    @virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    @virginmedia Guys I think you have a pretty major broadband outage in the West Yorkshire area. The amount of tweets coming suddenly stopped last nightaround 10ish. Hope that helps #dcfc

    Once again no tv and broadband from @virginmedia. So I ring up and their is a recording saying they are improving the service and it may be off till 6.00pm. Does no one work nights when it would disrupt less people. #justsaying

    @virginmedia Hi, there’s nothing wrong with my service, the connection is perfect, it’s just the router/modem (Hub 3.0) GUI that’s very very poor.

    @virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

    @virginmedia Hi, my equipment is irrelevant, the GUI on the routers admin page is just terribly slow, I’ve tried two different pcs, different browsers, even my phone, it’s the router/modem configuration pages are shocking slow to respond to any form of user input.
