    @virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

    @virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

    @virginmedia waited for 25mins to get through to discuss changing my contract gave all my details put on hold and then cut off, despite having my number and mobile they haven't even tried to call me back great customer service

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    Just moved to @O2 as part of my @virginmedia bundle from whatever network they use and the 4G is just shocking, it's like going back 10 years. At this rate I'll barely use 1 gig of data never mind my actual allowance 😒

    @virginmedia Their installation hasn’t been completed thats the problem. They had the box installed last Monday but cannot get their installation until next Tuesday…which is really too long to have to wait.

    @virginmedia HELP! We recommended you to our neighbours after getting wi-fi & tv from you, however they are having huge problems & have not had any wi-fi for over a week now. Meaning they can’t work from home & every number they try just won’t help them. Can you help?

    Have spent over 1.5 hours on hold with @virginmedia to notify them that house sold and need to cancel service and each time get passed around then disconnected. Do NOT take out a contract with them if you ever think one day you may need to cancel it. #virginmedia #rubbish

    @virginmedia Hi, no need now. The old account holder has literally just contacted me saying they saw a password reset request. I’ve managed to log in and change the details so I can now login. Problem (finally!!) solved.
