    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

    @virginmedia After a couple more wasted hours and speaking to two more useless, rude and incompetent call centre operatives your customer retention team actually listened. Might help if ALL your call centres were UK based and had some compassion.

    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

    @virginmedia If you're going to raise our bills so much over a short period of time, maybe take some of that cash and actually update the infrastructure, rather than paying it out to shareholders for a change. My service for the last two years has been absolutely shocking.

    @gav28uk @virginmedia Likely matters were rectified during the period you were doing this. An app on my phone needs signed in to operate. I spent time rebooting phone/reinstalling app at 2am. I thought I fixed it, but it was the erratic internet service that misled me. Called 'confounding variables'.

    @DrDingBat1 @virginmedia You need to put a formal complaint in by writing or calling and getting it logged if you want to get compensation as I found out. They will not accept complaints made on social media! Be warned.
