    Once again let down by @virginmedia waited in for engineer to come fix V6 box again , only to have a card pushed through door saying I wasn’t home , absolutely fuming 😤 better get this sorted

    @virginmedia received my new QuickStart pack yesterday, do not have a VM wall socket cannot use the router, called three times, sent two messages and sent a complaint yesterday. Zero tolerance left for bad customer service and communication. Need to cancel account ASAP.

    @virginmedia are like a horrid abusive boyfriend who you broke up with, but refuses to leave you alone, stalks you & steals money despite having in writing that I cancelled everything within 14days. Tried on numerous occasions to get this sorted, but I keep being lied by them.

    @virginmedia hi there, our internet connection with you drops on at least an hourly basis. It has happened every day this year so far. I live in KT4 post code. Your customer service line is also down. Are you able to give us any explanation as to why?

    @virginmedia Oh cool just spent an hour and a half on the phone, spoke to someone who said they'd transfer me, waited like 20 mins when they did that then it hung up on me. I will literally never go near Virgin ever again.
