I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?
