    @virginmedia They say they'll escalate the issue, get managers, place a hold, cancel the direct debit... Yous have come away with all sorts but yous have done nothing. I even had to have the bank stop yous from taking money for a service I don't have

    @virginmedia So someone knew I'd left @virginmedia, spoofed your number and called me just to hang up. No they didn't. Your call centre called me, and the agent probably read how much I hate your company and saw the note where I'd asked not to be called and decided to hang up.
