    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia Yeah every time it drops out I go and check the service status, it just seems like the service is constantly dropping in and out during the work day. It’s incredibly disruptive and yet it has to be off for two days before you’ll compensate me

    @klmr @virginmedia When I was trying to cancel, someone from another department called to sell me a package for my new address and simply hung up when I told them I didn't need it. No confirmation of my cancellation request until I registered a complaint. It took about two months to cancel.

    @virginmedia I haven’t raised a complaint, no, as I was advised to send an email. I’ve had a reply now and it seems to have been escalated to a manager so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
