Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution. Buffers all the time too
