@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

@virginmedia Please bear in mind that the issues are UPSTAIRS on WiFi. Downstairs WiFi is fine. A wired connection is irrelevant to that discrepancy.

@hough_matthew @SkyUK Hi Matthew, The quickest & easiest way to fix Sky Broadband issues is through our competitors who offer faster speeds at lower prices. U could stick a 3rd party router in AP mode, connect via ethernet & turn off sky router WiFi. Shame they don't have modem mode like @virginmedia.

I think I've been blaming @NOW for the absolutely dreadful streaming quality when it may not be their fault... I'm now on NOW BOOST and the quality is just as bad, surely that means that @VirginMedia are probably #TrafficShaping again so they don't have to provide what I pay for!
