@virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia If it does not happen in 14 days or there is some issue then I pay a cancellation fee. The fault is it’s not shown that it takes 14 days it should happen automatically as I have been told by virgin and o2 So there’s the fault it did not happen

@virginmedia That the team coming today cd do both construction (need new t box) & pull through to existing omnibox. But team could only do a pull through from the old t box which is no good to me. I am following up on DM but need quick solution or I'm off - 8 appointments & still no solution
