Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.
-
Alexandra Johnson (@ASJPhotography) reported from Coalville, England
@virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!
-
Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England
@virginmedia I assume as you know there is a problem in my area and we have no TV services or wi-fi that we will automatically be compensated? Many of us are still working from home and this is a massive problem for us!!! #badcustomerservice
-
Alex Tipler (@alextiplerfilm) reported from Coalville, England

@virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?
-
Gamepopper (@gamepopper) reported from Lichfield, England

-
Shaun Reeves (@shaunreeves) reported from Fradley and Streethay, England
@virginmedia It appears to have been resolved. However it is rather alarming to hear members of our village had been told by your customer service team “the earliest fix would be 6th Jan 2021”.
-
Gerry White SEO geek (@dergal) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England
@virginmedia I tried - I assume it doesn't work on a mobile!?
-

-
Alexandra Johnson (@ASJPhotography) reported from Coalville, England
@virginmedia have to be the MOST unhelpful when it comes to customer service. I’ve been going round and round and round for an issue your technical engineer has already highlighted!!!!
-
National Forest E-Bike Holidays (@Ebike_holidays) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England
@virginmedia Everyone is very apologetic but that doesn’t help give a vulnerable old lady the peace of mind that her son is available at the other end of the phone, should something happen.
-
li.iam🏳️🌈👬♥️ (@Liammanning2u) reported from Swadlincote, England
@virginmedia can someone help me
-
National Forest E-Bike Holidays (@Ebike_holidays) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England
@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.
-
li.iam🏳️🌈👬♥️ (@Liammanning2u) reported from Swadlincote, England
@virginmedia @taylur41 Does @LutzSchueler know how bad your customer service is
-
julie marlow (@iamthemummy) reported from Ibstock, England
@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

@virginmedia We have had 3 visits from the construction team and have just found out they need to dig up from the road up our lane. They told us to call virgin who told us that we need permission from the council. Isn’t this something that virgin does as part of the service?
-
Gemsca (@gcanderson11) reported
@virginmedia With no signal. No not really.
-
Michelle (@michdavey71) reported
@virginmedia who do I contact for a upto date modem , sick of doing work/uni work from home and having to switch to 4G ! Supposed to be on fastest speed it’s off more than it’s on and I’m paying enough ! Tried ringing sick of being on hold . Any help ?
-
john haskett (@johnnytourbloke) reported
@virginmedia another problem I can’t seem to rectify, the main reason to get my mother in law the phone was for whatsapp calls. They don’t appear to connect whilst using 4g, if I connect to wifi it is fine, but she doesn’t have wifi. Not the phone as works fine with vodafone sim
-
Hilary Wallwork (@Hilwallmanc) reported
@virginmedia you are an absolute joke still charging us for a service we are not using and Now broadband advised you that we were switching to them yet you deny it. We have moved because you over charge customers and your internet is always going down.
-
Nova Louise :) (@NOVAIVLOUISE) reported
@virginmedia should of had 500 broadband from yesterday but not had anything about 38mps #help #itwasbetterbefore
-
Jenni Seex (@jenniseex) reported
So despite @virginmedia staff dishonesty telling me I would not be able to get @bt_uk installed before April because “we are in a national lockdown” - the @WeAreOpenreach engineer attended yesterday - professional, polite and helpful and we are all up and running. Great service.
-
Caroline Watson (@WatsomCR) reported
@virginmedia so disappointed about the 13% price increase being blanket applied. Automated service says £3.50 can be delayed then customer services say it can’t be. So confusing and misleading.
-
michelle presslie (@sh3ll1971) reported
@virginmedia Asked customer service about more data allowance and she repeatedly responded wait for your bill. I CAN NOT afford to run up a bill, and have only used data due to situation
-
Brian (@TheFifthDoctor) reported
@virginmedia down yet again. Service is so ridiculously unreliable. Yet they want to *increase* prices??
