  @virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

  @Benleo @Scott7507064635 @virginmedia I once had Virgin Media broadband (because there was no alternative in the area) and I had the same awful experience with them. I hate them and would never use them again.

  @virginmedia Yes they have checked it and I have. As others have said when using it, it keeps showing "account not recognised". Finally they have an engineer coming out tomorrow. The lack of any substantive customer updates shows no regard for customers, take the money and done.
