginmedia I better not. I was told the bill I paid when I gave notice was the full and final settlement, and bizarrely that I’d receive a cheque from you 3 weeks after disconnection. (I never buy your movies etc so there will be zero additional charges.) Beginning to see why I got rid…?

    @virginmedia @willbarbero So even though I signed a contact with yourselves that ends in September, I’m going to be hit with a price hike? Even though my contract has a discount applied to it past the rises you intend to apply ? Might have to call and cancel also. Get it cheaper elsewhere!
