@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@virginmedia Didn’t get a response then told another dept would contact. All we want is the service we are paying for. We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.

@virginmedia Yes but not Virgin mob hence reluctance to use it and receive excessive charges. Last week, 45 mins, no answer, disconnected, charged 30p p/m. Obvs if this wasn’t the experience, I’d give it another shot. Anything to escape this dire service.
