  @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

  @virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

  @Stsantek @virginmedia I can’t wait to leave Virgin but my husband can’t face the thought of having to ditch his Blue Yonder email address. It took me a week to switch mine and I will never say another good eord about Virgin again. It’s beyond hideous.
