    Looool. Virgin Media down again. Go to put our postcode in to see if service is affected in Redditch & apparently it's not a valid postcode. At least for a week every night the internet has gone down for about 20 minutes. Not the end of the world of course but a tad frustrating.

    @BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

    @virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

    She tried to complain, but got nowhere. This month her contract expired, so she tried again. Yesterday she spoke to a customer service guy @virginmedia who was very surprised at what she had been told back in July. He told her to contact the house moving dept, who'd refund her

    @virginmedia Clearly not enough because they have not showed today either. Even though I was told they were still coming today when I spoke to an advisor. I have not had service for what will almost 3 days if they do not arrive tomorrow. This is very poor customer service.

    A warning to anyone thinking of using @virginmedia in the UK, I opened a WhatsApp chat with them three days ago to cancel my services, and all I keep getting is excuses for delay in dealing with me. So I've cancelled my Direct Debits. Bloody useless customer service.

    @virginmedia Absolutely shocked and disgusted with the service I have received tonight and the options presented to me to speed up my poor wired and WiFi speeds.500mb/s, you must be joking 200mb/s at best wired and about 10mb/s on WiFi.DISGUSTING.GOING TO MARTIN LEWIS FOR ADVICE

    @virginmedia is been a year now of unreliable internet connection. Your customer service is appalling, and all our technical team know is “it will be fixed in 24 hours” What a waste of money! I will never use Virgin Media again.
