@virginmedia They advised they cudnt do anything they dont know whats going on and ant re match what it was. Iv been with you a matter of months and had nothing but issues i did not auth any change but yet somebody did it and wants to charge me more for less service like yhh that makes sense

@stueyg87 @NickT85 @virginmedia Can confirm. Call centres are a shambles. Signed up with them and it was the most painful process we've gone through for a utility. Its like they're trying to scare you off or tarnish their brand. Simple issues that could have been easily corrected with a bit of competence.

@virginmedia how dare some change my package i have without my auth and without me speaking to someone.. they have removed movies sports and broadband and then put my cost up extra 20 a month and not one person could help me or reinstate it absolutly shocking
