  @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

  Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

  @virginmedia It's so difficult speaking to customer care as they do not listen to your needs. I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay

  @Stephencheatley @virginmedia We had the full VM package quite a few years back but always had issues with their tv service. We ended up going with Sky and havent had any problems since then. We kept the broadband with Virgin because we get 1GB for £38 month with Netflix included. Shop around mate 👍

  I switched my network from EE to O2 because I wanted 1Gbps broadband for my home, and Virgin Media offered me a discount, including unlimited everything and unmaxed speeds on my mobile through O2, which I already had on EE. Tell me why O2 is so much worse than EE, and why I cannot get a signal in many places. #pissed
