    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

    @virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia Broken again this morning after being ok eventually yesterday - managed to get through on the phones as it's still early - they are now checking and its been escalated and an engineer booked for Monday - progress of sorts!

    @virginmedia Does this make things right on your part then? You always say this every time the WiFi goes down. The fact that this continually happens is disgraceful. This is not the first time. Paying for a service that I’m simply not getting & it’s affecting my work. Just not acceptable.

    @virginmedia contacted virgin mob again re poor signal, told they’re aware of problem & working on it, told that in December no date when it might be resolved. Did say it was because the network in the area is too busy -there advice try another provider-great customer service!

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 2nd day in a row now that the WiFi has gone down. This is not the first time. Working from home & this is seriously affecting my business. Had Sky Broadband for nearly 10 years & never had this issue. Your WiFi service is the worst in my experience. Regret switching now.
