    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

    @VodafoneIreland I upgraded from Virgin Media and got a new iPhone 13 pro and since then I’m not receiving SMS! I logged a call on the 11th of October and I’m still waiting to get the issue sorted, but the bills are coming normally! Terrible starting! You must do something ASAP!

    @virginmedia If it does not happen in 14 days or there is some issue then I pay a cancellation fee. The fault is it’s not shown that it takes 14 days it should happen automatically as I have been told by virgin and o2 So there’s the fault it did not happen

    @virginmedia Thank you for this. Another problem is that many HD channels are pixellating really badly. I've tried rebooting the V6 box several times to no effect. What else should I do?

    @virginmedia That the team coming today cd do both construction (need new t box) & pull through to existing omnibox. But team could only do a pull through from the old t box which is no good to me. I am following up on DM but need quick solution or I'm off - 8 appointments & still no solution
