    Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

    @virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

    @virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

    @virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

    @virginmedia You can do something else. Here in London SW11 there is a six day complete loss of service to a number of homes. This has happened over Christmas, the problem according to your colleagues is “Complex”. Yet, your website “Status Page” states that there is “No problem detected”

    @virginmedia No internet since 24th and been treated as a p4 and not expected to be fixed until 28th. Absolutely ridiculous! Neighbours also having same issue. Never have I ever been let down by @virginmedia so badly.
