@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia I need someone to speak to me asap. I've tried and tried to call to resolve the issue but nothing is happening and even when I called to leave after being on hold the lady put the phone down after 10 seconds. Seriously not happy

@virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

Closed an account with @VirginMediaIE in January (notice given etc). Got charged €240 in Aug and another €20.65 in Sept. Promised a refund on 23rd Aug and again on 2nd Sept. Still nothing has been done despite formal complaint. @comreg are aware. Help this go viral #virginmedia

@virginmedia And yes, I have reset set the Hub multiple times an issue still persists. The first person I spoke to suggested it might be an issue with the chip that allows for high speeds in the Hub.

@VirginMediaIE Spoke to another rep. Refund still not processed. Comreg have been updated. Asking for my account (which closed in January) number is a cop out. You have a formal complaint from me already so I'm sure you can find the details if you put even bare minimum effort in. #virginmedia
