    @virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

    Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

    @virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

    @virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

    @virginmedia Well funny you ask that as I am now home and just got a message “the wifi network VMxxxxxx does not appear to be connected to the internet” ...... I rest my case. Virginmedia about as much use as the proverbial chocolate teapot.

    @virginmedia is the worst Internet provider going. We are charging you extra, but with the extra charges comes WiFi that might work once in a blue moon. Can't wait for the contract to run out and never be with them again! Don't fancy paying £4.5 million to get out of the contract

    @virginmedia 30 minute call this morning to then be cut off by person answering call and immediately putting phone down. Further 1hr 45mins spent to be told that installation is now 05/02 leaving me and my wife needing to take a week off work. And my children unable to access school work.

    @virginmedia Need help now that you cant even call your customer service team been trying from 9am my broadband has a intermittent faults your engineer came out after 3 months of trying to get help a few weeks later its started again its not good enough.

    @virginmedia Was told "no". A pretty pointless call that exacerbated the whole drama. As it stands I will need to take a week off work as you have left me unable to work. Same for my wife. Same for my children. All in all an utterly horrendous way to treat a customer of 10yrs. Regards, Dan
