@virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

@virginmedia Hello its a total loss of service that the customer service team are aware of. Your Web site status is incorrect for the area L22 it says all is good. A fix is promised on the 22nd April a full week with no broadband for a home worker. The issue is with the street cabinet.

@virginmedia I have but the page just states no issues, it’s not my equipment, it’s just went down at 15:30ish and now is back to somewhere around 130mb but was as low as 2mb and we pay for 600mb which should be constant being cable fibre,
