@virginmedia .@ofcom must surely be aware how difficult Virgin make cancellation. All they need to do is require internet providers to have cancel button on website like almost all online subscription companies do. I can't even escalate to .@ofcom as Virgin refuse to start complaint process.

Last night I streamed 6 hours, started at the same time, and ended at 2:30 am Today I streamed 3 hours and the stream starts dropping frames at 11pm. Pretty sure it's my ISP Virgin Media throttling me, but last time it turned out to be a nationwide outage unrelated to me
