    What a conplete waste of time Virgin Media are now a Customer for 23 years and treat you like something they wiped off the bottom of there shoe all this Kath was wanting to do was not help me with finances regarding my bill but wanting to get my home phone fixed so I can ring..

    @virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

    @virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

    @virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    Sorry getting crap signal. Internet broadband , TV etc all down for the last 26 hours @virginmedia very sporadic in what I can see. Not ignoring anyone . Told midnight then 1630 but no joy in the neighbourhood. Bless those working on the green box at the end of the street.

    @virginmedia second time in a matter of a few months. We have no service again all afternoon and nothing till tomorrow, this is not good enough but all you do is stick your prices up. People can't work, use shop equipment not just TV. EC1V
