Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England@virginmedia I assume as you know there is a problem in my area and we have no TV services or wi-fi that we will automatically be compensated? Many of us are still working from home and this is a massive problem for us!!! #badcustomerservice
-
Stuart Hurcombe (@5tu1987) reported from Armitage with Handsacre, England@virginmedia You mean the number we have used that have fed us countless information that is untrue/impossible to achieve to try and ‘keep us happy’. Also love the identical response to the previous tweet.. Nice template! Hopefully speak to someone in the week who maybe WANTS to help us

julie marlow (@iamthemummy) reported from Ibstock, England@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.
-
Alexandra Johnson (@ASJPhotography) reported from Coalville, England@virginmedia have to be the MOST unhelpful when it comes to customer service. I’ve been going round and round and round for an issue your technical engineer has already highlighted!!!!
-
haasty kawa (@haasty_kawa) reported from Derby, England@virginmedia I’m not happy at all. My internet has been down since last night till now . I have tried to call customer service and it would straight decline it . I tried going on the website but still it won’t let me . As I work from home . Here is the area DE248ET
-
Wie-Men Ho (@WieMenHo) reported from Lichfield, England@virginmedia Again, why is it so complicated. Designed to frustrate the customer and so they stick with the more expensive package. Your team member could not understand my basic request, which is very concerning. Listen back to the call. Play it to @ofcom they have my consent to listen to it
-
Tim Moore (@timmo1963) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England@virginmedia poor, very poor, in fact absolutely useless
-
Paul Moore (@Paul_Reviews) reported from Burntwood, England@leicscyberaware @SCwithGin @virginmedia @NCSC @troyhunt @ScottMcGready @PWTooStrong The irony here is 3 random words can be broken in as little as 40 seconds, maximum 50 minutes. A 10 character random password, by comparison, would take 7 weeks with the same hardware.
-
Michael Sarjeant (@sarjeantm01) reported from Burton upon Trent, EnglandWhen you have a smart house and your @virginmedia #Wifi goes down so nothing is working 😳 now the kids are moaning at no tablets, @PlayStation or @xboxuk there is only so many times I can reboot the hub...... #internetdown

Tim Moore (@timmo1963) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, EnglandWell @virginmedia my TiVo box is stuck in starting up mode (2 hours) and needs a technician, not available until Tuesday. Piss poor service and your telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting for you to get in touch 🤬
-
Paul Moore (@Paul_Reviews) reported from Burntwood, England@ScottMcGready @SCwithGin @virginmedia @NCSC @troyhunt @PWTooStrong Because "secure" requires a context which neither the OP nor yourself have given. 99% of my passwords are 12 chars, A-Z, a-z, 0-9. They're not being broken in my lifetime... so to claim 10 is sufficient to justify leaving is daft.

-
Our Electric World (@O_E_W) reported@TheEvEngineer @gigaclear @MartinSLewis I used to get the same with Virgin Media when it was our only option. Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.
