@virginmedia oh for Christ sakes. Tv not working again. Won’t even pick it up. It’s plugged in correctly (nothing changed but we checked) but my tv is not picking it up at all. All my other stuff works so it’s your issue and your service checker doesn’t help at all!

@virginmedia Tweet two: then you sent another one, not the same box type so that didn't work and another two hours to get that sorted out, yay. New box eventually sent and guess what... That doesn't work, swapped it for the old box in the other room, that works but now the kids have no telly.

@SQRLTV @virginmedia I had this EXACT same conversation. They told me I was on a “legacy contract” and couldn’t change it. I even asked to drop my broadband to 100mb, lowest TV Package, and lowest phone. And they offered me £1 off for the £61 they wanted. New customer gets same deal for £42 😕
