    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @virginmedia my partner has tried to cancel our contract three times in the last hour over the phone. Each time she has been cut off by the operator and unable to cancel. This feels like a very deliberate tactic to make it impossible to cancel.
