    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia I’ve heard this since Tuesday. I’ve missed an England international, the Lord’s Test and all the Jubilee coverage yet all I hear is “sorry.” It doesn’t take a week to fix a fault. Try harder, fix my tv and then persuade me why I should stay.

    @virginmedia I already have and nothing sorted other than registering a complaint to Ofgem, I am still stuck in a contract with **** BB and wifi and only option is to pay you muppets £116 to leave a service you haven't provided properly, it's not reliable and your CS is unbelievably poor 🤬

    @virginmedia So here we are-6thjune-STILL NO BROADBAND-daily promises that the work will be done-hours on phone to you.Latest message says 14th June-but no faith in that. This intolerable situation is making me Ill - virgin signed me up on 2.4.and left me with no service since 4.5-HELP please

    @virginmedia Thanks for this, but could you please hold off for now, please don’t delete the account. I must quickly gather some crucially important extended family email addresses before it’s deleted. I wish I knew whether the hackers can see/delete/reply to my emails. I guess I never will.
