    @virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    @virginmedia I appreciate you trying to help. The issue is with the virgin contract being 18 months and the "new" o2 deal being 24 months and how this would impact as I looked to renegotiate in 18 months

    @virginmedia Well I don't know if the problem has been restored at virgins end I received help and advice from an outside source who showed show me how to work around the problem with manual DNS entries. But for me, working now. Thanks.

    @virginmedia any known issues broadband off S65 area pc hard wired no internet . phone connected to WiFi without internet. Re booted router etc my status no known issues

    @virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

    @virginmedia No one has informed me of this, I feel I have been misold again very poor. No one mentioned this previously I have been told it was a new promotional that was added, so again alot of tosh. Does anyone know what they are doing at virgin.

    @virginmedia No i’m waiting for a manager to phone me back. Surely if ur t&cs of new contract state that if i cancel within 14 days it will revert to previous, u cant go back on that? It’s been less than 24hrs. The virgin sim still works. My original contract doesnt expire until nxt year.

    @virginmedia I think it might be the end of the contract. If we re-sign up with virgin with just broadband (not TV) would we get a new router because the one we have is intermittent with signal and coverage.

    @virginmedia We eventually got through to an actual human, and whilst our issue couldn't be resolved there and then, an engineer is booked for Tuesday! It shouldn't be so convoluted to get to talk to a human and your website "help" just takes you round in circles. Improvement needed!
