Finally your team viewed it as urgent because I do work from home on Zoom and…an engineer is coming on Tuesday. When BT Reach put full fibre in my area it’s bye bye

    @virginmedia No and tbh no apology for my internet not working since the day after install Friday and now I've been threatened in in contract ! I have 14 days to cancel can you confirm please . Im not paying for a fault after 5 days plus it's not worked from install .

    @virginmedia on the phone for 30 minutes, WhatsApp message and technical support still not sorting us out! Oh but we can double what we pay and get a new hub!! New customers get it for £25

    @StueyDay @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk The service is awful and customers find it too hard to get a prompt response. Last time this happened it took at least 8-10 emails before they got past the automated letter asking me to switch off, reboot and check all the connections.

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    @virginmedia - we (YOU) have a PROBLEM!!! Why have I been charged £147 for a contract of £64 even after speaking to someone on 25/09 (when bill was received) who assured me they would escalate the issue and get it resolved?? #unhappycustomer #overcharged #problem

    That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal

    Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

    @virginmedia I tried to report a problem. The advisor was only interested in selling me a upgraded package. Miss selling packages to customers is not good practice

    @virginmedia Over a mth ago - no one ever got in touch , had to contact your live chat - 1 hr 10 mins and they offered £5 for complete loss of service for 4 days , then £8 then Intold them I was advised it would be £12 per day. They didn’t even follow up on your forcing of a score for engin

    @tombradby @virginmedia Welcome to the club, I have had this 2yrs, as a teacher trying to teach remotely was a nightmare and tbh @virginmedia don't care, customer service use a script and don't deviate, lie to tell you it's sorted just to get you off the phone Wishing you luck with your fight though 💪

    @virginmedia It says there is no problem. Yet every morning the same problem applies. It can't be just me? An engineer visited us on the 18th June and mentioned that there appeared to be corrosion in the cabinet near us. This could well be the case as the problems are still occurring.
