  @virginmedia What forums? I have a fault so phoned Virgin who ‘booked’ an engineer who never arrived. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

  @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself.   @virginmedia @RobRollin2 If you have the 1gb they are free plus most WiFi issues are due to devices & not the service. Plus you can if want put in modem mode & use your own equipment
