    Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

    @virginmedia PC and laptop, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, Android app. All the same error. I'm not alone by the looks of the forum - would appear to be a major issue with routing/firewall that's blocking Virgin IP addresses.

    Hi @virginmedia Nothing from you for months, then two anonymous machine generated letters arrive on the same day. One says I haven't responded to the Resolution Offer you sent on March 15th. The other letter is the Offer. Did you print and post them both in the same batch?
