@virginmedia To be honest this happens too often then often our speeds are not what we pay for. I work from home so costs me business when this happens. Rather then getting me to check things, I just need yo-yo to provide us with a regular consistent service at the speeds we actually pay for

@virginmedia I’ve been having issues with my wifi since I got it last year and now we’ve been talked into getting a “pod” for an extra £5 p/m only for the guy to say it still doesn’t guarantee wifi speed. Whatever you lot are smoking please quit.

@virginmedia Issue is going on for last 6 weeks or so. I have done all basic checks, including power reset. Nothing helps. When contacted ur customer care they told me box need replacing and/or software upgrade and they said it will cost money! Not sure why I should pay to fix a fault!!
