@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia I have tried that text service for the last two days. ‘Terri BOT’ is no use. I need to speak to a real person . All that needs doing is the issue of a new bill without the £35 activation fee. This is becoming the worst decision I’ve ever made in relation to switching broadband

@virginmedia my contract runs out next month been on phone, best deal for my current service you can offer is £120. Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

@virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

Recently renegotiated my contract with @virginmedia just received notification that they are billing me for 50% more than was agreed. Called them and they cannot explain why, and have registered my complaint and someone will call me at some point in the next 48 hours. Scandalous

@virginmedia I have not been able to use my internet for the majority of our contract. I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

@virginmedia whenever I’m on zoom upstairs and away from my route my wifi always seems to drop out. It’s always says my internet connection is unstable. I’ve restarted router etc is there anything else I can do to boost it

Dealing with ongoing @virginmedia connection issues whilst trying to work is bad enough, but then repeated issues whilst trying to watch #sheffieldUnited lose again is just too much. Especially as my bill is pushing £50 a month. Can't work, can't suffer the footie. Come on virgin

@virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

@virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

@virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

@virginmedia virgin box is working normally now but the new 360 control won't pair or control the Box. The remote is working as it still controls tv on and off and volume. Virgin insists must be broken remote which seems an almighty coincidence. The remote worked yesterday.

@virginmedia Part 2 - Tuesday 30th Nov, our existing hub3 router stops working and we are without internet access. Flagged to virgin on 1st Dec, no router and now no service at all. They tell me router will now be 7 days but they cannot now waive the activation fee.
