    @nfourtythree @virginmedia No, still down. Glad you tweeted, sounds like a local issue rather than just mine. Called Virgin but couldn’t be bothered to hang on for 10 mins. Hopefully it’ll be fixed by the morning.

    @virginmedia You are doing exactly the same as the people in the phone. Pretending to help but telling me to call the same number. You’re just sending me round in circles. Your customer service is terrible. It’s a complete waste of time!

    @virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

    @virginmedia Hi, yea rebooted a few times. Left it a while etc. Service says everything should be fine, but by the looks of Twitter others in my area are having issue too

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Low and behold I got a SMS stating they identified a network issue and it has now been resolved. Really wish @virginmedia trained thier call centre agents better. Back online thanks👍

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    @virginmedia Thank you for getting back to me. I wanted to look at changing my package, however given the level of customer service I feel it’s best to move to another provider. I should be getting a call back from a Manager today. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

    Had @virginmedia sort our internet the guy who did it did such a shit job someone had to come out to sort it and since they’ve been we’ve got no internet 😡😡

    @mhairicatherine @virginmedia @virginmedia has the worst customer service ever. They make you wonder whether you'd rather live without broadband! Appalling. I had 5 hr convo. Nothing was resolved. Made a complaint in writing. Resolution after 10 day wait was to call customer services!!! Case closed. Grrr!

    @virginmedia But I get that every day. And because it’s okay again when it reaches 24hours it resets. Last night it said the link was down for maintenance so I couldn’t even try it. Honestly I’ve not had one full day where there hasn’t been an issue so far. It’s horrendous.

    @virginmedia @BernardThresher ZR, Bernard has already been dealing with this since 8:00am; what makes you think making a phone call and starting the process again is a good idea? As a VM customer, I know it doesn't matter which channel used; trying to resolve any issues that arise is horrific.

    @vmbusiness we moved to a business line over a week ago. Our landline no has not yet been transferred and the BB didn’t work for four days last week. Today it is not working again. disgraceful service who do I speak to re either speedy repair or moving back to residential
