@virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.
