    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia please help My service is down and i have no idea what my password was that i set up 7 years ago, nore does your sustem recognise the only email i have I cant sign in and I cant get through to a human being on the phone to help me! Help #facepalm

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia your agents are absolutely the worst. My Nan in her 80's, with dementia being railroaded into a phone contract. Now we're trying to sort it she's now being spoken to like shit because she can't remember her password.

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. Thatโ€™s all well and good if I wasnโ€™t self isolating. Itโ€™s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia Apparently a P2 outage in N13 area of London. Went down 1/4 of the way through the Champions League final yesterday and isn't due to be fixed until 5pm today. Seems like a clear case of oversubscription on network capacity to me, but would love.

    @virginmedia How on earth do you not have any information. Your entire network has been down since 12:05 Friday morning. Your phone lines are backlogged. Businesses with static IPs havenโ€™t had internet for over 2 days. How are you this out of touch? No fix time, just โ€œweโ€™ll be in touchโ€.

    @virginmedia Haha yes everyone has. It says no issues while your phone lines admit thereโ€™s an entire network outage. Itโ€™s laughable that with customer details in your CRM that you havenโ€™t updated anyone. If you can provide one that would be helpful. That should have just been the reply

    Appalling service from Virgin Media. No phone, TV or broadband for over 60 hours. Told problem was fixed then told it will take another 3 days. No apologies either!

    @virginmedia what an utter shambles, you cancel your account and virgin media still take direct direct debits of you, and then states you have to sort the refund with your bank or wait an indefinite amount of time for your money. Cancelling was difficult to start with. DO NOT USE
