    @virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    @virginmedia so not only have I not had internet for 2 days, it's going to be another 2 weeks and I have to suffer for it, and the customer service rep (not the engineer - he was super cool) said nothing else we can do and we won't be comensating you for anything or loss of work!

    @virginmedia Connection is good at present, Thanks. TiVo is WiFi. The only app experiencing the issue was Netflix, other online apps were fine. Not sure if the Netflix app was upgraded recently which may have caused this blip.

    @playpet1 @virginmedia Same from us we arnt paying them a lot of my neighbours and people I know who have virgin media get constant problems but each time virgin blames us they are scammers which get thousands of complaints each week and get away with it
