    @virginmedia Useless you haven't addressed my points. I will go directly to the managing director Lutz Schueler. Really disappointed and I woukd have expected better considering I have been a loyal customer.

    @pauldevine1986 @virginmedia We are still down in S7. Nearly 24 hours now. Saying 2pm is the updated fix time. But that keeps getting pushed back 🙄😡

    @virginmedia I tried to report a problem. The advisor was only interested in selling me a upgraded package. Miss selling packages to customers is not good practice

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal

    @virginmedia failed install which worked for 2 hours and I cancelled within 14 days . I've now got a a bill for £62 ! Your staff just cut me off and I'm disabled and need help

    @virginmedia Rubbish. I live in a cottage with minimal phone signal and 4g so rely on wifi. It’s down regularly and impacts my work as well as TV etc. Who would you recommend I move to?

    @virginmedia hi I am still waiting for your team to call me. I was on the phone a hour and 40 yesterday and now I have wasted more time. I am already unhappy that you have downgraded my services without speaking. Shocking service, where is best to complain about my time wasted

    @virginmedia No one has informed me of this, I feel I have been misold again very poor. No one mentioned this previously I have been told it was a new promotional that was added, so again alot of tosh. Does anyone know what they are doing at virgin.

    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    @virginmedia what's the issue with answering a call? Line went dead, my mum can't receive incoming texts and is due an upgrade. Your customer service is terrible, God only knows what will happen when I call for TV

    @virginmedia Well I’m at work now but it was working then going off for a couple minutes then back on all day. Then about 9pm went off for 20 mins then back on. Went on your page to check the service and it was saying nothing was wrong.

    @virginmedia shocking service, I’ve tried to contact today as my broadband has been down since last night I’ve done all the steps and there is no way to book a service call. App says no issues then I do a test and it says intermittent issues please get this fixed !!!

    @virginmedia @sabrevan Yes can you please explain the issue? Repeated occurrences means we can’t rely on the service until you confess the problem and whether it has actually been solved or if you’re just applying temporary fixes to avoid paying compensation to customers

    @virginmedia 3 times in the last 2 days my broadband has been down for, around 5 hours this morning and again for the past hour! Get your **** together before I move to different provider along with a lot of other people. Don’t even offer any compensation for an outage, shocking!

    @fia I can rewind my Virgin Media to show you Max breaking the rules. Why can't you ? It effects the result, and other teams responses to what you do. You clearly favour him. Terrible decision.
