@virginmedia you are aware that a lot of older, more vulnerable people have had alarm and safety devices installed that depend on a safe, fast, reliable service. The one that they, like, you know pay a lot of money for

@virginmedia I’m trying to resolve an issue with your collections team regarding an incorrect default and because I no longer bank with the same account and do not have those details, they won’t talk to me, yet they are happy to just take money off me without telling me why. It’s disgusting

@virginmedia 7 days and still no @O2 resolution

  • HarlamTK Tom “Harlam” King (@HarlamTK) reported from Wombwell, England

@virginmedia And I can’t raise a complaint on the site without having an account, which I don’t have, so that is a pointless endeavour as well

  • andyksheffield Andy Kershaw Media 🎙 (@andyksheffield) reported from Sheffield, England

@StueyDay @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk The service is awful and customers find it too hard to get a prompt response. Last time this happened it took at least 8-10 emails before they got past the automated letter asking me to switch off, reboot and check all the connections.

  • paul_phillips83 Paul David Phillips (@paul_phillips83) reported from Barnsley, England

@virginmedia the cheek or virgin media staff complain about virgin router dropping out constantly call raise a complaint and tell them router is disconnected from network and request a hub 4 as been told this is what’s needed I get told I have to upgrade to 1 gig for new router

  • lettielou05 lettiebella🦉🇬🇧 (@lettielou05) reported from Sheffield, England

@virginmedia very unhappy failed install and had no service since Saturday and I'm within my 14 days to cancel yet your staff don't understand this and want to charge me for a fault call !! When do you become so crap !!!

  • SamWatt30745054 Sam Watts (@SamWatt30745054) reported from Barnsley, England

@virginmedia I’ve run test after test, at least 5-6 outages a month for last 2 years. Horrendous service and this is the final straw unless you offer me a refund of say £20 a month for last two years, if not I’m going BT and a dodgy box from Mad Frank in pub

  • victimsvoice73 Victims Voice (@victimsvoice73) reported from Sheffield, England

@virginmedia Yes both mum n dad are virgin and we’re still getting no signal

  • andyksheffield Andy Kershaw Media 🎙 (@andyksheffield) reported from Sheffield, England

@virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk Wish I could enjoy this but my so called 500mb service is so poor I’ve virtually been without internet for a week. Finally your team viewed it as urgent because I do work from home on Zoom and…an engineer is coming on Tuesday. When BT Reach put full fibre in my area it’s bye bye

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Morgan70569825 Morgan (@Morgan70569825) reported

@virginmedia you ring me ask if it's convenient to talk I say yes then you hang up great customer service as usual

  • Haffertee Fiona Baker (@Haffertee) reported

@virginmedia @allpointseastuk How about you start offering some customer service first

  • MikeKirby99 Michael Kirby (@MikeKirby99) reported

After 5 days of contacting virgin media about a fraudulent account you've still done nothing to stop the account or help in anyway with the account still being active. @virginmedia

  • Paul_Wingrove Paul Wingrove (@Paul_Wingrove) reported

@virginmedia @Clare2106 Thing is you guys never help- you just pretend to so the public complaining stops.

  • MCL_36_2022 Michael Richardson (@MCL_36_2022) reported

@virginmedia Something is MAJORLY wrong with your website, constantly getting 'bad request' messages when navigating it, despite being able to follow links moments earlier. It must be your site as I can navigate all other websites without issue.

  • jp5ives James Fiveash (@jp5ives) reported

@virginmedia Well, I’ve had an email confirming cancellation of my order (moving home broadband install) but no confirmation of my account being closed down or confirmation of the refund amount I was verbally given on the phone.

  • Boults137 Boults Jade Boulter (@Boults137) reported

@virginmedia I don’t have an issue with ‘2’ sept rate payments being taken however, this needs to equate to 44.50 per month in total for the first 6 months then 46.50 per month thereafter. Not more which you have taken!

  • Gridstip Michael Edmund Kelly (@Gridstip) reported

@virginmedia U see, the trouble is R.A. that even if it did turn out to be the case that a WiFi connection proved to be sufficiently reliable, it would still be an unsatisfactory resolution to the situation As I've no doubt U can appreciate Wired internet🌐connection is essential for gaming

  • imsimondrake Simon Drake (@imsimondrake) reported

Every (and I mean EVERY) time I've called @virginmedia over the last year, there's an automated message stating there's a "global broadband outage". Either you left your automated message on, or you really need to fix some ****.

  • Boults137 Boults Jade Boulter (@Boults137) reported

@virginmedia I am going to be contacting CISAS as this is appalling service!
