    @virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

    @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

    @virginmedia not sure if I told you but I do have the log of my chat today with your so called helper who did not help at all, it is printed out for anyone to see when I take legal Action regarding no Customer Service email like #EE do #Attrocious #CustomerService 23 years

    Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

    Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    @My My virgin 3.0 hub is showing a red light and the internet is not working! I have tried switching the hub of and allowing it to cool, I have tried a factory reset but still nothing? I am trying to login to my Virgin media account to resolve the issue BUT

    @virginmedia why are you telling people to get a booster after upgrading to 360 when a box is connected to its router through Ethernet cable? Ethernet connection is better. Wi-Fi is a luxury. People are paying over odds for service but you want them to pay more? Get a grip!!

    @virginmedia last month I called up to specifically cancel my TV/BB/Phone contract which ends on 5th May, before the price triples. I started a new BB only contact. This morning I am infuriated to see my bundle has not been cancelled at all & I have been charged for it😡😡

    @virginmedia after a week of absolutely shambolic service I’ve finally had enough. You sent me an email to say all was fixed but once again the wi-fi is down and the tv is disrupted. Another weekend of nonsense ahead. Tell me how I leave?

    Hi @virginmedia I'm an existing customer, we just paid a 5ver to upgrade and add the kids TV package. I did this yesterday around 5pm, I have a confirmation email but it doesn't tell me when it becomes active? So far 24 hours later and a full TV reset they still aren't working.
