@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

@virginmedia I have Hub 3 - constantly disconnecting on CCTV cam, laptop & some smart speakers. I was so desperate for a fix, was considering a Mesh system until Jeff Dodd’s announcement & advantages of Hub 5 with vastly improved wifi6. No mention by JD of Hub 5 by invitation - he says free!
