    @virginmedia really appalled with our experience as a new customer (15years with previous supplier). Mix ups with installation. Overcharged. Waiting in for installers not turning up. Closing of a complaint that was escalated. Chasing. No resolution. Want to leave already!

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

    @virginmedia I paid my phone off with my credit card, no issues, took a nee phone contract out on my dd also went through the usual hoops to confirm who I am too.. you had my name address postcode etc, what more do you need. If I ordered from elsewhere phone would be here now.

    @virginmedia No, my new property already has internet. I presume that's why such terrible service was acceptable. As it is it took me nearly an hour to cancel it today, after several attempts last week where I was kept waiting endlessly for a chatbot.

    @virginmedia had an engineer out today within 2 mins confirmed that the hub was faulty which is what I had said in first 2 mins of the 3 hours of scripted 💩 your customer service and managers he was so helpful and a credit to Virgin! Bryss 69982 he needs credit for keeping me with Virgin
