@virginmedia The link you provide is entirely not the problem. We’ve had the same issue for 2 years. It doesn’t stop being a problem. And every time we contact someone about it, we get the same advice because there’s no continuation. Please read the message chain if you’re going to reply.

@virginmedia No. It’s usually just one of the connected devices we lose at a time. Most often speakers but sometimes security cameras, sometimes hue bulbs. Never everything at once.

@virginmedia Yes tried that and just called ur CS centre. Once again the person who took the call couldn’t care less. This is the 2nd time this month it’s gone down without any explanation or compensation

@virginmedia There is no weak signal. I’ve checked all around the house repeatedly. There are no faults in the area. I have checked repeatedly. Customer services have been unhelpful on multiple calls. Had to fight to get an upgraded hub!

Senior manager at @virginmedia has no customer skills what so ever telling me his going to terminate my contract because of an issue with my bank card that they have since taken payment from month after month same issue defo will not reccomend to anyone

@virginmedia No know issues in my area. Also, yes, I have the hub 3. Which is what I told the CS rep. But apparently you'll don't guarantee any speeds over WiFi. This is unacceptable in today's day day and age, especially when we are WFH most of the time.

@virginmedia there’s a local fault with your broadband services but this means your telephone system doesn’t give the option of providing details of a different fault I have with my on-line account set-up process, only updates on the broadband issue - worst customer service ever!

@virginmedia The thing that confuses me is like now it is working fine, but I don’t have the gaurentee or reassurance that it will stay up so I put of completing big tsk at work. Then in the evening it totally dies. I am on hold as we speak. Hold music isn’t to bad to be fair.
