    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @virginmedia If an engine light comes on in your car but it still drives badly, do you ignore it? She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

    @virginmedia What forums? I have a fault so phoned Virgin who ‘booked’ an engineer who never arrived. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

    @virginmedia So things like iplayer will no longer work after 2nd of June ? The problem with a 360 is it doesn’t have recording capabilities which is the main purpose of the v6 it’s ok upgrading the systems but a lot of people like my parents still record not stream

    @virginmedia my elderly mum was put on hold on the phone for nearly two hours waiting to speak to an agent and has given up. You are massively overcharging her and she needs to talk to you about her bill. Why aren't you answering the phone? I'm shocked by such poor service

    @virginmedia A very helpful guy in the 02 shop helped me out. If you can please pass on you need staff covering phones, I have spent hours & hours yesterday & today, I should not have to leave my home to get the answer in minutes. The service is disgusting
