    @virginmedia Says there isn't an issue. Ran the diagnostic test from the website. Tells me it's not plugged in. It's definitely plugged in. Full reboot of everything hasn't helped. Unfortunately customer service won't speak to me as I'm not at home. My partner is.

    @virginmedia I did that 5 weeks ago, was told to log online and still nobody has got back to me. How is it now different when you have defaulted on my complaint? Joined Sky, had an issue, sorted in 5 minutes not 5 weeks.
