    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    @Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

    @sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

    @virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

    @virginmedia Held on for 45 mins on Friday and today. Was told there were "communication issues" on Friday and the guy I was speaking to said he'd call me back straightaway on my landline. He didn't. I tried again today to be told they couldn't access the system and that I should call again.

    4 weeks now without WIFI and @virginmedia and @vmbusinesshelp are still doing nothing to rectify the issue. We’ve even been told to “stop calling so often” by a customer service operator. Disgraceful service and even worse customer support.

    @virginmedia It’s come back online now. Couldn’t resolve any DNS requests. Been having these problems for a couple of weeks off and on. The VMB hub 3 then reboots itself a few times and the web interface on the hub is extremely slow and unresponsive

    Trying to contact a human at @O2 support is HOPELESS, all bot driven, plus long wait for DM replies on here. This is why I left O2 for @virginmedia years ago but now they have bounced me back. RUBBISH customer service

    @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCC technician hasn’t turned up in the 4 hour slot we were given. Ring customer care for them to tell us they never booked us in and will now have to wait till new year! Tried to cancel and told us it’s £245 or we can’t. Atrocious. DO NOT USE VIRGIN.
