@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

Hi @virginmedia. I need to log into my new account, but the username/password I wrote down when creating it doesn't work. Your password reset doesn't work and your forgot username says "Oops something went wrong" and has been doing that since the weekend. Please fix!
