1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

@JConcreteABH @virginmedia One of the reasons I dropped VM. Was paying for 200mb and only got 40 at best. Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.

@virginmedia I wouldn’t claim that providing broadband service that delivers a fifth of the speed subscribed to fast. You can even watch Netflix without it buffering! Sort out your networks Virgin and offer a customer service to resolve this instead of cutting people off!

@virginmedia so I've had issues with my broadband streaming my oculus 2 and amazon prime on my TV at the same time. I have the premium package (over £100 a month) and still my movies on virgin pause and buffer every 15 secs. Cust/Serv automated. 4 weeks with iron age service 🤔
