Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia @SChristie_ Please please please stop suggesting stupid stuff we have all already tried. You think this is everyone's first outage? It's not even my hundredth. All rebooting has been done. Hard reset with paper clip has been done. There is a signal fault in the area.

@mouthwaite @virginmedia I have exactly the same problem Tamzin! Virgin routers are so bad! Mine goes of &on and is slow even tho I have the fastest one allegedly. My daughter needs a booster in her room which isn’t more than five feet from the main on just to get Internet oh & I have to pay extra 4it!
