    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

    @Tash__Wilson @virginmedia Their customer service isn’t good. I had direct debit cancelled by them (didn’t tell me) and charged me for moving house (again didn’t tell me). Them and Sky are similiar, they’ll happily take money but even when it’s their fault the most you get maybe and apology and credit.

    @virginmedia my order has been parked since the 14th the customer service team are supposed to be getting in contact? Have tried calling with no answer and then the call was just cut off. I really need to get this sorted

    @virginmedia My wifi signal is still erratic at best and constantly drops out. Even the wired connection isn’t the best at the moment. My sons PS4 is getting 6mb download speeds

    @virginmedia There is John. Says expected back up and running at 16:00 today. By then they will have torn the house down. Cant play outside because it’s too cold so having to give them 7 spoons of calpol each so they can sleep til 16:01.

    @virginmedia It regularly freezes, regularly have recordings issue CS2200 in the middle of watching, is sluggish to move around and decides to switch the tele back on in the middle of the night randomly.

    Trying to find a way to contact @virginmedia when you have an issue to resolve is even harder than trying to get a straight and honest answer out of Boris Johnson. The company clearly has no interest is resolving customers problems.

    @virginmedia The TV drops out and freezes then restarts so you miss what's been said, happens with recordings. The Internet drops out and loses connection. Finally, one of the 20 neighbours (who are all thinking of leaving) was told there was low voltage, but now a fix date 26 July. Very poor
