@virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

@virginmedia Done that. Looks like the TiVo box the likely problem. Needs replacing. So how do i do that? Phone leads to online help: online leads nowhere helpful, for just replacing a TiVo box. Ideas?

@virginmedia appalling service virgin media! On 24/12 v6 box broke. So far, 4 telephone calls, 3 promises of calls back (not received), told new box posted to us but it wasn’t, engineer appointment cancelled by virgin with no explanation. Week later & still cant watch tv

@virginmedia I’ve spoken to every team at your customer ‘service’ centre. The Phrase as useless as a chocolate teapot springs to mind. One hour and 40 minutes, 5 departments, no resolutions. Can’t even cancel the contract properly because there’s no internal notes been saved.
