  @virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

  @DeviateDefiant @MoneySupermkt Welcome to Virgin Media, in this house was the same been with them since NTL days and still had better deals for new customers over there loyal paying customers so we switched to Sky. i have to say from my experience had 0 issues.

  @virginmedia I have issues with my hub dropping out. I’ve done all of the checks and waited on the chat for 20 mins for a “customer support “ individual to drop off after 5 minutes because I didn’t respond with 10 seconds of him asking a question. I have screen shots as proof

  To @virginmedia- Many thanks to your Technician who came out today following the outage in my area. Although I was back online by this time he checked over all the equipment and settings, and also discovered that the router needed changing-which he did - very polite and efficient man.   Change your supplier, insurance or utility, every time, go through QuidCo/ TopCashback You get whatever new customer prices and get the cashback. Got £45 back for my car insurance and £35 for a new credit card this year alone… £90 back on Virgin Media Broadband last year too

  @Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Ireland needs to face the facts they’re still rattled since the 2023 WC QF… probably facing the same issues that the head coach has stayed on a fraction too long now and it’s not working. Agreed with Marshy, sort your own issues.
