    After a massive faff, I've been able get into the goose in selly oak. Has the football but no sound. Worst day of the year @virginmedia to go down. Will remember this when my contract is up.

    @virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @virginmedia We are getting 5 a day some days. I don't have time for reporting them. What I want to know is if you or someone else has somehow sold our number or it's on a database that has been accessed? It's literally been the last 2-3 weeks, was never an issue before.

    @virginmedia I have done this. It said there was an issue in the area (this is what it said yesterday also). I have just received another email to say it has been fixed but it hasn’t, we still have no internet but the service status checker is now saying no known issues.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my TV box, only had it just under a year and won't go past the virgin media starting up page (this has a red clock on it). Phoned twice and none of the staff I spoke to had any clue what was wrong with my box, one said wait 4 hours then restart

    @virginmedia It was compensation following a complaint to CISAS, which was applied as a credit to my account. My account was then closed in late February or early March but I have not yet received a final bill. The last monthly bill I received showed a credit balance of approximately £700.
