Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

He refused to give his name and kept insisting on packages we didn’t want until I hung up. Called back with blood boiling but it got sorted within 5 mins.
