    @virginmedia Every time I see these adverts I just laugh, but the sad thing is it isn’t funny paying for a service that constantly disconnects, stutters or is generally inconsistent. Your latest ad slogan ‘stay connected’ is a joke, and your email security is archaic, it’s equally laughable.

    @virginmedia Network security warnings, poor speed (even on direct cabled link to router), and we need a wifi booster which with the broadband, phone and tv package I believe is included. Still on hold after two hours! Wasted yesterday waiting for a response on so-called ‘live chat’!

    @virginmedia After more than FOUR HOURS on the phone I eventually got someone competent from billing to confirm I am eligible for one free booster and someone else to talk me through fixing the security issue. You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

    Well after 2 months of broken internet, it was fixed for almost 2 weeks now it's gone again. Fix date is 16th Nov and yet they still charge full price... @virginmedia

    @virginmedia hello. Since I signed up in may I have never been able to log into my account. I never received the welcome email etc so don’t know my account or customer number. I have tried calling and they said they resent the email but nothing. What can I do?

    @virginmedia Yes, I did this and it hasn’t reset, the wifi name is coming up the same as well as the guest network I set up, and I can’t access the website for the hub either, it won’t load at all! Ran a test and it says theres a problem and that you’re working on it but not what or how long

    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia First thing I did, and I run them regularly. Only 53.46 Mbps download and just 9.99 upload on a supposedly 100Mbps service! On a wifi laptop right next to the router it’s just 23.43 and 10.08

    @virginmedia are absolutely useless. Have over 100 properties with Virgin Media Broadband, and you’d think they’d attempt to fix issues and keep our future custom. Safe to say we’re looking for another supplier if there are any recommendations...

    the hub 5 has completely shat itself again so i have no local wifi for a bit. seems like the issue we’re having is common too. turns on, light on the router flickers, can be fixed with a ton of screwing around. shame on virgin media for releasing such an incomplete product.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia I am so angry! I have not slept all night and have to try to deal with this again! I have spent 5 days so far trying to sort this and thought that I had! My already poor health was made worse,the stress of this has kept me awake meaning my disability will be worse

    @virginmedia 1 of 2 your service is an absolute shambles. The Internet is worse than the old dial up Internet. It keeps dropping out and can't reach all parts of my house even with the booster. I live in a 3 bed terrace still no full coverage. I have been with you for years and
