    @virginmedia Yes a number of issues. Firstly, a member of your staff called Colin promised us a package which he didn’t even process. We chased him for over a week when someone called Lisa called us & she than processed we were also promised a 360 & new WiFi box with an engineer to check.

    @virginmedia As I say, I’ve been told by VM construction team, Avonline contractors and VM engineers that the fibre cable has been damaged... but no appointment ever gets booked, that’s what I need. I fail to see how other customers are going to be able to resolve that one?
