    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia The status page says there are faults. The recorded message says "we're improving our network so we can give you the best service possible. This means that you'll be experiencing a loss of your TV & broadband services". Why not alert people IN ADVANCE though?

    @virginmedia I have had very blippy internet for the last two weeks. It is making work very difficult! Is there a problem in DA7 area? (Specifically DA7 6DD) I can get it restarted but constant interruptions are not a good service abs you are increasing price by £4 pm.

    @virginmedia 3.0 Hub. It doesn’t matter now because you technical dept are refusing to swap it! Your IP address is blacklisted but that’s not your problem, it’s mine, I’m being told!!! Just waiting for contract to end then we’re going elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Should have been immediately. Already an existing customer. Agent did a credit check, read out T&Cs statement and have already received email from O2 but no confirmation from Virgin.
