  @virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

  @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

  @virginmedia The Wi-Fi hasn’t been working since 1 a.m. It says there’s an outage in the area, but I can’t reach customer service either. There still haven’t been any further updates. There’s no information about when it will be fixed or what’s going on.

  @virginmedia I have checked. There were outages and it’s now apparently fixed. Yet I still have no service. So I can’t watch tv, can’t use my tablet, my daughter can’t use her tablet and I can’t work next week. What fabulous service!
