    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

    @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

    @virginmedia first day of being your customer and I’m already regretting moving over to you! Engineer arrived today yet no external cabling had taken place. Called you twice, eventually someone arrived. Still waiting for an engineer to come back !!!! Been on the phone chasing

    @virginmedia rebooting my virgin media hub at least once a day and getting speeds cycling between <1 mbps and 175mbps on a 200 mbps fibre optic broadband hourly. VM customer service says this is normal. Not April 1st yet is it?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I'm using a wireless connection. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps. Connectivity is intermittent. Currently connectivity is ok. Having to reboot/reset and check network settings on an on-going basis is not acceptable. Thanks.
