    @virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

    Senior manager at @virginmedia has no customer skills what so ever telling me his going to terminate my contract because of an issue with my bank card that they have since taken payment from month after month same issue defo will not reccomend to anyone

    @virginmedia I've had an engineer visit. I have no idea why my devices won't get up past 575mb reliably. I'm on the 1gig pack. The engineer used their PDA on my hub 4 and confirmed that it isn't an issue on your end. So I don't know what else to do. I'm considering moving back to 500

    Update on trying to cancel services with @virginmedia. (1/5) Online chat..... got nowhere after two and a half hours Phone.... 40 minutes on hold....spoke to someone who was given notice but said he needed to transfer me...gave up waiting after another 15 minutes on hold
