    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    @virginmedia hi mobile phone signal and data very weak in Doncaster DN5 area. It's not the phone as WiFi is working fine. Virgin mobile signal been weak for 2 or 3 days is there an issue? I've already checked your status page no issue mentioned.

    @virginmedia Hi, Liam said someone would call back tomorrow. No issue with service, just can't have in the new build. The service is not in the area. Let's see if we get the call back tomorrow. Shouldn't treat a leaving customer like ****.

    @virginmedia Here’s hoping that we get a call back tomorrow, just been on hold with the chat bot ? No resolution as of yet. The new billing is generated on the 4th. Let’s hope it gets sorted. The agent offered us a deal based on what Sky offered us. Previous Sky customers of 10 years #SkyTv

    @virginmedia Yeah that’s fine, or just a phone number / person to deal with? It’s my parents business and they have their property engineers coming out to view the issue on Monday. I assume they will be in touch themselves regarding the issues. Luckily it’s just rain water, and not sewage.

    @virginmedia whenever I’m on zoom upstairs and away from my route my wifi always seems to drop out. It’s always says my internet connection is unstable. I’ve restarted router etc is there anything else I can do to boost it

    @virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

    @virginmedia wow what a rip off at the most of distressing times. We call to inform you of the passing of my dad and change account to my mums name. No change in service and despite being advised all would be the same, you now write confirming it’s an extra £40 a month!! #ripoff

    @virginmedia Obviously not so soon! Virgin Media Outage Update - Description: Service update. Broadband, Voice and TV fault F009439224. The latest update we have is: We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way. The estimated repair time is now: 17/12/2021 14:10:00.
