Si (@bromley001) reported from Sheffield, England
@virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

Darrin (@modpies) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England
@ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.
-
Nick Warhurst (@NickNwarhurst) reported from Sheffield, England
@virginmedia the company that’s only looks after new customers, not long serving ones. Me: paying £34 for vivid100. New customers £29 or £34 for vivid200. VM customer services, well you can have vivid200 for only £54. 😳🤬
-
Matt (@shent) reported from Derbyshire, England
@virginmedia Hi, there’s nothing wrong with my service, the connection is perfect, it’s just the router/modem (Hub 3.0) GUI that’s very very poor.
-

@virginmedia I've ad a discount for a 18 month contract 2 months all I wanted to do was upgrade my TV box and router which I have had years. The agent said fine but I will lose my discount and go on full price. Sorry but if that's the way you treat loyal customers fine I will go elsewhere.

@virginmedia You've given incompetence a whole new meaning!! Called to cancel 30 days before my contract ended, you failed to do so now I've got a huge bill?! Filed a complaint, you didn't even make contact or enquire and closed it!
-
Isaac (@isaac_paley) reported
@virginmedia I'm in the process of switching to you from Plusnet. Will the entire switch be handled by yourself and the service cancelled with my previous provider? I know other providers do this when "taking over" the BT line but wanted to make sure you do too. Thanks.
-
spotandted (@spotandted) reported
@virginmedia It showed no outage on Mon when problem arose. Tech visit next available Thurs, booked it. You cancelled tech visit. This is DAY FOUR no WiFi or TV, £150 monthly. Shocking service, a joke.
-

@virginmedia Complaint sent as requested.
-
Rabi Ahmad (@rabiahmad_) reported
@virginmedia @RickSacrop 30 days? Are you stupid @virginmedia? If a customer is on a rolling contract and wants to be disconnected, you should be able to do it faster than 30 days. You seem to have no issues signing up new customers within hours.
