@virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

@virginmedia @hogmaster2020 Can I please get an answer? When will I be able to get through? I have tried over 20 times calling to sort out your usual manipulative price games. I have never in my entire life dealt with a company that has such deceitful business practices and contempt for its customers.

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to sort something out with yourselves today and have been on hold over a total of 2hrs so far !!! Time to cancel, terrible customer service.
-
Neurotic Tech Priest (@TechNeurotic) reported
@virginmedia Hi I've been on hold to your Customer Retentions Department for over an hour before being immediately hung up on when I got through. Is this a policy to clear call volumes or are your staff actually incapable of doing the very basic task of answering the phone.

@virginmedia why are no one answering your lines all I wanna do is cancel my package
-

Wow... How awful is @virginmedia's customer service team? 3 days of waiting on hold for over an hour and lines just cutting off, making my potential decision to leave a lot easier! Especially when EE are offering double the speed for 5 quid less a month.
-
Jenny Tasker (@tasker_jenny) reported
@virginmedia Still happening and the helpline mainly seems to be an automated message apologising for the long wait times... which I guess is a slight improvement on yesterday's message that the helpline had technical problems and was closed.
-
Keri Healey (@KeriHealey) reported
@virginmedia Frustration isn’t the word MK plus where I love you are having tech problems and and your prices going up@and up. Not good service for us the customers

@virginmedia hi - last week I agreed a new 18m contract, to continue with my existing TV&Broadband service (no changes), yesterday I received a parcel requiring me to return all Virgin equipment, I'm currently on hold 30+minutes... is there a quicker way of solving this?
