Got through the next day, the equipment sent does not work properly now have been advised to call after the new year to chase it again. We are paying for a service we aren’t receiving this is really disappointing

No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.
