@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

@virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia Everyone is very apologetic but that doesn’t help give a vulnerable old lady the peace of mind that her son is available at the other end of the phone, should something happen.

@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

Virgin media is the most expensive broadband/TV service in the world they are offering their services to new customers a new low monthly fee/but not to existing customers pensioners like myself are paying £75 per month. No wonder customers are leaving

@virginmedia do all your adviser get taught to tell the customer the incorrect monthly price when they renew? 2nd time for us offered 100mbps for 25 per month to then be told they had put it through at 44 p/m and get hung up on when we try to complain. Rubbish service as always

@virginmedia I don’t have any wired connections. At the time, you web page was advising of potential issues with your TV service and saying broadband was fine. The online test, which now only checks the postcode area, so cannot possibly be accurate, was offline and call centre closed.
