I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

I only have the broadband now & although the broadband is really good the price is extortionate if you don’t keep signing up to a contract, so I’ll be cancelling that.

Three engineer visits, five plus calls to Indian call centres, and still you can’t activate the TV contract you upsold me when I simply called to get my connection back. Awful, awful business model.
