    @Tash__Wilson @virginmedia Their customer service isn’t good. I had direct debit cancelled by them (didn’t tell me) and charged me for moving house (again didn’t tell me). Them and Sky are similiar, they’ll happily take money but even when it’s their fault the most you get maybe and apology and credit.

    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

    @virginmedia, our broadband has been intermittent and patchy all morning. We've run diagnostics, rebooted and checked all the wiring. Your site states an issue with broadband in the area, and could be due to the cabling coming into our home. Is any work on in the London W4 area?

    @virginmedia I and multiple Virgin customers in this immediate area are closely monitoring the service as it has been very poor in recent days. Many people need the broadband as they’re currently working from home. We will keep checking it and get back to you.

    @virginmedia It’s the entire network all my neighbours on virgin are experiencing the same issues No service or farcically slow speeds - it’s been going on for weeks post code is London NW6 In our local WhatsApp group ( exceeding 100 people) you’re at risk of loosing all customers

    @virginmedia can you help? My internet isn’t working I’ve followed the instructions to check connections - and automated response says wait 24hours to see if it resolves! I’m working from home so I can’t do that as I’ll be unable to work? Appalling that you can’t talk to someone.
