Although I'll confess, the Netgear's WiFi speed is brilliant compared to what your Hub 3 can kick out.

Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?
