@virginmedia I need someone to speak to me asap. I've tried and tried to call to resolve the issue but nothing is happening and even when I called to leave after being on hold the lady put the phone down after 10 seconds. Seriously not happy

@virginmedia so the password reset function on the website is down. Decide to call you but “we are busy and can’t take your call. Ring back after 8am tomorrow” want to introduce my daughter who has just bought a house but thinking of going elsewhere myself

@virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

@virginmedia They have said they need to look into it yet have already done so and are aware the photo of the door is not theirs so there isn’t much more to look into. My parents have spent 6 hours on the phone to various people today and have felt like they are criminals. It’s awful.
