@virginmedia My concern is that you disconnected me on Saturday and 6 days later and about 5 hours of calls later and 3 times being promised it would back on. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE! I am not concerned I am annoyed by your inability to act!

@virginmedia 1st call signals sent.. upgraded to 200mb and would send a new hub as my IT team have been through it all and found to be virgin hub issue. No hub sent. 2nd call signal sent and told thats it fixed. 3rd call moved over to 5G option that would fix it it. Signals sent on all calls

@virginmedia I’ve had a complaint filed since the 1st of March C-210321227 with no contact was told I would get a phone call from a manager within 4 hours that was 7 weeks ago I’ve had an email to say you tried to ring and sent me a letter neither of which has happened any ideas
