Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

You seriously need to prioritise vulnerable customers!

To be honest we are dreading trying to contact you again in the new year to get this sorted another 2 hours on the phone! I would have thought it your responsibility to sort this out but apparently not!

They turn up whenever and fix it (its on the street, so no one needs to be home) I’ve taped up the lower parts, but up higher it is hanging over a shop sign.
