    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @Votedoesntcount @virginmedia New supplier. @virginmedia were abismal when I was with them. They took over £1k from me for three months "service" and only gave me 6 days! They then cancelled my subscription for no reason. Basically they just helped themselves to a grand for f all. (Only phone and Internet)

    @virginmedia Wow. How difficult is it to cancel with you guys? I've had the phone put down on me THREE times when someone has answered. Spoke to 1 inbetween who cancelled order, but said another team needs to close my account properly - TWICE this team put phone down on me.

    @virginmedia That scheme is compensation eg for missed appointments or loss of service. You have taken money to which you had no entitlement and have contributed to do so long after being notified. Not at all the same thing.
