    Once again let down by @virginmedia waited in for engineer to come fix V6 box again , only to have a card pushed through door saying I wasn’t home , absolutely fuming 😤 better get this sorted

    @virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

    Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

    @virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia I called 150’to complain got passed around as always they told me@I’d have to reschedule and I refused as it was no fault of mine , after an hour on hold I asked for customer complaints and was put through , the lady was dealing with my issue and I was put on hold again

    Virgin media red button for sky sports not working!.. paid £10 for ifollow for the 2nd half #swfclive ...wish id have done this earlier while been on hold to virgin for 45mins!

    Absolute dog **** @virginmedia literally plugged everything in as instructed and texted the number to activate fibre. 6 hours later after receiving a text saying it was activated still no internet. Don’t know why I do it to myself and switch all the time. Garbage

    @virginmedia Four more calls to VM today... Call 1 & 2 - line went dead. Call 3 - VM tech support team, queried any issues with our landline, agent confirmed zero faults on line. Call transferred to retentions. That call (4) - line went dead. Again. Can you explain pls? #shameful @ofcom

    @virginmedia What a complete waste of time. Went on chat to be told that they couldn't help as been delivered and completed. Had nothing! Told to ring technical department as they were billing department. Beyond frustrating!
