    @virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

    @virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

    @virginmedia Yeah till I'm blue in the face. It's the hub! I had no issues till I upgraded last year. But no they say check it's all screwed in reset ect like I'm a moron! U guys know it's the rubbish hub but refuse to do anything about it! I pay for 350 broadband and I get 5.5 mbps wifi

    @virginmedia I bought 2 tp link mesh 3 technology boosters it is with both those on I got 5.5mbps upstairs! They dont listen to me I'm not a dumb housewife my son works for Microsoft the hub is inferior! I've done everything I can to get virgin to accept their fault its same bad advice!

    @virginmedia try to go to VM website. Message 'Essential changes being made....but email ok click here'. 4 links given. 3 of 4 don't work, including my ntlworld email - 'refused to connect'. I call Phone support, they cannot help as there system is also down. So no email.....
