    @koffee_truffles @virginmedia It admits it’s not working .. says my coverage of a **** .. then offers to fix it for another £60/year .. same week they send me a letter to say my bill is increasing anyway .. clearly forgotten we’re in a pandemic!!!

    Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

    @GreenLe69138272 @virginmedia Well, your response sounded very much like a spam message. Regardless, they can't be that bad if you've been with them for 15 years. Similarly we have been with them since they were "blueyonder" but they're the only provider thay provide the upload speeds I require for work.

    @virginmedia Switched over from Sky to Virgin broadband, had the worst customer service from Virgin and absolutely horrendous broadband. On a first call waiting for 45 mins and then again for over an hour and then got cut off automatically. What kind of service is this?
