1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

@virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

@virginmedia Oh my god it gets worse... your "help forums" use a different sign in to my main account. It needs a username to sign in. I don't have or know a username. I try to create a new account... it tells me my email is already in use... but "forgot details" only lets me change password!

@virginmedia appalling service. Paying 100 meg broadband speed at a high rate per month and the service and performance over the last month has been shambolic. The lack of reply and support for loyal customer appalling of 16 years!! Time to move on!!
