  • unit_1974 🐺Wolfish (@unit_1974) reported from Birmingham, England

@virginmedia No. It’s usually just one of the connected devices we lose at a time. Most often speakers but sometimes security cameras, sometimes hue bulbs. Never everything at once.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BotaF12016 Bota (@BotaF12016) reported

@virginmedia you can shut up as i dont care about your sorry , just do the service

  • NormalN7 Norman Normal #RestoreTheWhip #WeSupportCorbyn (@NormalN7) reported

@Hephaestus7 @philiphoward20 Beware all. Probably best not to to act on any cold phone calls any more. Never mind how legit they seem. I had a scamming company who claimed to be Virgin Media on to me today. It was a close call. The level of sophistication was something I hade never witnessed before.

  • humphreycushion humphreycushion (@humphreycushion) reported

@virginmedia posting for a friend. .. Works remotely now for @letstalkcentral council in a vital position. Very poor internet service for weeks, now no internet at all. No engineer until Thursday earliest yet you want £240 to cancel contract?!

  • fieldvegeta john field (@fieldvegeta) reported

@virginmedia So nothing then…. Just like the help guides or anything on your website that doesn’t promote putting an ‘engineer’ in your house during a pandemic or upgrading to a new hub for only 80% more money a month just to get old speeds back

  • FieldsHighbury Highbury Fields (@FieldsHighbury) reported

@zohar_melamed @virginmedia Thanks Zohar. It was your previous posts that made me think the problem is Virgin’s installed equipment. The problem is getting any sensible response from them. Customer service or engineers. After various interventions really needs them to start again from scratch...

  • 9ethvn ethan (@9ethvn) reported

@virginmedia Where can i get help for opening some ports on my router

  • DanPlaysGames22 Harrison Dan (@DanPlaysGames22) reported

@casper197635 @TheMrMegabyte @virginmedia So 5Ghz is a weaker signal in terms of it struggles to travel through walls how ever it carries a much faster speed. In most cases you only want devices that rely on fast downloads to be on 5Ghz and older devices that may not need the fast speeds as much on 2.4Ghz

  • twittedtwotted Scouse 👤 (@twittedtwotted) reported

@4Viewers No its not a device issue I have it in black and white from virgin media they Do Not include your app on the new virgin 360 software roll out.

  • Rikki_Sixx Rik Kendell (@Rikki_Sixx) reported

@virginmedia Morning! After speaking to retentions recently and entering into a new contract I have been overcharged for my service. Can I DM you to try and get this resolved?

  • MrMoanschmole Paul Smyth (@MrMoanschmole) reported

@virginmedia hi I have no tv service and have rang 1908 but no customer service is working today. How can I get my tv service back. I think it’s ridiculous that there is no help available over a weekend?
