@reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

@virginmedia will somebody be able to give me a call about my bill. My introduction offer has finished and my bill is now higher than my credit limit so something needs to be sorted otherwise I’ll have to cancel virgin

@virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

@virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

@virginmedia But in case you can’t find that - your Twitter people gave me a wrong number for support after me saying you hide that number then your support said they’d send a new box - which they didn’t. Month later new support then sent a new box (no remote though)
