    @virginmedia constant problems with broadband over past few weeks, still not up to 500mb speed I should be. Calls to your call centre are pointless and no promised calls back received!

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my wifi signal being weak upstairs - until last 2 mths it was perfectly fine. However it’s impossible to speak with anyone - I don’t want the automated system or a broadband check as service is fine it’s just range. Unhappy customer

    @virginmedia @virginmedia so not only have virgin hiked my bill to £49.00... I’ve had no phone line for 12 months.. it cost me over £4.00 on my mobile to phone them. How does that work Virgin? Appalling service.

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

    When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

    @virginmedia Have done it both ways. It isn’t just the speed it is dropping out completely for long periods of time and the staff in your call centres are if no help unless you want to buy a new service and you do not get promised calls back.

    @virginmedia Ridiculous suggestion. I’ve spent an hour on your customer helpline trying to understand what the issue is - your website says service in my area is good. Customer service says it’s not, upgrade work is ongoing and won’t be finished until the 4th. This is clearly unacceptable!!🤯

    @virginmedia The lack of understanding that your staff has had is beyond me. My service with you has not been smooth sailing. I have been constantly disconnected multiple times frequently. It really saddening that you have no compassion for your consumers at this time.

    @virginmedia can someone help please. I’m gonna need to talk to a tech, my IPhone all of a sudden doesn’t want to accept my number to use iMessage and FaceTime. I’ve done the whole turn it off and on again along with all the other trouble shooting methods 😞
