@virginmedia It's not faulty. It's not a wifi or broadband issue. You don't have enough backhaul capacity.

@virginmedia our broadband is down flashing green light. The service page has a fault shown but check status says its working fine. You need diagnostics for your diagnostics...

@virginmedia No. This whole conversation is about VM saying they will contact me to discuss my complaint and VM thinking it’s ok not to call and the complaint will just fizzle out. Do you have an email address I can write to please?

@vmbusiness Every morning around 9:30 this week, our business broadband has stopped working. Lights look normal and we need to power cycle to get service back. What's going on? Postcode B90 3BD Do you have a back up option available as this affects card payments.

@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

@virginmedia Poor internet. 500+ disconnections in a week when I’m paying for the highest package. Tried to downgrade package to save money, told I can’t. List is endless & all on file, supposedly!

@Kimothy_roll @virginmedia @Ofcom It’s just really poor customer relations. To not respond to a complaint. Only interested in taking your money, once they have that they no longer care.

@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

@virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

@Catwomanx6 @JeanneBartram @virginmedia Money grabbers from top down! Report them don't let them get away with their scams. Offering you a more expensive deal when you have already stated you didn't want the cheaper one. Cunning psychology at work here.

@virginmedia I’m on with your team again this morn. No help whatsoever. It’s working in the room the hub is in, not in the rest of the house. Please check my account fir the amount of mistakes you are making. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!

@virginmedia Hi. Yes it did provide a delivery date - I have rung the number and was on the phone for 60 minutes. They have said that they are not sure what has happened and we need to wait 48hours for them to ring us back. We need Internet for work and are very disappointed. Can you help?

@virginmedia Unfortunately yeah. Still saying there’s an issue with tv in my area but again tv is fine. The error code is saying it’s a fault to my hub but we have not touched the hub it just stopped working itself?

@virginmedia As usual, your service checker is useless. Your site says there's no issue but when you phone an auto message confirms the issue abd says it's "complicated" and gives to clue of timing.
-
Wendy Morrison

@virginmedia No, 2 different people advised us that they would put us through to the disconnection team. Then after 90 mins the call was disconnected. Terrible that it takes exposure on a wide platform to get a response! Thank you, we will use the WhatsApp service.
