    @virginmedia I’m sorry to say your customer service is bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A missed appointment scheduled by you, I’m on the phone for over 3 hrs and you have no ownership of the issue, just pass me from pillar to post. #fail

    After waiting in all afternoon and cancelling a social occasion and delivering a customer’s potting bench because the Virgin Media engineer was supposed to come between 1 and 6, surprise surprise, a no show. @virginmedia not impressed, it’s a good job I work from home 😡

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    Virgin media are absolutely diabolical!!!! No end of problems all the time and now have no wifi!!! That’s it I’m moving providers!! 😡😡 @virginmedia

    @nickkzie @scazz786 @virginmedia I have their business broadband, it's been awful. I then pulled the Internet cable out of the modem and fell back on the 4G backup on my plan. Fixed. I'll plug the cable back in tomorrow and get my speed back.

    @virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @virginmedia my contract runs out next month been on phone, best deal for my current service you can offer is £120. Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

    @Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

    @PaulaCoyscot I wouldn’t say I’m against it or anything, but like the sad wee sod I am, I wonder how our broadcasting system would be affected by it, considering how Ireland has a completely distinct system from the UK (with RTÉ, the Virgin Media network (which was TV3 until 2018), TG4, etc.)

    @virginmedia absolutely despicable that since January this year we have been trying to sort out fraud on my 83 year old disabled mother in laws account where somehow she is been hacked with additional services on her account. Despite over 100 calls and live chats and 8 complaint

    @virginmedia I’m trying desperately hard to keep my child safe online. He has SEN and has spent £300 in over 18 websites since he was 13. I used essential security to lock these from my router however it hasn’t worked for months. Feel really let down!

    Hi @VirginMedia, my account has been locked and I’ve been trying to contact support for 2 days now with no response. Calls are not being answered at all. I urgently need help setting up my new WiFi device. This level of support is really disappointing. Have no option 👎
