@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@HollieB @NOWTV How do you think I feel I only have landline and broadband yet I still get ******* charged for TV and TiVo even though Ive got no TV and I keep getting told Its part of the default package but the TiVo is extra with @virginmedia so ive paid **** knows how much for that crap.
