@virginmedia Not officially complained as hoped it would be resolved due to repeated reassurances I’ve had! Shouldn’t have to log a complaint for your error (verified by your engineers)! Cost of GP Partner husband (&my) time far exceeds cost of line rental we are paying for no landline!

@virginmedia are the worst I’ve known them in 15 yrs! I’ve had no tv for the last few days and an engineer coming in a week! Really! Also have an outstanding contract issue since March 23rd. Promised call back by managers but never comes. Avoid them!!

@MrDKOz @virginmedia I asked Virgin's technician about the business package when i joined and he specifically said I wouldn't need it because their fibre service is so reliable it'd be a waste of money to go for the business package. I remember that vividly and it turned out to be terrible advice.

@virginmedia I haven’t really got anywhere, I wanted ideally to discuss the process I went through and what I was advised online placing my upgrade. I have contacted CD via text but i have just been told nothing can be done and pick a new tariff! Struggled to try raise a complaint also...

Had v patchy internet, when @virginmedia resolved it in April, they connected the wrong cable, cutting off our landline for pt calls (mobile blackspot) Numerous promises frm managers @virginmedia & “urgent service requests” since. Last engineer visited yest. Still not resolved😡

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@virginmedia yes checked area status says normal service tried usual reset check cables unplug etc all lights are green on front of hub3 green arrows flashing tried booking engineer apt for earliest available on tues 8th Dec to then arrive at oops! there seems to be a problem!

@virginmedia Yes, I can access and send emails via webmail but I can not send emails via any client program. All the settings are correct and I have been through all the help online even posted on the community page. It is something blocking me on the SMTP server
