Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

Similarly we have been with them since they were "blueyonder" but they're the only provider thay provide the upload speeds I require for work.
