    @virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

    @virginmedia literally no way to cancel your terrible BB. 1) Able to upgrade plan online but not cancel 2) Live chat and contact forms are turned off all day. 3) phone line endless hold with no indication of queue length. 4) Covid excuses. You've known since March. #awfulservice

    Was just on hold for 1hr 40 minutes and the hold music just stopped. They didn't hang up - it just went completely silent, with nobody on the other end. I'm sorry @virginmedia but how can you even think this is an acceptable service? I know you're busy (covid etc) but come on!
