    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia what's the issue with answering a call? Line went dead, my mum can't receive incoming texts and is due an upgrade. Your customer service is terrible, God only knows what will happen when I call for TV

    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia Logging into my account was where this trek started. There is an outage on the Service Status finally. There was not one there for the first two days of dead landline. Someone - not a bot - finally got in touch with me to tell me the outage will be repaired by 6pm today.

    Worst thing about virginmedia IS there Leave dept. They're like 90s curry's salesmen, barrow boys. They're all about the verbal, haggle, confrontation. But that is alien to UK life. We don't go in shops and haggle the price of everything. The Retention dept ARE the disincentive.
