Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. It forces you to move to scan a QR code to move to the app - where you continue to have exactly the same conversation with the same bot in the same web-bases system. 2) It is impossible to ask simple questions: Like 'Cancel Extras'. 3) Everything on the website is about upselling a service over providing customers useful information about their currently plan.
