    @virginmedia I took a walk to clear my mind and decided all the hassle isn’t worth it. So I just rang to cancel the TV order. If you’d honoured the original request, you’d be getting an extra £7/month from me (and probably more if I upgraded my channels). I can live without it though

    @virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

    @virginmedia @virginhelp 1st call we were told the package was downgraded £49 a month with landline removed, but never received confirmation. 2nd call they said nothing had changed to our package and they couldn’t match the price. 3rd call the price went up even higher 1/2…..

    @virginmedia Seriously? 1st The screen shot shows broadband being fixed at 09.25am. VM is 12.50. 2nd that only changed today.... all day its said it would be fixed by 17.25 this evening. Do you want to try again? Customer service is easy if you look the information up before replying

    @DuskyMoko @virginmedia Even if you're out of that 14 day period, the fact they erroneously cut you off and then refused to reconnect you in a timely way should mean you can cancel without penalty anyway.
