    @virginmedia Sadly no. we admitted defeat, we were on hold for 1hr 50 mins. Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

    @virginmedia signed up for your new broadband and still waiting for the stuff to arrive. Apparently parcel is still at @YodelOnline main hub. This is the SECOND day I've cancelled things and waited for it to arrive as yet to no avail. WTF is going on!?! 🤬

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I switched from Sky to Virgin, worst decision I ever made. All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution. Buffers all the time too
