    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @virginmedia In December was on hold up to 4 hours every day, 15 days no service and your still charging me, I am not and will not phone up to be out on hold again for 2-3 hours to get so@done who is rude and doesn’t understand I shouldn’t be paying for December !!

    @virginmedia Yes we have tried and it does not work. When it goes down, all devices disconnect for roughly 5 mins and this happens on average 8 times a day
