    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia how do you not have an email address for customer service? You are asking that we don’t call unless it’s urgent but then all other options (text bot in particular) are not fit for purpose.

    Hey @virginmedia, I am currently experiencing some issues in the B33 area of Birmingham. This might well be linked to the service outages you‘ve suffered today. Thankfully, this has been the only problem I have faced within the six months of being a customer.

    @CardiffPropert1 @virginmedia I was sold the 1gig broadband with the advertisement at the time being, "we guarantee your broadband will never drop below 500mbs!" was told that on the phone too. I've had shoddy Internet since I've had it & getting rewired tomorrow. Let's see if this fixes the year-long problem

    @virginmedia **** internet company we pay for a 1gbps plan but we only get 50mbps I’m fuming if we pay for a gig fiber plan it should be at least 600mbps upload and 550mbps download
