    @virginmedia @ConAFC There is issue with our equipment the box at the bottom of our street contains faulty ports and according to your advisors is being fixed, I have had 3 different engineers tell me this are they lying or am I being fobbed off! I pay over £100 for this non service😡😡

When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

    So @virginmedia, well over 28 days later and I've heard NOTHING whatsoever. We managed to resurrect the box but it is still super glitchy and crashes often. Hugely disappointed in this lack of service. 😡

    @virginmedia I switched my TV package from Sky 2 days ago and have had more issues in those 2 days than in over 5 years with Sky. Not to mention over an hour and a half on the phone, more than half of which has been on hold! Seriously considering pulling the plug on this switch.
