    @virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia , internet hasnt been working for the last 2 weeks , used to have 250 mb download and 25 upload on a speed test , now its 2 mb download and 1 mb upload. Came once to "fix" it and nothing changed... very dissapointed

    @virginmedia Thanks for the sympathy and apology but I need an actual resolution to this please? I'm stuck with a faulty device for the next 3 years on my contract with you unless I pay to fix it!!! Which is absurd as I didnt ask for a faulty device!!!

    @brionycullin @virginmedia They provide(d) new “oomph” customers with a 4G sim so that when/if their internet goes down they can use that. They don’t supply it to existing or renewing customers for some reason. 🤬
