If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again.
