They did an upgrade which knackered up my tv and virgin tv took them months and several visits to admit it was that that messed it up and eventually got them to put back to what if was! Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. Although I'll confess, the Netgear's WiFi speed is brilliant compared to what your Hub 3 can kick out.
