    @virginmedia whenever I’m on zoom upstairs and away from my route my wifi always seems to drop out. It’s always says my internet connection is unstable. I’ve restarted router etc is there anything else I can do to boost it

    @virginmedia Hi, Liam said someone would call back tomorrow. No issue with service, just can't have in the new build. The service is not in the area. Let's see if we get the call back tomorrow. Shouldn't treat a leaving customer like ****.

    Recently renegotiated my contract with @virginmedia just received notification that they are billing me for 50% more than was agreed. Called them and they cannot explain why, and have registered my complaint and someone will call me at some point in the next 48 hours. Scandalous

    @virginmedia joined for broadband, being charged for Tv package which we don’t have and a phone line which doesn’t work!!! Mobile no. given to us to discuss account won’t pick up or reply to messages or emails!!! Disgusting service!

    @virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

    @virginmedia The mobile no. of the customer services chap who sold us the package. I’m not bothered about the phone line I just don’t won’t to be paying for TV we don’t have and I can’t phone virgin without my phone line or I’ll be charged.

    @virginmedia We discussed the Oomph package which I initially agreed to then changed my mind within the 14 days, informed the customer service guy, by phone, text and email, he said he would cancel. The engineer came and documented that TV had been refused and therefore didn’t install

    Dealing with ongoing @virginmedia connection issues whilst trying to work is bad enough, but then repeated issues whilst trying to watch #sheffieldUnited lose again is just too much. Especially as my bill is pushing £50 a month. Can't work, can't suffer the footie. Come on virgin

    @virginmedia Only have broadband but it causes streaming issues. Service been terribly disrupted now for a couple of months.

    @virginmedia I live in Chadwell Heath and pay for the super fast broadband - the service is appalling! On Teams and zoom we are forever freezing. I do a call to virgin almost everyday complaining to 150! They always send a new signal then nothing changes!! What a waste of money!

    @virginmedia Not a peep, I’ve never witnessed anything like the carry on with you lot, as a new customer I’m absolutely astounded at the complete lack of communication between your different departments & then on to me the customer. I shouldn’t be having to chase up a promised phone call.

    @CHAMM24 @virginmedia Had nothing but problems with them, regretted moving from Sky! Useless customer service, just kept telling me ‘Wi-Fi isn’t guaranteed’! Will be moving as soon as my contract is up!
