@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

@virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

@virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

@virginmedia Hi. Three of the address's are listed on Royal Mail. When I even try inputting one of those it says service is not available in the area. We are mid contract and don't want to have account closed but seems no other option. This isn't our fault. What a carry on.
