    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    @virginmedia That's the installations team, and they put me on hold again. Please give me an email address so I can put my notice in writing. It's pretty terrible that to cancel my contract I have to do a twitter conversation with you because I can't get through on the phone!

    @virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    @virginmedia Why would there be a price increase if you are tied in .. all wrong, my price as increased so this will be the last time I use Virgin .. all wrong never advised of this when taking the contract out .. @skytv for me next

    @dougkessler @virginmedia Yeah, they are never going to be able to admit that their router is a piece of junk. They should though - the actual broadband is really fast, and with your own kit it works great (for me at least).
