    @virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

    @virginmedia I don’t have one that I can see. I shall make another complaint and also include how long it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I cc’d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

    @virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

    @virginmedia I have tried 2 or 3 times this morning to try and pay my bill, I could not find my p/w so had to reset and it kept timing out and I was not on long tried on computer and phone will try later when I get up please advise if problem your end Thanks

    @virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. I’m trying to address an increase from £43 to £59 for broadband costs! Maybe it’s time I left

    @LeePartridge16 @virginmedia @SkyGroup they weren’t so helpful for me. I pay over £100 there’s lots of deals, not offered any of them. I wouldn’t say it’s the best either but we have limited choice. Broadband is slow and the mini boxes you pay for and a subscription always cut out.

    @Pijinnn_ @virginmedia I had the same issue with VM when my contract came up for renewal. I basically ended up telling them what I was gonna pay or I'd leave. Ended up paying about £42 for 500mbps

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking service, intermittent broadband and tv services for 2 days. Yet just been informed increasing my basic package by £20 a month, don’t think so time to go elsewhere. Crap customer service, 15 years of loyalty, time to go!
