@virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

@virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

@virginmedia I’ve repeatedly expanded on the support that is needed. I need my mum to be able to speak with someone on the phone and resolve the issue in one session that takes about 30 minutes and where she is given time to find the information needed. This does not seem possible.

@virginmedia Yes they don't care, so I've given up it is a regular thing now the broadband being patchy or going down I've gone online and tried the phone. So I've just left not paying for this service anymore.
