    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia Tried several times to call 0345 454 1111. Finally, got a friendly chap at an Indian call centre. After 5 minutes , he said he can’t check and run any tests because he’s “having issues too connecting to server”. Told me to wait few hours. 😡

    @virginmedia It is losing sound, it freezes, its has slowed down when trying to open an app like Netflix it take 5 to 10 mins it freezes and we are very regularly turning it off so it resets and sometimes twice in a row as it doesnt always resolve on the first switch off.

    @virginmedia There you go just to prove my point - No ownership from anyone. I already have a complaint raised and am waiting (for 6 weeks despite numerous chases) for my promised call back. I’m not starting the process again. Pick up the phone and get someone to call me....please!
