@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

@virginmedia I tried to call on the 19th April to cancel 2 of my numbers but your foreign call centre didn't action the request. The sooner I can leave completely the better. Is only going to get worse when you change to the @VodafoneUK network who's got the poorest coverage in the UK.

@virginmedia no the problem is my landlord has the details and wont share them, but he says he called and they you were supposed to send someone but never happened. From what i read from your forums im supposed to be having 16 downstream and 4 upstream channels, and we need a technician

@virginmedia I have recently signed up for broadband over the phone. The saleswoman wrote down my email address incorrectly. I have called several times to try to fix it and each time I've been assured I will receive my contract by email but it hasn't happened. Please help?
