@virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

@virginmedia Just being able to actually negotiate would be nice, I don't mind that new customers get to pay less as long as other parts of the service are flexible in repayment for loyalty. I should be able to pick and choose what I want and have a price that reflects what is delivered.

@virginmedia Service status says nothing. It's when on a TEAMS call. Continuous freezing and dropping out. This is with more than one person, so I'm sure it's me. Speed check is fine. It was down overnight too as well as TV. Came back at 7.

@virginmedia The speed im getting is 50 MBPS and upload is 4.6 MPBS. The problem is not the speed but that every 20 seconds it just stops working. I've reseted it and I've also tried turning it off and on five times.
