@virginmedia Your service check link says the area issue is cleared, so phoned again. Customer service says it’s not cleared and there’s no way I can find that out tomorrow without having to wait on hold again. The mixed messages are really difficult and really stressful.

@virginmedia Today I was told by the agent to just wait. I explained multiple times I’ve been waiting since April but she advised I just had to wait. No estimated date to wait until. I jokingly asked what month or year. She did laugh but couldn’t help any further.
