  @virginmedia What forums? I have a fault so phoned Virgin who ‘booked’ an engineer who never arrived. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

  @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

  Since this day AppStore asks me for password every time I want to get any app and i coild swaer- its like- another App store site is opening. But Apple explains: all is good. I don't think so.   @LouiseMensch @virginmedia @Benleo They’ve worked brilliantly for me for 20 years. Enormous companies have very different user experiences at the margins. I’m sorry to hear about Ben’s and hope that they care enough about service delivery to fix it before it damages their brand.
