    @virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

    I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

    @virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’m due to move into. New build house next week, virgin website says the house isn’t connected yet, although the builders say it is, and it’s down to virgin to action this going live. I need broadband to do my work, so this getting delayed isn’t really helpful

    @virginmedia I have been speaking with them multiple times a day. They don’t help. They lie and say people will call back, that engineers are coming and then they don’t. So you guys are passing the buck as well? Anyone at Virgin want to step up here? Do something good for someone in crisis?
