    @virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec

    @virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

    @virginmedia Rebooted several times. Wi-Fi works fine, it’s just the VPN. Automated message says there’s still an issue.

    @virginmedia Promised this amount will be amended-it never happens,call and get told there are no notes on the account,all calls are recorded. Of virgin listen to the retentions call they will hear everything on that call. And the call on the 16th Feb. Where the agent apologised for the error

    @virginmedia I’d like to make a complaint, ordered broadband to be installed at my address today, website says available and had email confirming install date, booked time off work and have just called to see what time your coming, to be told it’s cancelled as you can’t install
