@virginmedia Ok I did that a optimised then signal. So I will give that a go for now and hopefully it won’t kick me out again. I though it was the online meeting platform but it happened across multiple sites (teams, Skype etc...)

So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

@virginmedia The service cuts out time to time then the router reboots itself. Spoke to your technical team and they tell me I need to buy an Ethernet cable etc. As far I’m concerned, my part of deal is to pay my bill, anything else to do with the service is your issue.

@AmberDowning @virginmedia I have the same issue a old blue yonder email address, can’t set up a new account even when still with virgin, they are suppose to update account 3 days but still not correct or receiving emails 3 people I’ve spoken two and they all been useless. Will just cancel and go to sky!

@virginmedia We have our Internet through you, Its gotten so bad that we are unable to use It for the normal things we do. Mostly gaming and TV. We called you, and got told that you could sell us a booster thing, however, we've had this same Issue numerous times.

@Marc_Pell @virginmedia There’s your problem mate. Yodel are the worst courier I’ve ever encountered. They delivered something of mine to the wrong address as it was similar. It was down to me to go there and pick up my package. Another package was said to be delivered and it never was.

@virginmedia Please note, you STILL have the account holder name wrong! This has been pointed out on numerous occasions but still not been corrected. Had we needed to provide ID for collection it would have caused a problem!
