    @virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

    @virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

    @DarkinsGraham @virginmedia I think it’s fascinating that every bad thing people are saying about Virgin are the experiences I had with BT and Sky. I think maybe they all need to up their games! I don’t know why someone would get treated differently.

    @zombie_apoc1 @virginmedia I had the same experience with Sky and then BT. I guess it comes down to luck, but I am honestly delighted with Virgin when compared to Sky or BT. They shouldn’t call you a liar though - have you complained?

    Does anyone know how to speak with a real person at @virginmedia ? Impossible to get help for not pre-programmed query. I cannot access e-mail nor my account and have been on Bot chat and phone on loop for hours, being transferred and getting back to square one.

    @virginmedia No. The tech support person didn't mention that, and even told me that's all they can do. It looks like we will need a second phone line and port the number over... Crazy really, but can't leave it like this, do you know if will that be possible?

    @virginmedia @zombie_apoc1 Hi, I have an issue aswell I hope you can help with. We need a new Super hub as our current one is 7 years old and keeps cutting out. We have phoned up 3 times and been told we can get one but haven't got one yet, instead we did receive a replacement plug for one today

    @Ash_Attack1979 @virginmedia Yeah, I agree it goes down to luck. I have made a complaint but to no surprise they haven’t resolved it. I do wish my experience was better because they are the leaders with broadband when it works.
