    @virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

    @virginmedia I had phoned with a problem with my virgin box.He proceeded to hard sell me a better bundle.I was told it was cheaper to include an O2 SIM He gave me a quote with the sim which was cheaper than without. It was a lie. O2 are now trying to charge me for having a sim for 3 days.

    @virginmedia new customer, received outdated hardware. Was told I don’t meet the requirements of the hub 4, due to not having 1gb package. I know people who don’t have 1gb package and they received the hub 4.
