    @virginmedia Reboot will help for a while but have to stop all in the family who still have signal for streaming radio, Xbox or watching Tv on the TiVo every time. How inconvenient is this for all due to a @unreliable service provided by @virginmedia. Had many other issues before as well...

    @virginmedia Done that for the tv service and it cannot find a fault. Just ran the broadband to check service. Need to wait 10min.

    @virginmedia My Children have noticed lagging on their game stations for approximately the last month & the Issue with the phones been connected but not connected has been nearly 2 weeks (this time around) & progressively getting worst. When we ring up, they can't even perform a line check..

    @virginmedia Yesterday evening. It was a call centre in Asia, in which they couldn’t speak very good English and sounded scripted. Very impersonal and never called back. #virginmedia

    Writing this using O2 mobile network at home because my @virginmedia fibre is @unreliable. Cannot get to the internet or stream tv but on mobile data it was effortless. Considering going back to BT as they seem to be more consistent.

    Absolutely disgusted with @virginmedia mobile customer services. Ring up and after 10 seconds get told to GET TO THE POINT I was actually ringing to change my mobile number as I’ve just taken a new contract out with you. I will be better off staying where I am 😡 #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It’s obviously a localised equipment failure caused by the power fluctuation this afternoon, not “signal to noise” problems as your telephone operative said. Get an engineer out here and fix it now, please, @virginmedia

    Well @virginmedia my TiVo box is stuck in starting up mode (2 hours) and needs a technician, not available until Tuesday. Piss poor service and your telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting for you to get in touch 🤬

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusted with this service. Decided to change to another service provider, given 30 day notice only to find Virgin will not release the all important TELEPHONE NUMBER before 30 days up. How SPITEFUL Thanks for that😡

    @virginmedia I wanted to change my mobile phone number over as I’ve recently taken out a new sim only contract along with the TV package however I’m thinking of cancelling it all as the customer service was disgraceful and makes be wonder how I would be spoken to if I ever have to ring again

    @virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

    @virginmedia Live channels are fine I have followed the steps on the above link for three days in a row now... it’s seems like there is an outage as 9pm? If we leave it until later around 30-40mins it then fixes itself but it annoying it happens everyday at the same time
