    @virginmedia haha you mean the same forum where they didn’t answer me for days last time, and they didn’t resolve anything???? waste of time. they told me to check the speed and check for area issues. absolutely awful customer service when i’ve been complaining about this for WEEKS now.

    @virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

    @virginmedia Hi, I have now tried unsuccessfully for 12 hours to use the WhatsApp service as again it goes around in circles if I am not immediately available. The number you helpfully provided hangs up after sending a link… please advise how I talk to someone about my account.

    @virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

    @virginmedia I did, and told them everything what's been happening they goes we will sort out and I still getting emails from virgin I don't know why and problem is still there and bill getting delayed which I been told them about that and its keep happening since January

    @virginmedia No - I get no reception at all and no Wi-Fi call capability - even though we have all activated - only receive 2 reception bars in one room upstairs - which means when we want to make a call we have to go to that room - extremely poor from VM and we have complained about this

    @virginmedia Password I can do. But nobody has asked for a memorable word ever, so I have no idea what that is after having the account for 10 years. Seems like my only option is to start the process again. I will be raising a complaint at some point when I'm less frustrated by the whole day.

    @virginmedia As I was a month from my fibre broadband contract ending I called to get a new Volt deal but found the best existing customer deal was 50% more expensive than the deal I wanted on your website. My call ended with me giving my 30 days notice. Shame as I was happy.

    @richardbranson I am hugely disappointed at virgin media technician, appalling customer service to sort faulty broadband!!! The rudeness, the deceit, the incompetence. Unbelievable. Engineer never turned up but lied, phone getting slammed on me! Still cannot book. Please act sir!
