    @virginmedia this service is abysmal.. no one answering calls again, no live chat, how can I fix my problem if no one is available to talk to. We’ve been having issues since 26/10/20.. absolutely crap. @SkyUK we’re on our way

    @virginmedia Done that. Looks like the TiVo box the likely problem. Needs replacing. So how do i do that? Phone leads to online help: online leads nowhere helpful, for just replacing a TiVo box. Ideas?

    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia I’ve just spent 30 mins trying to get through to your shambolic customer service. I upgraded my package on Sunday yet there is no tracking or information & my virgin media say I have no open orders?? Not happy, this needs sorting

    @virginmedia hello, we had a letter saying work would be carried out on broadband 23rd Oct, my partner is at home today booked into an NHS online training course and has no service. Called cust svcs, msg says work being carried out today. Why no notification?

    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @virginmedia They didn’t suggest anything. I have tried all the tests through the Virgin Media app and have moved my router as recommended. It is mostly WiFi but sometimes impacts wired connections. There are no local issues.

    @virginmedia I will now be raising this with the financial Ombudsman. I do not want to call virgin media ever again to speak to disrespectful employees who say they will send a remote but never do. It is a two way contract which virgin media has not fulfilled their obligations.

    @virginmedia it was around 9pm last night, which funnily enough is the time your phone lines close so I couldn't even ring to speak to someone and like I said your website functionality is so poor it's impossible to find the webchat function.
