    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @virginmedia absolute joke - spent numerous calls trying to cancel sky sports as I only wanted it for 2 weeks whilst my father was visiting at Easter - got my new statement - still on there - and a bill of £91 when I pay £49 - how many more calls will it take to sort this out??!
