    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia your internet is hands down the worst product on the market. That’s not just internet providers. It never works, and the odd time it does it can only ever support one device. Even mobiles struggle. #abysmal
