    @virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

    @virginmedia It appears to have been resolved. However it is rather alarming to hear members of our village had been told by your customer service team “the earliest fix would be 6th Jan 2021”.

    @virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @virginmedia Hi, we seem to be having an issue regarding volt. Myself and my wife are both with o2 and we also have virgin fibre. My wife has been able to confirm volt on her contact but our virgin speed has not been upgraded. My o2 contract doesn't have volt for some reason.

    @virginmedia 3rd day of internet issues due to an intermittent issue in the area, all we get is leave for 24 hours and come back, sorry, this doesn’t help a member of the household that is trying to get university papers in!! 😡

    @virginmedia Hi, thanks for replying, I have to say I've gone from one extreme to the other. From being frustrated on my first call for over 40 minutes, last night I spoke to someone who sorted out my issues in a professional manner in under 10 minutes, it really is the luck of the draw!!

    @virginmedia I had to hang up the phone after 1 hour and 27 minutes of torcher, i went to customer care chat and it was resolved within 30 mins.

    Hi @virginmedia, had to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period as I had been misled by one of your sales representatives. Now being charged a £76 cancellation fee. Don't think this is fair, as I have been lied to.
