@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@virginmedia Link to customer survey has expired, but engineer Mick 29678 who visited RH19 1TN on 01.02.21 was great – prompt, courteous & covid-safe. If he gets any bonus or benefit for good customer feedback he definitely deserves it!
