@virginmedia I called 150’to complain got passed around as always they told me@I’d have to reschedule and I refused as it was no fault of mine , after an hour on hold I asked for customer complaints and was put through , the lady was dealing with my issue and I was put on hold again

Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

A second day of downtime thanks to @virginmedia a huge broadband outage in the office means no phones, no internet and £000's in potential losses. 20+ minutes on hold to be told that connection "could" be back this aft. Thanks @virgin @VirginMediaCorp

@virginmedia Customer Loyalty!! None! 25 years continuous service. Can't get my name right. Retention team ignorant and useless. My bill went up from £25 to £28.50 and the BEST they can do to keep me is £39!!!!!! What a Joke. Bye Bye Virgin. You've lost the plot!!!!

@virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

@virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

@virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

@virginmedia Horrible service from @virginmedia. Engineer failed to visit despite guarantees they would. Exposed cabling left outside of house causing health and safety concerns which they are now liable for. No effort to call me back despite requests. Complaints ignored.

@virginmedia No known issues showing up i#on the service status. Have used the app and the wifi seems okay. Have done a speed test and it seems it is the download speed on both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz settings
