@virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

@virginmedia I tell you what I will do I will send another letter to Sherwood Lidge and tell them how I am being treated after 23 Years a Customer and you have no Customer Service, no email and not interested in Customers only automated robots soon as in work I will switch I can't use it now

Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. @virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

@virginmedia The issue was sorted out on 6 February but I’ expected to pay for a service I never had AND claiming the account is past due and adding late payment charges. How can you expect me to pay for a service that failed for 25 days out of 30? I’ve had to pay now to avoid disconnection.

@benallenactor @virginmedia We've had problems for more than a week now in E18, with upload speeds close to zero. To add insult to injury, @virginmedia keeps pushing back the date by which the problem should be fixed. The problem seems to be affecting ever more areas of London each day.
