    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia Can't get through to the team. The automated service just keeps going round in circles. Eventually hangs up on me. Would you recommend virgin to your own mother? I wouldn't.
