    It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

    @virginmedia No they didn't ask to check wires but I've done that, after 25 minutes on the phone they did a reset and upgrade or something and then wouldn't tell me the problem, just kept saying there hadn't been an issue yet clearly there was as they had fixes the issue. I have a hub5

    @virginmedia The main thing is I wasted an hr on the phone (waiting time 30 mins then 20 mins while VM guys tried to sort out the issue) + moving the phone to the hub etc and then all back again. VM said on the 26 Aug my landline would no longer work.
