    @virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @virginmedia I appreciate ur polite template-reply. Yet the fix date moved once again (9 days!) We need 2 know what exactly happened & what r u doing in great detail to fix it. I’ve lost a major contract due to this disruption & I’m not alone experienced loss of earnings. GET IT TOGETHER, pls

    @virginmedia Not a 3rd party influence if I can't reach the DNS IP addresses! Same behaviour in modem mode or router mode, if I specify any of those 3rd party DNS servers (which I would normally use) then name resolution stops. They're working outside of V.M.

    @virginmedia My elderly mother's monthly bill. Price has gone up so much. She has Internet, basic TV channels & phone line and her monthly bill is nearly £90. She is really considering cancelling her TV service.

    @virginmedia you must have without a shadow of doubt the worst customer service ever. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong. Takes forever to get through then the operator doesn’t listen to anything you say or can’t understand you. Come back sky all is forgiven
