@virginmedia Sorry my tweet mentioned I contacted customer service via text. Asked for my complaint to be raised to a senior manager to discuss the upgrade process and wording, but was just offered a deadlock letter within 15 days! Not your procedure in your complaints code of practice..

@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia Have you asked the chief executive’s office? Both of my accounts to be closed without penalty on 27.2.22. Agreed on phone by James Hunt at 3.30pm yesterday when he rang me. Then his follow up email said a complaint had been resolved by a change of package. That’s untrue.
