    @Granite_Beard @virginmedia I’ve got a degree in network engineering myself and was talking to the installation engineers when I had my service set up who said there’s a utilisation ticket in the Petersfield area, which makes sense given the relatively affluent and skilled workforce working from home

    @virginmedia I have, that’s where I was presented with that offer! I called back and managed to bring it down a bit more, but you’re still charging me more than you would charge a new customer. It’s not good at all

    @virginmedia Have call function but no mobile data connection? What is happening, occurred around the same time yesterday. Looks like many others are having issues and is a issue with your servers at fixed time stamps cutting services off. Give customers honest answers, not BS
