    @virginmedia I 1st used web chat and was offered the same package then I rang explaining I'm struggling to pay and will have to cancel. No reduction in package or price. Just told to ring back

    @virginmedia why do you contract @kiergroup ? They cut through a cable outside neighbours yet it has taken them 11 days so far to figure out why we have no internet. They send a team every day to fix it (in reality they lift a few manhole covers and disappear 20 mins later)

    @alexdeutsch @d_pedrini @virginmedia Sounds like a problem at your street box. Might be worth speaking with your neighbors and see who else has similar issues at the same times. If you all report the problem together, they may find the source quicker. Intermittent faults are a nightmare to resolve. Good luck.

    @virginmedia Thanks. We just had a very nice man come and fix it. Apparently a rusted connector in the main box on the corner of the street was the culprit. It seemed weird how it just dropped out which is why i "presumed" it was a general service issue but that wasn't the case. Thanks again.

    @virginmedia Now the app is stating an issue. This is app is utter rubbish compared to the previous one. So I had no Internet for approx 10hrs when I needed as I was working overnight.

    @virginmedia The only issue I see is that your broadband speed through a wired or wireless connection rarely goes above half intended speed and your routers are utter garbage but you probably already knew that.
