National Forest E-Bike Holidays (@Ebike_holidays) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England

@virginmedia Everyone is very apologetic but that doesn’t help give a vulnerable old lady the peace of mind that her son is available at the other end of the phone, should something happen.

@virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

Michael Sarjeant (@sarjeantm01) reported from Burton upon Trent, England

@virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

  • Forest_Dane
Dane (@Forest_Dane) reported from Beeston, England

@marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

  • av9901
Amit Vaidya- #Author (Forever Roaming the World)🌏 (@av9901) reported from Loughborough, England

@virginmedia - I had serious connection issues. Complaints team got in touch and thought it was resolved. But it's not. The issues are STILL ongoing and as for the last 8 weeks or so I'm struggling with intermittent service. I want the fixed. I'm sick and tired of it now

  • JHNaismith
    James (Jim) Naismith (@JHNaismith) reported

Usually optimistic on technological progress so disappointed broadband speed being > halved to 67Mbps next month by @bt_uk. @virginmedia can’t fix their “blocked duct” at front door, not good advert for uk infrastructure, I live in Jericho, central Oxford, not remote Highlands.

  • Rah333m111
    R (@Rah333m111) reported

@O2 @virginmedia spent months trying to resolve incorrect default from Jan 2026.Multiple complaints have been incorrectly closed/ignored/been passed between departments. No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!

  • Truthwills26171
    Truthwillsetyoufree (@Truthwills26171) reported

@RakeLark @handsomedave32 @VirginMediaNews What personal issues, my disgust at the race baiting grifters and the morons who support them? If that’s a personal issue I’ll happily hold it. Where did I say it wasn’t a concern or problem? I stated facts about Virgin Media, & that many agencies can get state funds!

  • dc250705
    DC (@dc250705) reported

@virginmedia 13 hours until you notify by text that something is wrong…communication quite crap isn’t it. Now told not fixed until 0200

  • jai_dee

    Monk (@i_Charizard) reported

@virginmedia and @O2 are killing me. 14 hour shift and I get home and my WiFi isn't working and it's taken me 25 mins to send this tweet cos o2s network is shite

  • chewytheleftie
    Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported

@alan_reddish @sibelian62 @virginmedia They are a terrible company for internet. Fortunately for us we have plenty of their direct rivals who we use instead now after they made it clear our custom was of no interest to them

  • Poddys_bu1
Tony Payne (Main Account) (@Poddys_bu1) reported

@CheekyVic @virginmedia It's almost impossible to get through to an English call centre, the Indians never have a clue what we actually want. Moved on now and our local provider, Toob is really good.

  • xhatne
    mmhmm (@xhatne) reported

@Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
