@virginmedia I don’t have one that I can see. I shall make another complaint and also include how king it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I cc’d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

@virginmedia I have tried 2 or 3 times this morning to try and pay my bill, I could not find my p/w so had to reset and it kept timing out and I was not on long tried on computer and phone will try later when I get up please advise if problem your end Thanks

@virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

@virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. I’m trying to address an increase from £43 to £59 for broadband costs! Maybe it’s time I left

@virginmedia He advised I had a faulty hub. This is a long line of problems. I had internet but just poor WiFi. He changed the spitter and said faulty hub. Now I have nothing! I have a large complaint awaiting a reply for stuff upto this point. Complaint reference: C-1811202460

@virginmedia None known derives issues in area, that’s why one of the agents said he would have to pass it on to a technician to call back, said can take 4 hours left it till 3pm no call, called back at 5 then advised i would get a call back at half 7 and still nothing..

@virginmedia Both are impacted rebooted many times . Stop this charade now I'll be in tomorrow morning from 8 to 12 send an engineer with replacement router and necessary cabling required to resolve the issue. Also engineer to be of a senior with relevant test gear to identify the problem
