RosieGee (@pixiero79) reported from Solihull, England@virginmedia Trying to work from home with an internet connection regularly dropping out is a nightmare. This is an ongoing problem yet no service fault in my area. I am paying for a service I am not consistently receiving. Been a customer for many years but thinking of moving...
-
Doonie (@lorna_conway) reported from Redditch, England@virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.
-
Ade1701 (@Ade1701) reported from Dorridge, England@virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

Ade1701 (@Ade1701) reported from Dorridge, England@virginmedia After a couple more wasted hours and speaking to two more useless, rude and incompetent call centre operatives your customer retention team actually listened. Might help if ALL your call centres were UK based and had some compassion.
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.
-
David Charlton (@David_Charlton1) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England@virginmedia quite upset at the lack of any customer service I'm receiving.
