@virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

@MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia As if Michael with dodgy eyes ears/balance issues etc could start fault finding?Why doesn't Vm tell the elderly/vulnerable/disabled customers about its priority repair service!I only found out about it by accident!when my89yr old MIL was told it would take a month to fix a Fault!

@virginmedia I’ve tried repeatedly to try and speak to people through all levels of comms but no one has ever got back to me with a resolution to my issue-only told to try a phone number, and when I call, I’m on hold for that long that I get cut off, or my battery starts to die!
