They did an upgrade which knackered up my tv and virgin tv took them months and several visits to admit it was that that messed it up and eventually got them to put back to what if was! They even won some customer service awards x years ago if i remember correctly. At one point everything just fell apart. Customer service became non existent, they started to treat customers unfairly and many other issues. I wonder what happened tbh🤔
