    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom your service is appalling- internet drops out daily. Reading your Twitter page; this clearly affecting a huge proportion of your customer base. Your customer service is non-existent. In my area you’re the only “suitable” provider- my hands are tied!

    @virginmedia I've done all that. I have contact customer support and they were due to call me back within 2-3 working days.... That was 5 working days ago... Can't even replace equipment when I can't talk to anyone to sort the problem or make a request.
