    @virginmedia have the virgin connect app.... however it will not let me sign in. Have changed password etc and it still says ‘wrong username or password’. Driving me mad!

    @virginmedia I’m trying to watch virgin tv through Firefox on my Amazon fire stick, but I keep getting an error message ‘sign in failed’ although it doesn’t even give me the option to enter an email address to attempt to sign in?

    @virginmedia We tried the messaging service thank you that didn’t help either. To be honest we are dreading trying to contact you again in the new year to get this sorted another 2 hours on the phone! I would have thought it your responsibility to sort this out but apparently not!

    @virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

    @virginmedia Sadly no. we admitted defeat, we were on hold for 1hr 50 mins. Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

    @virginmedia I think its our router etc we have poor Internet speed all the time no Internet in certain rooms i actually have better signal with next doors Internet, I've been ringing up for months with no help!

    @virginmedia Didn’t get a response then told another dept would contact. All we want is the service we are paying for. We need a new v6 box the replacement sent doesn’t work properly(set top box) we cannot use catch up and the picture is intermittently pixilated.

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    What a joke @virginmedia we updated the box, the box is faulty, we cannot get another box until an engineer says it’s not working so have got to wait a week just send us a new box we should have gone with BT and still have time to cancel the contract

    .@virginmedia Your "helpline" is a joke. "There's an intermittent fault" - yes I know, that's why I'm phoning you. "We'll text you some help" - thanks but I know how to turn things off and back on again! A whole week for an engineer to come and sort out the fault. Cheers.

    @virginmedia When ever I get hold of someone I am told the issue will be fixed that same day. This has been going on since Friday. No broadband, no tv, none of my internet/Wi-Fi devices work including heating, hot water, security, music etc.

    @slysha @virginmedia It never worked. We didn't even activate it. Laura assured me we wouldn't be charged and all items tobe picked up on 19th Dec. They are now sending me three-letter saying I owe them money. No-one can put me through to Laura and instead of helping they hung up this evening!!!
