    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    You get an email from @virginmedia saying your latest bill is ready when for the last 2 weeks the internet has been off & on more times than a light switch with no mention of compensation for the reduced service.......very poor

    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @basialo @virginmedia Yes their customer service is appalling. I've been in the same cycle of trying to renegotiate my 84 year old mothers contract as it went up by 30 quid a month! Just get passed from team to team and then have to start over every day with the same questions. Infuriating!

    @virginmedia After a long wait on WhatsApp, I finally had a decent conversation with one of your Customer Relations team. He understood my needs and produced a very suitable deal which I have accepted. Just a shame that loyal customers have to go through this process to every 18 months.

    @virginmedia That’s what I’ve been waiting on since 08/2020! So you are saying I should ask for a callback from a manager to discuss my complaint about never having received a callback from a manager to discuss my original complaint despite being told 12 times I would. 🤯 Worst company ever.

    @virginmedia I still think thats highly unfair as how am i supposed to know that there's an issue processing the order unless someone from virgin media tells me? I only found out once i called to enquire why the date had passed but i hadnt heard anything. That doesnt seem right or fair to me

    @virginmedia I heard horror stories regarding customer service..but Mon i called, waiting only 10 min. I have been give for today, a person to sort out the problem (thanks Cameron 47713) Absolutely 💯 service, router working, WiFi everything done in 30 minutes visit. Thank you

    @virginmedia why isn't your contact webform working? Just spent half an hour writing complaint about utterly diabolical service but it doesn't work, it doesn't submit anything. Why not? Don't your customers deserve better when you CS is so awful?

    So upset about customer service at @virginmedia and @YodelOnline. Long story short, I ordered one phone a MONTH ago, yodel delivered it to someone else... After one month of communication now they decided to make me pay for a phone that I have never received!!! Unbelievable!!!!
