    @virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

    @virginmedia I called 150’to complain got passed around as always they told me@I’d have to reschedule and I refused as it was no fault of mine , after an hour on hold I asked for customer complaints and was put through , the lady was dealing with my issue and I was put on hold again

    @virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

    Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

    Virgin media red button for sky sports not working!.. paid £10 for ifollow for the 2nd half #swfclive ...wish id have done this earlier while been on hold to virgin for 45mins!

    Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

    @virginmedia Doesn't matter if its wired or WiFi. Everything has already been explained over a month ago and whenever u call in, someone from India makes u do all the trouble shooting steps again and I'm not wasting my time doing all of that for no reason

    @virginmedia No, that is real last resort stuff. Last time I had this problem it was an issue at the Virgin/Janet boundary, which seems more likely than my router suddenly blocking a whole IP range spontaneously.

    @virginmedia Done it all. Repeatedly. As I’ve mentioned a million times I’m always told there are no issues. The new thing is from 10pm my internet pretty much doesn’t exist

    @virginmedia very unimpressed with the attitude of your service team member when I phoned trying to cancel services with you. Seemed to take personal offence when I explained that service had been intermittent, leading to issues trying to teach from home.
