@virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

@virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

@virginmedia I am being bombarded by your sales agents trying to sell one package or the other to me in disguise to extend my contract. Immediately I tell them about the poor service, they hang up the phone right away. I'll advise people to avoid virgin media -they are out for the money.

Engineer was supposed to come last weekend, but never showed up and never sent a single communication. Why am I paying so much to you if you are going to be down for days?
