    @RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

    @virginmedia It's so difficult speaking to customer care as they do not listen to your needs. I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay

    @virginmedia You mean the number we have used that have fed us countless information that is untrue/impossible to achieve to try and ‘keep us happy’. Also love the identical response to the previous tweet.. Nice template! Hopefully speak to someone in the week who maybe WANTS to help us

    @virginmedia I am having the issue now where I cannot update my apps or use twitter through the Wi-fi. But I am streaming tv. @frustrated. Why do I suffer and stop to reboot the router and paying for unreliable service!!

    @Gemgwar @virginmedia Basically.. nobody knows what the process is! Told we had to wait in ALL DAY yesterday for nobody to come (when we apparently now it’s only a package being delivered) STILL! nobody is clear if it’s a package being delivered or an engineer. Shocking service for what we are paying!

    @virginmedia having ping spikes while gaming on the 500 mb wired connection, I only have 5 devices in my household and can't seem to get anywhere with helpline after getting through 4 times. Iv also had an engineer out the the house that couldn't find the problem.

    @SQRLTV @virginmedia You’re lucky then Squirrel, Virginmedia are charging me £139 for a service that new customers would get for £89 and with faster broadband speed and more TV channels. I’m paying way more for far less and apparently I’m on “Mates Rates” or “Partner Rates” every time I log in.
