@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

@virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

Waiting for the @dcfcofficial takeover is as painful as waiting for @virginmedia to deliver the phone I ordered on the 3rd May. So putting this out there - always been happy with Virgin but what’s the best mobile network cause it looks like I’ll be moving.

@virginmedia Rubbish. I live in a cottage with minimal phone signal and 4g so rely on wifi. It’s down regularly and impacts my work as well as TV etc. Who would you recommend I move to?

@virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia No one has informed me of this, I feel I have been misold again very poor. No one mentioned this previously I have been told it was a new promotional that was added, so again alot of tosh. Does anyone know what they are doing at virgin.

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

@virginmedia Again I have done so many many times. You keep telling me everything is ok. Even the Engineer said the hub3 is working fine. But obviously it isn't. I think I've made up my mind now unless I'm given the better router to see if that fixes all my problems I will have to leave.

@virginmedia No, I've got birhin media, the cables you lay nearly 5 years ago have caused nothing but faults daily. I want my house RE-CABLED into a different network wires box. I've been begging for this 2ince 2017 Will you PLEASE just tell me when you're allowed to recable my house

@virginmedia No. I was told the problem was in the area. And things would be put right by the 2nd or April. That was in 4 days time. After ignoring the advice and booking an engineer, they fixed it in 40min. I expect the truth, not childish excuses.

@virginmedia every month we’re having to call up, as our agreement of ‘rolling credit’ is NEVER added!!! I don’t understand what the problem is?? Each one we speak to says something different each time... honestly getting ridiculous with the hours we’ve spent on the phone.🤬
