@virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

@virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

@virginmedia I 1st used web chat and was offered the same package then I rang explaining I'm struggling to pay and will have to cancel. No reduction in package or price. Just told to ring back

Very disappointed with @virginmedia @richardbranson got told to ring back in a couple of months but 2 staff members when I complained I could not afford the rise in price £44 now £61.50. No help at all

@virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

@virginmedia The preinstallation team never completed the work, even though they reported they did. Your engineer came on the 15th saying I can't complete installation until they finish the work and we have been in limbo ever since. We are calling everyday spent hours every day on the phone

@virginmedia I've had reports from several customers that they can't access the website and Virgin Media is the common denominator across many different hubs. I've spoken to Wix again and they are investigating the problem as it seems to be affecting lots of sites.
