@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

@virginmedia Your marketing says those on the 100MB service will be offered the SH5. And you don't know when I'll be offered it, it could be a few weeks or a few months. That's too much faff and too much electrical waste. Mine will break soon and an engineer will offer the SH5 I bet.
