@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia I’m still experiencing issues whilst connected to my WI-FI. When I use my data I can view all videos and gifs on my Twitter account. When I’m connected to the Wi-Fi I can see the content which leads me to believe it’s an issue or some sort of restriction at your end. Help.

@virginmedia all twitter videos and gifs are showing as “content not available” in the app and on browser. The videos and gifs work fine when i turn of wifi and use 4G. through a twitter search it seems only virgin media wifi users are having this issue. are you sorting it?
