@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Probably to fob me off, no offence. No I went through to billing, because of the £40 charge for no reason, on my old account for the old address. I don't understand why you guys cant press a big button what says 'Close Account' and problem would be solved.
