@virginmedia Repeatedly over several years. Get the same response each time. Nothing changes long term. I see from checks online that other people have the same issues so I’m now planning on leaving.

@squelchuk @MingSwift @virginmedia We have a good box. That took long enough to get upgraded. I would try a superhub3… but I want a signal that gets around the house too, as well as reliability!

@virginmedia I took a walk to clear my mind and decided all the hassle isn’t worth it. So I just rang to cancel the TV order. If you’d honoured the original request, you’d be getting an extra £7/month from me (and probably more if I upgraded my channels). I can live without it though

@virginmedia Shocking bad. We booked our old address to run until the 7th March and paid for a new account to start today at the house we are moving into so my disabled wife was not without internet.

@virginmedia You disabled our old address so I am now having to move my wife’s business computer and records at 10pm at night to the new address so she can work tomorrow. Your customer service agents haven’t got my name right once and you have mucked up provision of equipment at the new place

@MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

@virginmedia I placed an order with landline number to be ported from SKY. Despite making several contacts with @virginmedia since service activation on 27/10, I was told number porting will happen on 06/11 but it didn’t. Offshore call handlers do not even understand this issue

@virginmedia Well. The dongle is here and has a top speed of less than 1mbps. I've been on a call with disconnections for 40 minutes, they transfer me to tech support and I'm cut off. This is beyond a joke!!

@virginmedia It’s an intermittent issue so when the issue happens the fault test shows no connection and when it’s back it shows connection. I’m asking for information on the postcode supplied seen as I can’t get through to a human on the phone

@virginmedia No. I have Bern at this address for over 30 years. The person I spoke to was no help at all and has now changed my account back to my ID to old email which deleted years ago. My actual email account is still the same (my current details).
