@virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

@virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

@virginmedia I have already done all that and it says there’s no issues, got through to your contact centre and they tried to fob me off also which is why I’ve asked to log a complaint as I don’t get anywhere but for the last week I’ve had nothing but issues and speeds of no more than 5mbps.

@virginmedia Yes it says the Ethernet cable is not connected. I spent 2 hours on the phone with your call centre trying to sort and they were referring to the technical faults team but I’ve heard nothing like I’ve already said. It has never been connected by Ethernet cable it’s just happened

@virginmedia I have already spoken to a member of your team, which resulted in me re-booting the hub, downloading the app to 'scan' the rooms & also in me increasing my package. I am not happy at all. I will speak to somebody & I will be terminating my contract. Absolutely appalling service.

@virginmedia As per request I’ve sent a text I’m not sure what good it will do as raising a formal complaint got me nowhere, the only way this will be resolved is by involving the ombudsman. And to anyone thinking about signing up to Virgin media .... don’t go elsewhere
