    @gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia Don't go there.they have messed up again and still expect to be paid or else. Customer service is a joke. But not funny. Netflix are saying virgin said we not paid our bill I have bank proof. This is 2nd time. Will not do virgin again.

    @virginmedia 3rd day, starting to happen again, ur engineers still not fixed it, emailing/texting us in detail exactly what the problem is and what is causing it would be great too. at least then we will understand why its happening. i will be wanting a free upgrade if this keeps happening
