    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @virginmedia Done that. Looks like the TiVo box the likely problem. Needs replacing. So how do i do that? Phone leads to online help: online leads nowhere helpful, for just replacing a TiVo box. Ideas?

    @virginmedia my 80yo Grandma has been without use of her phone for almost 24 hours. This has been reported and the automated message keeps saying will be resolved by a certain time, but that time keeps getting put back. Unable to speak to an actual person. Can you help?

    @virginmedia how do you not have an email address for customer service? You are asking that we don’t call unless it’s urgent but then all other options (text bot in particular) are not fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia I’ve just spent 30 mins trying to get through to your shambolic customer service. I upgraded my package on Sunday yet there is no tracking or information & my virgin media say I have no open orders?? Not happy, this needs sorting

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    @virginmedia Inefficient processes as far as I can tell. Now waiting on a phone call today OR tomorrow (so not actual fix)....despite 2 guys in street laying new cable for a new install, which is what we need as the SAME 2 guys broke our fibre last Friday on another install.

    @virginmedia I would really encourage this behaviour to be addressed, as that’s trying to shove something on to the customer that they don’t want. Personally the poor broadband service and now poor customer service has left a bad taste. Hopefully someone listens in to the conv to understand.

    @virginmedia Thank you for the reply, I've tried resetting password but it keeps coming up with a error message then says ( contact us and give us your password) My customer account number is 113553201 - if that makes things easier - Just need to know that it's only 38 no additional cost.

    @O2 I have an o2 sim provided by virgin media and I need to pay my bill. I can’t access my account through my o2 as it says it’s not activated and I can’t do a password reset through my email address. Please help?

    @virginmedia The issuing date is 2nd December. However, regardless of that, you should be able to issue a refund immediately. Like I keep saying, your colleague assured me that the bill would of been rectified. This was Xmas money.
