@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

@virginmedia No one has informed me of this, I feel I have been misold again very poor. No one mentioned this previously I have been told it was a new promotional that was added, so again alot of tosh. Does anyone know what they are doing at virgin.

Waiting for the @dcfcofficial takeover is as painful as waiting for @virginmedia to deliver the phone I ordered on the 3rd May. So putting this out there - always been happy with Virgin but what’s the best mobile network cause it looks like I’ll be moving.

@virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia They have done. Multiple times Which then means another 45+ mins to get back in touch at least (who wants that) It's no wonder people to elsewhere The customer service is poor I have no need to lie about it. Rather it was fixed and I had no need to ring again

@virginmedia A simple billing query should not take 8 weeks to resolve. It almost has though, and that’s 100% down to the constant string of lies and customer service failings from VM. I’m the only one making an effort to resolve this, you need to take some responsibility now
