    @virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

    @virginmedia My main issue is that I need to speak to someone!! How do I do that? The line is constantly busy and won’t even put me on hold, the website says I need to speak to someone to deal with my requests! Can you see my problem? It’s appalling.I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving

    @virginmedia how can you spend nearly an hour on two phones to report a problem with no one picking up. Yet ask me if il refer you. @next stop I’m cancelling my contract.

    @virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

    @virginmedia why send me letters with no contact details on for me to get back to you, put my bill up, yet fail to provide the service I’m paying for! I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to contact you to talk about this! Shall I cancel my contract..yes as soon as I can get through 😤

    @virginmedia Trying to work from home with an internet connection regularly dropping out is a nightmare. This is an ongoing problem yet no service fault in my area. I am paying for a service I am not consistently receiving. Been a customer for many years but thinking of moving...

    @virginmedia how the hell do I get an email from your company trying to reset a password on the app? All i want (for the last year) is working wifi engineer out last monday said i need a booster no help on phone or app or this absolutely shocking!

    @virginmedia why are not supporting key workers through these challenging times? Both my wife and I are key workers supporting the NHS & the food industry from home yet you fail to fix our Broadband issues for 3 weeks. We can’t work. @piersmorgan @BorisJohnson

    @virginmedia Hi there, I have just dialled 150 but it’s constantly engaged. My grandad is having problems with his tv and I need to get it sorted. A technician came 2 weeks ago but it’s gone back to the original problem, how can I contact you regarding this???

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    Hey @virginmedia there is deffo something wrong with the Internet in Glasgow areas. Even my phone isn't connecting. I WFH so this is a huge issue. Please someone have a look into it?

    @virginmedia My original complaint was closed on the 18.7 but on the 17th, I made the new complaint which has a “closed” status. There seems to be confusion with the two different complaints, which are both about the same issue, because the original wasn’t actually resolved.

    @virginmedia It's told me to reset the router,which has been done, and it's a yellow light on the front and not a white light, like it should be. phone line still not working.

    @virginmedia This is a pointless response. I have been cut off after 22 mins and it's on me to try and ring again. And you're not taking details to follow up re my complaint. In fact I'll probably just go ahead and switch now to another provider and just be done with this poor service.

    @virginmedia That they were “working to solve the issue” and because they hadn’t heard from me, assumed it was solved. It was, briefly, when the tech came to change all the physical connections, but the issue has arisen again but my new complaint isn’t being acknowledged.

    @virginmedia you want to charge me £300 to terminate a broadband service which has been patchy at best for 8 months and I've spent hours on the phone to you asking for fixes. Customer centricity! Ironically writing this from a café because broadband at home not working..! Joke.
