    @virginmedia Rebooted several times. Wi-Fi works fine, it’s just the VPN. Automated message says there’s still an issue.

    @virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

    @virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

    @virginmedia Think we need to call an engineer out anyways, before the outage I was only getting 600mbps max when my package is the 1Gig.

    @virginmedia I did, and told them everything what's been happening they goes we will sort out and I still getting emails from virgin I don't know why and problem is still there and bill getting delayed which I been told them about that and its keep happening since January

    @virginmedia But when a contract is agreed like a mortgage or a fixed energy deal surely the agreement should last the full term. I’ve had issues since September & been told I can’t leave due to being under a contract so why should my costs go up when I’ve got an agreement in place until Dec

    @virginmedia having issues with Wi-Fi at home and your websites including the one on service status checks are not loading? As a result I can’t even report the problem.

    @virginmedia how can we get someone sensible to address a common issue on virgin media broadband that stops vpn working? Each time we call we get no support or referred to a partner that is frankly speaking hopeless.

    @virginmedia "no official status on a orange light" Do you mean it's not supposed to be orange at all? Has it gone rogue? I frequently experience performance issues, which is why I am trying to understand what the hub is telling me.

    @virginmedia Bit difficult to check online if my broadband is down! If I do check online it says there isn't a problem. The broadband is still dropping out intermittently today. Is this really the best you can do??
