@virginmedia Doing it again tonight! It’s like 5pm comes and all speed disappears, tonight both download and upload are impacted! Throttling I understand for network reasons but there’s something else happening here

Very disappointed with @virginmedia @richardbranson got told to ring back in a couple of months but 2 staff members when I complained I could not afford the rise in price £44 now £61.50. No help at all

@virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

I told @VirginMedia that this was unacceptable, asked to speak to a manager to solve the problem immediately, as having been charged instead of credited once I wasn't keen to see it happen again. The customer service rep instead transferred my call to a call centre in India. /8
