  @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

  @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

  @virginmedia The big bang theory on TLC suddenly has audio description even though it’s turned off on the box setting. Only every episode of this show nothing else on TLC or any other channel. It’s pretty annoying as it’s my go to channel between shows. Any idea why/how to fix?
