    @virginmedia I don’t have one that I can see. I shall make another complaint and also include how king it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I cc’d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

    @virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

    @virginmedia JS, If that , please don't force me to come through a call to cancel my account. I don't want to go through a retention call. I have already raised a complaint ticket. Prices were raised , I have the letter which says I can cancel, I want to cancel. it is as simple as that.

    @virginmedia Hi. The sound keeps dropping out every few seconds and it’s only happening on HD channels. Reboot has not fixed it. How do I fix it, it’s driving me insane and I hate watching television in SD. HELP!!!
