@virginmedia been on live chat hold for nearly 30 minutes and it’s still saying 45 minutes wait as it did at the start. Not very good customer service since pandemic.

@virginmedia I rang Virgin again after work, redirected to technical advise, done some things from his end and he said it would settle down and be just fine .... the internet is dropping off just the same, no improvement

@virginmedia Nothing that springs to mine, but ive never known it to constantly drop off, some of the reasons the operators are giving me are silly and I told the lady it was rubbish.. im sorry but I am fed up of ringing every day and getting nowhere. I think i will have to move broadband

@virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

@virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia No, never been asked before. And the advisor said ‘within 4 hours’, engineer turned up today, I’m not there! He said they don’t work Sunday anyway. Advisor needs some re training.

Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

Broadband has been failing since Sunday, phoned Virgin Media at least 6 times ! Engineer came today said he had fixed it, hour later exactly the same problem. Very poor service and they say I should use broadband less

@virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

@virginmedia Mostly when using on demand/ catchup. Programme will go off, with the usual w02 code. "Check ethernet cable" hub isnt connected directly to tivo. Figure now THATS how resolve the issues, get them connected. Once covid restrictions ease, il arrange get hub moved
