    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    @virginmedia No, whenever I've spoken to someone they've told me that they've sorted it out. The last time I was told I would get an email to reset my account "in a while" and he finished the call. The email never arrived! Im beginning to think thats what they do when they can't fix a problem

    @virginmedia I was trying to resolve a query on my Bill which is now ok. Contact options: Phone-1hr wait Webchat-didn't work Email-I get a 404 error Only other option-complaint (28 days turnover) 1200 fulltime callcentre staff is not enough to serve 5mil+ customers... Can you sort this out?

    @virginmedia lovely GDPR breach from yourselves. Transferred my account when I moved out to a remaining tenant yet you still keep emailing me their bills, arrears notices and receipts! How incompetent are you? Logged a complaint only to be fobbed off you couldn’t verify me!

    @virginmedia It's fine now but didn't work all day. It's my Tivo box I'm having more problems with and have had for months now (I've asked for an upgrade but got no response). It is very very slow trying to access catch up TV and the audio goes off sometimes when flicking through channels.

    @virginmedia Literally every day the WiFi switches off no one touches the box and it goes off every day it soo annoying I only been a customer since last week and I've been experiencing this issue everyday since the WiFi been in my house it switches off by itself for no reason

    Had issues with my Internet Got a call from 'virgin media' asking me to do all these things with my PC. I was on the phone for quite sometime before I smelled a rat. Totally scary. They logged onto my screen and asked me to check my bank for compensation they gave me.
