    @ChrisScottBtn I’m fed up of this process year on year with an ongoing problematic service. Three complaints, two left unanswered. And then the onus is on you to chase! I cannot be bothered with them anymore. That’s the level customer service I’ve come to expect from @virginmedia now.

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    Spent 45 mins on the phone to @virginmedia to agree a new contract. I didn’t receive the confirmation email as agreed so rang up to check only to be hold there was no record of it and they couldn’t honour it. 10/10 customer service there 🙄

    @virginmedia Price rises, overseas call centers, the time spent on the phone listening to the nausiating voice. Suggest you look at social media and learn about your shocking reputation and customer service. Im out !!

    @Poxo01 We have been battling rising costs and poor service with @virginmedia for years. Have argued down the contract repeatedly due to issues. Just got the internet and home control stable again and then get another price increase letter. Fed up with them.

    @BankerJase @virginmedia I’ve yet to deal with a Virgin Media team that provide decent customer service. Which is why I’ve given up on TV/Telephone. Broadband will only last if they maintain a service.

    @virginmedia It’s useless-it rarely shows as an outage in this. You spend best part of an hour on hold for someone to say they’ll send out an engineer the following day and nothing makes a difference. I’m moving to BT so I’m just tweeting purely so others understand how bad your internet is.

    @virginmedia Honestly I'm not daft, I did it over the phone so I was confirmed on that call and my app is showing the new package yes. The worst thing is I can't use the actual TV package due to an ongoing account recovery fault which no one can sort out. Paying for nothing really.

    @virginmedia And what, you just expect me to pay it in the meantime? Can’t you see the absurdity of levying a charge to a customer when they’ve not yet had the chance to return the equipment. Logic would say you should hold the charge till AFTER the return date!

    Good mornin @virginmedia do you have a number to call for complaints rather than gettin passed from pillar to post, hearing the same lies from customer service agents time after time? 2 weeks without a service, 1 week of constant calls and being misinformed.

    @virginmedia But my point is why force people to ring up, wait and then try and barter. If you valued your existing customers, give us the best price or make it easy to do online. Everyone knows you profit from customer laziness/ignorance/exploiting vulnerable customers on the back book
