    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    Not only that, when speaking to a manager he has proceeded to cut me off and hang up after a 50 minute phone call. What kind of **** show are you running over there ? This is disgusting customer service! @virginmedia

    It came back on for about 15 minutes, then went LOLZ jk c ya. I really love this service, we're definitely going to stay with Virgin Media when the contract is up. LOLZ jk c ya.

    @virginmedia All of the above its ...not a connection I have experience in this field and all we get is we guarantee WiFi to building what happens inside is not our issue ....that's DISGUSTING as one of the 3 main essential services alongside electric and gas you should guarantee inside !

    @virginmedia Wi-fi keeps dropping in and out for almost a year. Bought extender but didn’t help, what more can be done by you? Send engineer to check or provide virgin extender?

    @virginmedia But I was advised that I would receive a call with-in 72 hours when I spoke to someone on live chat. I am happy to take the box of myself. Very poor customer services, and if I was thinking about switching to Virgin, I would be worried you’d install to wrong house!
