    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

    @virginmedia I have used this service for the past hour to then be told the matter can not be fixed via the text service. So that was very unhelpful indeed.

    You get an email from @virginmedia saying your latest bill is ready when for the last 2 weeks the internet has been off & on more times than a light switch with no mention of compensation for the reduced service.......very poor

    @virginmedia Wired or Wi-Fi itโ€™s really kit the point once again. I get better speeds by using my phone as a hotspot. I run a multipoint 5ghz Wi-Fi set up with boosters on each floor. The transport speed is very fast. I have ran my own diagnostics and we have zero bloat from MW but VM is slow

    @virginmedia I rang them last night when it happened and after testing it from their end they are sending a technician out, but with the issue only happening over a short period every month, it may be back to normal when they arrive.
