I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@virginmedia Shocking customer service signed up a few weeks ago for fibre given an installation date called the day before to ask me when I would like to book the install then telling me they have a problem on the site and will get in touch in 7 days.

@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

@virginmedia Already done that today. Like I said, I'm now unable to get services due to an error at your end. Sales line were less than helpful and palmed me off to customer services (first time they cut me off, second time they put me through). Customer services were also unhelpful.

@MouseLiterate @virginmedia What you told me about this earlier is AWFUL, I can’t believe @virginmedia would treat ANY customer like this, but to treat a NEW customer in this way is just awful! I’d say leave them & join Vodafone broadband, it’s better than Sky & Virgin in my opinion!!
