-
keith addy (@ads913) reported@virginmedia I understand they're introductory, but the gap is £51/month for the identical package. That's not a normal "new customer discount" that's a loyalty penalty. What can you actually offer me?
-
Foredeck (@Foredeck99) reported@virginmedia When I repeatedly, politely tell your tele sales team to remove my name from your calling list they fail to do so, I am sometimes getting multiple daily calls from you. Execrable customer service, 0/10.
-
Sam Ed (@iam_samedoho) reported@OgaHans MTN is one of the biggest network operators in Nigeria. EE, Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, and Three are the major network operators in the UK. EE coverage is very good because BT owns and operates it using its existing infrastructure. Most of the smaller network operators are resellers. They bulk-buy wholesale - network minutes, texts, and data at a heavily discounted rate from (like EE, VMO2, or VodafoneThree) and resell it to people. Their coverage isn't good because they are limited. They are only competitive on price, not on coverage.
-

aldo (@ukaldo2) reported@virginmedia I’m completely disgusted. You hounded my 80-year-old mother with repeated calls until she cancelled her existing contract, only to then refuse to provide the new service. Why were no checks done upfront? You’ve now left her with no contract. Completely unacceptable.
