    @virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

    @virginmedia Does anyone at Virginmedia ever actually answer phones? Calling from my parent’s number, supposed to be listed as vulnerable/priority. No answer for over 40 minutes! The hold music is torture, and zero indication of how long the queue is! Your customer service sucks!

    @virginmedia Always but it makes no difference. There have been issues where I live since the start of lockdown. I have made a complaint but it’s gone no where.

    No sound on my TV for 4 days, tried all the usual re boots and resets, countless calls to virgin on hold for over an hr only to be cut off, am now waiting for a callback off them that probably won’t come, disgraceful service,can anyone help @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Why is it your call centres and your web chat give no answer for hours on end, and your website constantly falls over returning error messages.... “Whoops! Something went wrong!” Your customer service is a joke!

    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia Parents experiencing continual issues with their Virgin services... have tried contacting Virgin for over month and continually on hold. Now on hold again and this issue needs to be resolved. Elderly parents and no mobile. Any help as this is disgusting service!!

    @virginmedia Yes, both TV boxes. Apps/Catch-up/On Demand all went at the same time that the outage started at around 10.30 this morning. Apps/Catch-up/On Demand have not come back - and seems to be the same for a number of people on here.

    @colingillespie5 @tomk0s @virginmedia How many staff do you think they have. No doubt you have been continuously trying the phone line dispite being well aware of an ongoing problem. Believe it or not and this may be a shock to you but VM has more customers than call center staff.
