    @virginmedia Used to work for the company know all about rebooting after a fix. Just done *** and TiVo box again whilst still waiting for someone to answer the phone and it still doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

    @virginmedia Your engineers make me open up different lines and make it jump to which ever is fastest then the engineer in person says it’s the worse thing you can do…the internet goes into melt down after 11:30pm and doesn’t work at all at weekends and I am not getting the service I pay for

    @virginmedia I would do that if only someone would send out the returns packaging so I can!!!!!!!! Have never experienced such poor customer service and continual ineptitude of your staff to not actually do what they say they’re going to do when you eventually speak to someone.
