    @Bluhawk1875 @vmbusiness Hope not! Maddening thing is they were working next door to tidy up the awful cabling job they'd done when they replaced our cable, the guy rang his boss about what to do with the badly installed cable and was just told to cut it! No check to see if it was live!!!

    @virginmedia is a case of complete incompetence by your engineers. Complaint reference is COM103375838. Have had no contact. What you can do is find out why a manager authorised a live cable being cut and get the engineers back to reinstate my service.

    @virginmedia I think my wife would like someone high up to call her. As she is inconsolable at the moment. She has been passed from pillar to post on the phone for the past 90 mins and is still on the phone. My wife has some major health issues and no one seems to want to help.

    @virginmedia I am away in Europe again from tomorrow and need a service that works. I have been on hold for 30mins several calls and your assistant cut me off despite a promise at the start of the call that they will ring straight back should the call end. I’m still waiting 2.5hr later!!

    @virginmedia Unbelievably poor service! My broadband and phone line cut off by your contractors without so much as a basic check that the cable was providing service. Now got to wait days for service to be restored.

    @virginmedia I have reported it at about 11.45 this morning. Wasn't given a fault reference, told a ticket had been raised and I would get a message to my mobile from field support engineers but it might be days before anything can be done. Heard nothing yet. Also raised a complaint as this..

    @virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

    @virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

    @virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

    @virginmedia I was heavily sold a renewal based on an engineer installing+configuring everything as we are meant to have the fastest Wi-Fi possible.I installed it and no sign of an engineer,no follow up from Virgin. As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

    @virginmedia my internet speeds should 200mbs download and it's currently 2.75. I tried to call your customer service number and the robot hung up on me. I tried to talk to 'Terry Chatbot' online and he was useless. Are there any humans there please?

    Sorry, it was £23 a month. But still @virginmedia @virginhelp you should be doing more to help existing customers save if you are able to offer new customers this. Absolute disgrace that you won't even acknowledge it.

    @virginmedia I had a call from a 'Virtual Engineer' at the end of the working day yesterday who said that it was all in order now. It worked all evening but has been mostly off since 1 am today. Why can't you maintain service? I've booked a tech visit, but have to wait until Monday!?
