    @virginmedia Done that as well. I have made at least 20 calls to you and been promised reconnection on numerous occasions and then nothing happens and I go through it all again. Your customer service is dreadful

    @virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

    @virginmedia is an absolute disgrace, the worst company I have ever come across. 3 hours on the phone today, they hung up all three times, shouted at me and refused to help as their engineer was about to cause thousands pounds worth of damage on private land.

    Finally managed to cancel @virginmedia on 5th day of trying. 30 days notice not backdated to 1st attempt, so Paul on Fri and whoever cut line Sat have succeeded in squeezing more money out of me. Final charge nearly £80 to leave, despite being out of contract. Villains. @Ofcom
