Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

@EggsyGLC @virginmedia Dont accept their apology. Ask to start a formal complaint and if they say they wont you can accept their apology as their final response and contact the ombudsman. Taking a case to the ombudsman costs them £500 even they end up siding with the company

@virginmedia @O2 I’m told to go through a complaints procedure which is probably as rubbish as Virgin media’s call centre. I don’t want to waste time complaining want my virgin media installed and I’m told now the 5th Jan , get me an emergency engineer then and sort it today.
