@virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

@virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

If you're switching broadband, avoid @virginmedia ! No broadband, should have been installed on 5th April. Didn't show. Rescheduled for 22nd but told it'd be earlier then called us liars. Made a complaint over a week ago, told us they'd call back within 48hrs, still waiting 🤬

@virginmedia Last Wednesday 13th April I was visited by Dave, a virgin media employee not a Comex employee. Dave arrived with his own spade which he had taken out of his shed ( you couldn’t make it up could you??!!) took one look at the job and said ‘I can’t do this, it’s way too big HELP!!

@virginmedia I can't see my bill I did see £25 goodwill credit and £6 goodwill credit which are Not goodwill the £25 was for your tech Not turning up 3 times and the £6 was for loss of service ! I should have claimed £75 for the tech Not turning up 3x and I could have according to Ofcom.
