@virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.

@virginmedia is trying to charge me an exit fee of £240 because I am changing address. I would continue with their service, except THEY don't supply the new address. How is this OK? How is such a large company getting away with such a brazen scam. Wow!

@virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK

@virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.

@davesumnersmith @virginmedia I have realised that talking to Twitter teams is of limited value. The responses are scripted and when they’re painted into a corner, they just stop responding. Customer Service has become a contradiction in terms. My daughter has had similar experiences with Virgin Media.

@virginmedia The issue is happening on the app so it looks like it’s duplicated the laptop using chrome 4 times. 3 of those need removing which I can’t do

@coopersalty I strongly suggest you invest in Sky or Virgin media then. Having an old TV with only 5 channels is the problem here!!

@virginmedia seems to supply only just above half of the country, but if you change address to an area they don't supply YOU have to pay £240 exit fee. Do not use them if you can't see into the future and know for sure that you will never move. Insane!

@virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

In addition to the cost of a new home that I have to furnish fully top to bottom, @virginmedia is trying to charge me £240 exit fee when THEY don't supply the new address. This is seriously getting me down. I can't even afford necessities.

@virginmedia hi, since we’ve upgraded to 1gb and hub 4 we’ve had problems connecting @Tesla M3 to WiFi. Advised the Plume mesh might fix it and we can receive FOC but been out of stock all year it seems. Any idea when they might be back in stock to try and fix our issues please?

@virginmedia The problem is your broadband is inferior and not as advertised. It is not reaching anywhere in my home. It is intermittent and drops all the time including every evening. You and your company ensure you get the money based on false promises. Now you are asking about tv. Stop

@virginmedia can you tell your resolution team that complaint reference C-2112201227 isn't resolved, cos apparently me emailing them 3 seperate times to tell them it wasn't and asking for a deadlock letter to send to the independent adjudicator gave the impression it was.

@virginmedia Complete fail. You now want us to change phone number which I won’t do. How is it possible that you can’t just add unlimited text to the plan. Surely this is within your capacity.

@virginmedia No per usual it says there is no issue. Been there done that already. I've explained this multiple times on the phone. My local area has been having poor internet for a month due to upgrades. My question to you is when is the update due to end?
