    @virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace of a company with simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You have disconnected my service and after numerous calls and promises over 4 days I still have no service. Pathetic!

    @virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia my WiFi speeds have been much slower since yesterday, I usually get about 700 Mbps down over WiFi and it's gone down to about 100 Mbps and the ping is unstable

    @Dannn0401 @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I would receive a text saying ‘outage’ & service would be fine, & then when there was an outage no comms at all. Cancelling has been a nightmare, I called & was unnecessarily passed between 3 agents, none of them did what I asked- simply cancel. Only reaffirms my decision.

    @alandean1878 @virginmedia I live in a block of flats. Peoples wifi are all competing. When you change supplier you get a new wifi(6) router. This gives a better connection until everybody else moves. This just amplifies the noise everyone shouting louder is not the solution.

    @virginmedia why does my broadband disconnect/reset itself just after 12am every night? And drops out multiple times a day so often. Virgin used to offer a good service - not anymore.
