    @virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia on 10.11.22,i verbally agreed,via phone,to a 500mbps broadband deal.i was told it would increase to the next tariff (1Gbps) when agreeing to an o2 sim card,which i did. not only was my speed slow during the first week but ever since,virgin have not honoured the increase in speed.

    @virginmedia has to have been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had! When finally getting through I got an agent who spoke broken English and then decided to hang up on me after 45mins after leaving me on hold for ages. Cannot wait to leave!

    @virginmedia waited in all evening for an engineer to show as per the texts I've received. No show from the engineer. Can't even see the appointment on the virgin app... Quality lack of service as expected. Degraded service since the 23rd and nothing at all since the 2nd. Fml
