    @virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

    @virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

    @virginmedia The telephone provider is proving incompetent so I am trying to cancel my order as well as cancelling VM services per my agreed 30day notice period date. As stated previously, today I have been told that the 30days has to be from today.

    @virginmedia I spoke with one of your colleagues on 10Feb saying I wanted to cancel all services but wanted to keep our telephone number. They advised that they wouldn't cancel it immediately as we'd lose the number, but 10Feb would be recognised as my date of giving notice.
