    @virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec

    @virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

    @virginmedia Im getting slow speeds on my broadband. My package is volt and which should be 250mbs im getting less that half of that. Please ask your team to look into this

    @virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

    @virginmedia Hi, I have now tried unsuccessfully for 12 hours to use the WhatsApp service as again it goes around in circles if I am not immediately available. The number you helpfully provided hangs up after sending a link… please advise how I talk to someone about my account.

    @virginmedia haha you mean the same forum where they didn’t answer me for days last time, and they didn’t resolve anything???? waste of time. they told me to check the speed and check for area issues. absolutely awful customer service when i’ve been complaining about this for WEEKS now.

    @virginmedia I did, and told them everything what's been happening they goes we will sort out and I still getting emails from virgin I don't know why and problem is still there and bill getting delayed which I been told them about that and its keep happening since January

    @virginmedia A car was parked legally next to the cable access point. 1.5 hour wait time to get through to custserv and no solution is unacceptable. I called @VodafoneUK and waited 30 secs to speak with a human and had my query promptly resolved. Unfortunately Vodafone doesn’t serve my area.

    @virginmedia I hardly have to contact you but when I do it’s such a chore! Even before Covid I would have to hold for 1hour+ now it’s impossible!! I just want the broadband I pay for to work! And yes I’ve troubleshooted, checked network issues etc etc😡
