Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

@koffee_truffles @virginmedia It admits it’s not working .. says my coverage of a **** .. then offers to fix it for another £60/year .. same week they send me a letter to say my bill is increasing anyway .. clearly forgotten we’re in a pandemic!!!

@EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

@virginmedia appalling service virgin media! On 24/12 v6 box broke. So far, 4 telephone calls, 3 promises of calls back (not received), told new box posted to us but it wasn’t, engineer appointment cancelled by virgin with no explanation. Week later & still cant watch tv

Thanks @virginmedia ... for being completely useless. Wifi booked in new home mid Feb and have had 4 people tell me it can/can’t be installed since then. It’s now mid April, was promised install today but no progress at all. Absolutely rubbish customer service...
