@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

Hey, @virginmedia, I had a technician out to fix my cable/WiFi Internet 2 weeks ago. Everything has been great since then. But today my Internet barely works. I also noticed I got a sales call from you earlier which I hung up on and now this happens. If it keeps up, I switch.

Been told duff info yesterday night called again to get an engineer out and now told I can't get that asked to speak to manager whilst on hold for 25 mins only for them to hang up on me. Never use @virginmedia their customer service is none existant 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
