@JolyonMaugham @virginmedia I'd nominate Sky TV. I had problems cancelling my contract - 6 months after I'd moved house, no longer with them, I kept protesting I was no longer a customer. Customer service phone line was a nightmare, they never logged complaints so I had to explain from scratch every time.
