    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia I've been suffering from 20-40% packet loss on my broadband for 2 weeks now, I've called up the service team multiple times and I've been given a different date on which it will be fixed 28th,29th,31st and now the 4th I'd like some clarity with what's happening

    @virginmedia There is no fault listed on the website yet when we call we get an automated message saying there's been problems in our area, we can't even use the internet due to the connection being awful

    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @VMO2News @virginmedia Would not recommend Virgin. Had more problems with them than we ever had with sky and BT together. No WiFi for 3 days - “due to an outage” they say. How is this acceptable? Terrible service.

    @virginmedia Yes. Spoken to the call centre as well… same story EVERY time ‘we are working on it’. How long will it take to fix? It’s effecting numerous systems in my house!

    @virginmedia my Internet wasn't working this morning. I have tried the service status which tells me to wait 24 hours. I have reset my hub, factory reset my hub and the light on the hub is white but no device is working. Followed all your guides online too.

    @virginmedia interesting conversation with your helpdesk. My 'super' hub 3 is experiencing intermittent WiFi issues with signal drop outs; Nothing they can do... really? You only guarantee ethernet and not WiFi? Thanks(!) Maybe I should reconsider supplier?

    @virginmedia I have spoken to one of your staff but he could/ would not cancel it but was trying to sell me more broadband which I do not need. He said he would call back but that didn’t happen. I have come up against a brick wall. Please provide an email address so that I can cancel this.

    @Ed6114 @virginmedia No it's exactly the service you have given Ed, me and a lot of other customers. Your customer service is absolutely awful as 8s your comppaimts handling procedure.
