    @virginmedia My concern is that you disconnected me on Saturday and 6 days later and about 5 hours of calls later and 3 times being promised it would back on. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE! I am not concerned I am annoyed by your inability to act!

    @virginmedia I 1st used web chat and was offered the same package then I rang explaining I'm struggling to pay and will have to cancel. No reduction in package or price. Just told to ring back

    @virginmedia Shame your customer service agents on the phone don't seem to feel the same. You cancelled my TV & BB before agreed date, agreed to re-instate which turns out to be a lie as now refusing to unless I agree to a long term contract. Astonishing awful treatmeant

    @virginmedia We’ve recently lost my mum and I’m trying to sort a better package for him now he’s on his own we don’t seem to be able to get any help via the phone as as soon as we get through to virgin media they transfer us and no one ever comes back this has happened half a dozen times
