    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

    @virginmedia why are not supporting key workers through these challenging times? Both my wife and I are key workers supporting the NHS & the food industry from home yet you fail to fix our Broadband issues for 3 weeks. We can’t work. @piersmorgan @BorisJohnson

    @virginmedia Hi there, I have just dialled 150 but it’s constantly engaged. My grandad is having problems with his tv and I need to get it sorted. A technician came 2 weeks ago but it’s gone back to the original problem, how can I contact you regarding this???

    @virginmedia It says no known issues but there is one as it is exactly the same problem we have had for a week. We were promised it would be fixed by 09:00 today

    @virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

    @virginmedia how the hell do I get an email from your company trying to reset a password on the app? All i want (for the last year) is working wifi engineer out last monday said i need a booster no help on phone or app or this absolutely shocking!

    @virginmedia Trying to work from home with an internet connection regularly dropping out is a nightmare. This is an ongoing problem yet no service fault in my area. I am paying for a service I am not consistently receiving. Been a customer for many years but thinking of moving...

    @virginmedia I have just cancelled my direct debit until someone can help me. This issue has gone on for far too long. Terrible service, poor Internet connection, no shows from engineers. I refuse to waste more of my precious money.

    @virginmedia Your 360 is actually driving me to consider switching provider. After a week of no help with the broken 360 box, I finally got a link today, to allow me to call an engineer or get a replacement. Except the link does a status check and then just goes blank!!!

    @virginmedia Feb 5th is the date given - only another week and bit on top of the 3 weeks (on more so far!) That said I was told it would be fixed by 3pm 16th Jan and that never happened so not overly confident - especially from a company that lies lies lies all the time!!

    @virginmedia Thank you for the follow-up. Unfortunately, still, the issue exists. The wifi is flaky the whole day. Even upgraded my speed to 350mbps. Only wired connection is consistent. @virginmedia broadband service has become so poor these days, can't even talk to the support team :(

    @virginmedia is a honestly a joke of a company. Trying to get in touch with costumer services about leaving for TWO days now. TWO. No contact from their side what so ever. Definitely not what i would call a costumer service

    @virginmedia No clear picture on my TiVo box since October. 2 complaints made, both resolved (replacement box to be delivered). Still no sign of a replacement. No one answers the phone, ever !Absolutely disgraceful service !! 4 months and still waiting 🤬
