Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

@virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

@sgp2012photos @virginmedia To be honest, used them for years and had little complain about. No dropouts, received advertised speeds, outages I could count less than 3 in 15 years. We’re on an old Telewest network here. This was a DNS issue, now resolved locally.
