Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

It’s plugged in correctly (nothing changed but we checked) but my tv is not picking it up at all. All my other stuff works so it’s your issue and your service checker doesn’t help at all!

The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving
