@virginmedia They tell me, they will get a manager to call me and a manager has never called me. The screen jumps- colour is all distorted, its not in sync at all! It's all the notes on my account, which I also asked for a copy off, and that hasn't been acknowledged either!!

@virginmedia They were supposed to send it in march, I called on the 26th of april and they said IT WAS NEVER SENT. And that they were going to put through an account refund instead, I called now and they said that I was already credited when I wasn’t.

@virginmedia any update on when the virign media issues will be resolved. Looks like multiple areas in the UK are having the same issue with no WiFi connection and alot of people with no Internet atall. I'm currently trying to work from home and can't.

@virginmedia On Tuesday and yes I get an email saying someone tried to call - when they haven't as I don't have a missed call and they haven't left a v.mail!! I then call back through to customer services and they can't help as they can't contact complaints!! Service all around is shocking!!
