@virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

@virginmedia I also left the laptop on to hopefully converse with a human and they finally responded at 4am, then said something along the lines of “you haven’t responded, I will assume we have resolved your issue”. It’s a joke. Yesterday, all I got was “speak to technical”.

@virginmedia No there weren’t, it seems to have been sorted now, it’s been consistent this morning. I think the frustration comes from a lack of information that seems to be available when faults appear. It’s hard to find out where the issue lies when it’s a network/maintenance issue!

@virginmedia I've read this and done everything I can. I can't move the hub because it has to be connected to the specific Virgin box. I live alone so unlikely I'm using too many devices to slow down 104mbps of internet?! I'm using an ethernet cable with my laptop now but what about my phone?
