Had an @virginmedia broadband outage on Sunday for 2 hours. Since then, connection so spotty that I'm getting 10 seconds of completely dropped packets followed by 20 seconds of slow-as-molasses ping times once every 10 minutes.

@virginmedia signed up for your new broadband and still waiting for the stuff to arrive. Apparently parcel is still at @YodelOnline main hub. This is the SECOND day I've cancelled things and waited for it to arrive as yet to no avail. WTF is going on!?! 🤬

Causing me to drop out of a work meeting once every 10 minutes. Oh, and Virgin tried to blame it on my hardware? Except... My neighbour is seeing the EXACT same thing. This wasn't happening before the outage. @virginmedia why am I paying you lots of money for a spotty connection?

@virginmedia I wouldn't call being been shafted when renewing my expiring broadband contract a 'great thing'...I tried to leave and was offered a new deal, but have just had a huge bill as apparently I was meant to give 30 days' notice. Your customer services never told me that! I am furious.

@MuzzaRobbo Luckily I recorded the conversation and called back again only to be told the agent didn’t put the agreed lower price and tried to sign me as a new customer. Said I reordered the convo & now got the price again. Awaiting the confirmation email.. @virginmedia this is shameful
