    @virginmedia Your customer service is crap and after having no service for nearly 24 hours and getting no answers or very little back from anyone I feel very disappointed with the service and I will be looking at another provider come march

    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia No broadband (green light flashing) Website sending me in circles, run tests, says to call you but closed, then website says to sign in (which I already am) so I do & it sends back round to beginning. I’ve rebooted, checked wires &just want to report fault, plse help

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

    @virginmedia I have the Hub 5. I’m not sure what you mean by service status. When I check the online service status checker it says there is a problem with TV in my area but nothing about broadband. But again, my neighbours with Virgin Media also have no service.

    @virginmedia This is via Wi-Fi. I’ve never been informed I need one. If I do I imagine this a cost I will need to incur? Just like the recommended wifi boosters? I’m sat NEXT to my router and my speed is currently 3.3.
