    @virginmedia Says there isn't an issue. Ran the diagnostic test from the website. Tells me it's not plugged in. It's definitely plugged in. Full reboot of everything hasn't helped. Unfortunately customer service won't speak to me as I'm not at home. My partner is.

    Anyone else had issues with a @virginmedia box? Wouldn’t let me change channels earlier and scrolling was jumpy. When I tried my pin, it filled 2 boxes when I pressed 1 digit. Tried 2 remote controls too.

    Trying to get new broadband deal with @virginmedia . It is almost 2 days now. Chat bots, agents in India, customer service ppl , loop back … Just Horrible…Probably will jus shop next door …

    @virginmedia I'm pretty sure it's the Hub 4, and it keeps cutting out for some reason, Sky works fine and doesn't cut out at all so it must be related to the Hub, pretty frustrating. The Wireless is working, but my wired connection cuts out constantly.
