@Lionbites @virginmedia @SkyUK You’re very picky. We had no broadband service from @virginmedia yesterday morning and no phone yesterday evening. 20 minutes to answer a phone call. I think they’re all challenged for customer service

@virginmedia After an hour in a chat session, which involved factory reset of hub, the problem persists. Agent then goes and checks to advise a fault in my area - estimated fix this evening. Wondering if I am now back into the old fortnightly failure cycle..

As well as the hub randomly disconnecting from various home control devices; Alexa, Sonos, Dyson… the @virginmedia TiVo Box now seems incapable of playing BBC iPlayer! This service, despite having the most up to date equipment and checking every setting & connection is rubbish.

@virginmedia been on hold to cs for 20+ minutes. No tv service. Intermittent service for the last 4/5 weeks. I just want to watch tv. I pay £100s /yr and yet not getting the service expected. I think I will have to contact Sky for a comparison sad after 15 years

Poor customer service from @virginmedia this morning. Phoned to discuss fraudulent callers to my landline. First advise was to call #TPS, I carefully explained that I was already registered with them. He then said, let me give you a number. I diligently wrote it down. Who’s that

So I left @virginmedia over 18 months ago as they tried to rip off a loyal customer and had no customer service experience or knowledge at all. I thought I'd give them another chance just by grabbing a sim only deal as the offer was attracting. say no more, Sim cancelled!

@virginmedia Chat session indicates there is still a fault, with an estimated fix of the 26th. So basically I can expect very poor broadband for over a week.

@virginmedia Yes the whole service is down and I’ve already registered the faults over the phone and I’ve used the app to get text updates. But the resolve time keeps changing and there no description to the fault itself.

@virginmedia I’ve just wasted a whole hour sat on the phone with someone who had less than an a basic understanding of English what a waste of time only to be sent a new TiVo box who knows of this will work as she spent more time speaking to her work mates awful experience 😡

Starting to have all the same Connectivity problems with @virginmedia as before even now we have their “best” hub. Fed up of having connectivity issues with our supposedly connected home. One minute it works, the next it stops for no reason. All settings checked and correct.

@virginmedia Thanks you for this. I’m at work 12hrs today so won’t be calling. Very disappointed over the past 2yrs of issues. I’ve called customer services multiple times and made two complaints previously. Still not resolved so will be switching.

@virginmedia Bedroom installation contracted weeks ago for ill person. Didnt happen. Scant, apathetic apology, told new date might now be few weeks. Was held up collection from hosp awaiting techs that never came. We've no clue what's happening when, nor the effort to keep trying for it.

@virginmedia No! Every time I log in and try to check my service I’m caught in a loop of being asked to log back in once service has been checked, to check the service! How can a company with your resources get this so wrong?

@virginmedia I’ve tried this and it detects no issue. I’ve also tried plugging directly into the hub in modem mode and I don’t get anywhere close to 1gig. Feeling very ripped off right now given we just paid to upgrade to this and it’s bringing us no benefit!

@virginmedia That I would receive a call back from outbound retention. They couldn’t transfer to that team as their was no option, all they could do is raise a complaint. I’ve now done this twice in the past 8 days and had no response. They could see the price I’d been quoted but couldn’t …
