@virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

@ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

@virginmedia Literally taking away "goodwill" shouldn't be any part of your working practices. I wrote to the Field Manager on 10 Feb to complain, raised a complaint via WhatsApp chat, nothing has come from it. It needs serious escalation but Virgin continue to make this difficult.

@virginmedia Wired ( ethernet ) fluctuates when doing a speed test between 200 - 600 connection seems very unstable . I have tried turning the router off and on and also a hard reset from within the router settings aswell as the reset on the back of the superhub

@virginmedia UPDATE: I'm now talking with the SIXTH customer service rep on Whatsapp, and they've asked all the same questions *again*. I tried calling you the other day but you there was a 4 hour queue. I have asked over TEN times to end my contract and it has not happened.
