Finally your team viewed it as urgent because I do work from home on Zoom and…an engineer is coming on Tuesday. When BT Reach put full fibre in my area it’s bye bye

    @virginmedia I’m trying to resolve an issue with your collections team regarding an incorrect default and because I no longer bank with the same account and do not have those details, they won’t talk to me, yet they are happy to just take money off me without telling me why. It’s disgusting

    @virginmedia So you're telling me to be without stable /any Internet for at least 3-5 days and that is okay and acceptable? No. We work from home. You need to fix this.

    @StueyDay @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk The service is awful and customers find it too hard to get a prompt response. Last time this happened it took at least 8-10 emails before they got past the automated letter asking me to switch off, reboot and check all the connections.

    Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

    @virginmedia - we (YOU) have a PROBLEM!!! Why have I been charged £147 for a contract of £64 even after speaking to someone on 25/09 (when bill was received) who assured me they would escalate the issue and get it resolved?? #unhappycustomer #overcharged #problem

    That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal

    @MartinSLewis After ten years as a customer with @virginmedia all i can advise anyone is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Upgraded to a phone I never received and now i'm stuck with a 24 month contract for a phone that's never been active. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. Leave now.

    @virginmedia Help please! After a few short power cuts our second box stopped connecting to the Internet. I've followed all the steps on your website, phoned your automated service, followed the link they sent me and I'm trapped in a vicious circle of no help and no service.

    @virginmedia I will attempt one more call (because the first five didn't exactly get me anywhere) Then after that, if it is not resolved... I'll be looking at alternative solutions to dispute the service received. Ironically, twitter team has already been much more helpful than on the phone

    @virginmedia trying to cancel for a week now, despite the endless delaying tactics we are leaving! Would it be easier, and quicker for us to acquire new identities and move to a country without Virgin rather than trying to cancel via your WhatsApp chat? Feedback appreciated.
