    @virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    @virginmedia what's the issue with answering a call? Line went dead, my mum can't receive incoming texts and is due an upgrade. Your customer service is terrible, God only knows what will happen when I call for TV

    @virginmedia @financialombuds I was cancelling my Broadband as i was out of agreement and then told by your sales advisor to purchase new package which i can cancel once ive used three routers and since been messed about. Its all on the call i was being told was being reviewed part of my complaint
