    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    @virginmedia I’m sorry to say your customer service is bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A missed appointment scheduled by you, I’m on the phone for over 3 hrs and you have no ownership of the issue, just pass me from pillar to post. #fail

    When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    @virginmedia why did I ever sign up for your services. You failed to port a number over and then you customer service agent told me I had done something wrong. She then lied to me about sorting it out just to get me off the line and now my number has been disconnected from EE.

    @virginmedia I pay you £1200 a year to make my life easier and you continue to make my life hell. My wife, kids, alarm company, energy provider all hate me because of you. 300mb’s of speed I’ve got and it’s rubbish. No point giving out lots of signal if the signal is shite.

    @richardbranson @nicolareindorp @Crisis_Action I'm appalled that virgin media, under the guise of changing fibres ( whatever that means) are disconnecting landlines then charging customer's £35 to reconnect! My 84 year old dad & the 78 year old mother of a friend has had this happen in the past week! Get it sorted Branson!
