@virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

@virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

@virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

@virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday
