    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @virginmedia Do you not do simple phone calls? We seem to be spending too much on phone calls and getting false promises. Exposed wires in the garden, engineers tools and wire left pixelating TV our service was fine 10 days ago. We just need the engineer to finish what he started. Thank you.

    @virginmedia When your service works it's OK - but compared to other ISPs I've just had far too many outages over the last 3 years. I run a well configured Mikrotik+Ubiquiti home network - with the SH4 in Modem mode (the SH4's routing is dire) - but your network just seems flaky.
