    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

    @virginmedia I've just got off the phone and yes, landline only .. complaint number 39101817 .. but we still have a vulnerable customer who you claim you can do nothing about until Wednesday earliest ... and they refused to put me through to a supervisor or Complaints Desk

    @virginmedia None.of which excuses the fact you have failed to look after an elderly vulnerable customer, that your Customer Care team are beyond incompetent & have no idea about your own Priority Repair Scheme for vulnerable customers, nor were they prepared to try and resolve your mistakes

    @virginmedia Hi I understand it's only an estimate but a week of extensions I thought you might have been able to calculate an accurate estimate by now. Over 1 week downtime is not good enough. What kind of service is this supposed to be? Don't care that you compensate. I want internet
