@virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

Spent over 1 hour in 3 separate calls to @virginmedia today trying to resolve intermittent internet connectivity. Am told I need to spend more £ to sort it out. This is despite being on a 100mb/s download service, only 1 device connected to hub & just 5m away from it. #Annoyed!

@virginmedia You do make it ridiculously difficult to cancel a broadband connection. Setting up a new Virgin broadband connection in my new house was painless. I've gone through security 5 times attempting to close the old one. What a waste of time!
