@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

@virginmedia Customer Loyalty!! None! 25 years continuous service. Can't get my name right. Retention team ignorant and useless. My bill went up from £25 to £28.50 and the BEST they can do to keep me is £39!!!!!! What a Joke. Bye Bye Virgin. You've lost the plot!!!!

@virginmedia I checked all that at the beginning. Nothing has changed. Switched back on, now getting breathing white light, slowly on and off... Can see router on phone again but not internet, so problem not in house but outside.
