@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

@virginmedia You won't give me service credit it isn't consistently off, it gets fixed at usually around midnight then goes of at 8am every day. I've had this happen before with virgin media.
