@virginmedia Repeatedly over several years. Get the same response each time. Nothing changes long term. I see from checks online that other people have the same issues so I’m now planning on leaving.

@virginmedia You disabled our old address so I am now having to move my wife’s business computer and records at 10pm at night to the new address so she can work tomorrow. Your customer service agents haven’t got my name right once and you have mucked up provision of equipment at the new place

@virginmedia My complaint would be about the level of service (or lack thereof) provided by the manager who cancelled my original order, not pricing

@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

Thanks @virginmedia for renewing my contract for 12 months and then downgrading me and I loose all my HD channels! Your service is poor and unacceptable #virginmedia

@virginmedia Phone and TV down in B24 area, wondering if the power cut immediately before was due to work you’re doing.

@virginmedia I took a walk to clear my mind and decided all the hassle isn’t worth it. So I just rang to cancel the TV order. If you’d honoured the original request, you’d be getting an extra £7/month from me (and probably more if I upgraded my channels). I can live without it though

@virginmedia (2/2) But still I’d like to somehow register a formal complaint against whoever deemed it unnecessary to let me know of the original cancellation

@virginmedia not pleased at all with your service. Despite three confirmation calls from you to me confirm what we needed, you have still not handled our house move correctly

@virginmedia well I have to go and pick up my daughter. Perhaps there will be someone in when I get back. For nearly £1000 to watch tv, show a little service ethos. #shamefulservice #trycallingme #isthereanypoint another 30 minutes wasted on hold

@virginmedia Shocking bad. We booked our old address to run until the 7th March and paid for a new account to start today at the house we are moving into so my disabled wife was not without internet.

@virginmedia your customer service is a disgrace. The service you provide is abysmal. Broadband never working and trying to contact you is impossible. No wonder all your customers are leaving. Joke of a company

@virginmedia No I will not use your service checker page. I’m now trying to set up the SuperHub in modem mode so I don’t have to use your crap hardware for my WiFi. I’ve purchased a quality router but, of course, I can’t get it to work because the SuperHub is causing problems. Utter rubbish
-
Dani Webster
(@dani_johanna) reported
@virginmedia Yes, all devices. The hub has a static yellow light, and if it does appear on my WiFi list, it says 'conmection failed' every time. I've already done resets, turning off/on and that whole process, and it's still not working

@virginmedia Why can’t I just email someone rather than have to call all the time. It’s simple, make it ten pounds or cancel it.

Hi @virginmedia I’ve just spent 30 minutes on a diagnostic call trying to sort out a problem with our TV service. When it became apparent that the repeated reboots and channel changing wasn’t going to solve the problem, you disconnected the call. Bit sick of this awful service.
