    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

    @virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia awful customer service. Our new 360 box keeps getting errors and you can’t do anything other than reset the box! Lost all our recordings on two occasions and now our box says it’s full even tho there are no recordings!!! Can someone actually help or do @SkyUK want us

    @virginmedia It told me to book an engineer, which I have, but sadly they can’t come out until Thursday. I wondered if there’s a fault in the area that hasn’t been flagged on your system yet? As I say, your website says there’s a TV issue in our postcode HG5 0BB

    @virginmedia @channingtatum @magicmikemovie Any chance you can fix the intermitten issues you've been having for nearly 2 weeks. You're charging more for a poorer quality service. Sort it out. Everytime I ring or do a status check I get zero response.
