Spent 45 mins on the phone to @virginmedia to agree a new contract. I didn’t receive the confirmation email as agreed so rang up to check only to be hold there was no record of it and they couldn’t honour it. 10/10 customer service there 🙄

@virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

@virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

@BankerJase @virginmedia I’ve yet to deal with a Virgin Media team that provide decent customer service. Which is why I’ve given up on TV/Telephone. Broadband will only last if they maintain a service.

@virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

@virginmedia Had enough of poor internet so cancelled our contract, to be told we can't waive our Exit fee. Internet is less than the minimum guaranteed speed for more than 3 days and we gave you 30 days to fix the issue. So why can't it be waived?

@virginmedia @BrianKEve I'd like to interject here. Virgin customer service is, quite frankly, unacceptable. I use it for a broadband line and any disruption complaint is treated with disdain. Number 1 reason I wouldn't recommend.
